Pretty nice hotel if it weren't for the random loud droning noise throughout the night. I'm not sure if it was the elevators or what, but I wouldn't suggest staying by them just in case. It made for a very restless night.

Service was bad and they closed their restaurant during Christmas week - one of our main reasons for staying there was being able to use the restaurant which is advertised as being open 7 days a week .

Room service skipped us on Christmas Eve .

It is a beautiful hotel. It is so nice that I thought I was in Dubai. It has a wonderful view of the Nissan HQ as well as the park nearby. The people at the park are not nice after hours. In fact, the security guard kicked me out because I did know a park with no gates of fencing was private. But the hotel staff were nice enough to provide me a free round of drinks for the trouble and room service to console me.

This was my first stay here and I love it. I have stayed at many hotels in this range and this one was exceptional.

Pros:
Nicely designed room (adequate outlets, large bathroom, great shower)
Built in restaurant has great breakfast and nice atmosphere (TVs at the tables)
Friendly staff
Free parking

Cons:
No free breakfast

Just an average place. The accomodations are fine, and the property is relatively new, however as an experienced traveler, I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere if you are visiting on vacation. The area is full or corporate travelers and the more I stay at this property I can tell the staff is pressured to cut corners to turn the room faster.

Dont get me wrong it's an ok place to stay, but the "cleaning" that takes place doesn't have the care given to it you might expect. I always see the rooms are in progressively worse shape.

On my last stay a woman showed up with a key to my room and opened the door. She decided to allow herself in despite the DND sign and lock on the door. She was the guest who was checking in for the night, and then scoffed at me because I was still in the room. Apparently the front desk checked me out in error while I was still in the room, and assigned her to the room. In the end, the front desk was apologetic, hey mistakes happen so no biggie. Point is, this hotel is full all the time, and caters to the business traveler. The short turn around on rooms is evident, and I wouldn't expect more than just a place to sleep.

I really like the hotel itself and it s in a great location. It s also nice that they have a restaurant and snack bar. The rooms are nice and spacious.

Customer service could use a TON of work! I got locked out three times - once in my pajamas with no shoes. It was really annoying and she kept saying I was putting the card next to something and it was deactivating. The card had been in my hand the entire time She was really horrible!

We stayed here and enjoyed it a lot. The staff was very friendly, location was great, the hotel was beautiful, and clean. If I had one negative it would just be the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

I had a reservation and when I arrived the clerk told me the hotel was overbooked and my husband and I would need to get a room next door at Residence Inn, after he checked with them they had no rooms and all of a sudden he said I've checked you in you're in room.... My way question to the clerk was I thought you said your hotel was overbooked and had no available rooms, he never answered my question and apparently management can't answer it either. The odd thing is even after that people checked in with no problem. This was my first and last time staying at this hotel.

The check in process was friendly and quick. Host was helpful and let us select which floor. Our suite I is really lovely. I didn't realize it would have a real kitchen completely ready to cook. I would have brought food to prepare. The coffee supplied is not good and the coffee in the lobby was cold at 6:00 when we left.

After arriving and finding that Priceline did not tell the hotel that we needed a sofabed, the manager (TJ) did a fantastic job handling the situation. He upgraded us to a suite, gave us a complimentary breakfast, made the move possible in a short amount of time, and all with a GREAT ATTITUDE.

Room was gorgeous and the staff friendly. Our toilet was 'running' when we arrived, so we reported it to maintenance and they had it fixed promptly. Three very small complaints:1-the TV really needs to face the bed, 2-the toilet paper is THIN, and 3, they should have plugged in the mini-fridge prior to our arrival so it could be cold when we got there. All that said, none of those things would prevent us from staying there again on our next trip to Nashville!! Last wishlist items; if they could stock both Coke and Pepsi in the hotel that would be awesome, but I guess they only have one vendor, and sadly, it's Pepsi. Also, the rooms need a safe. It was very clean, smelled nice, and didn't have that weird icky hotel feel...

Hotel was clean. Room, though did smell musty and the shower pressure was low. The Starbucks in lobby was nice. However, it was disappointing to not have a hot tub to relax in. Also, the cleaning staff cleared all my food from refrigerator and my toiletries prior to check out! Hotel manager did agree to reimburse me for the thrown away food so that was nice as long as we truly receive the check.

Worst place I've EVER stayed! Got locked out of my room at 2am - 4am due to a faulty key card reader. No continental breakfast, only food available was insanely expensive. I will never ever ever stay there AGAIN. I'd rather sleep on the street! And no compensation for all the inconveniences we experienced. This place should be demolished! Advice, never EVER stay there! EVER

I really liked the hotel. It was great. I got two rooms. They were very comfy and clean. I loved the rooms. Sadly there is nothing in the mini fridgea. Some rooms come with a pull out sofa. The breakfast was great! But there isn't a buffay breakfast. It's pricy but it's really good. the hotel people are also nice and polite.

No staff standing at front desk. I waited for 10 minutes and finally a desk clerk shows up and apologizes as she had to go restock. I m sorry but if it s a Saturday night don t you think there should be two clerks? The clerk, Monica, told me she didn t hear me walk in because the music was too loud and that the cafe people should have helped me check in??
What about the 10 other guests that walked in and out of the front door. She didn t hear them either?
Please explain the logic behind a barista checking in a guest ??
She was kind and offered breakfast coupons for the inconvenience though.
The next morning I left around 5am and again absolutely no one standing at the front desk. People could come in and out as they pleased. I m sorry but that doesn t seem safe to me.
I came back at around 8am for breakfast. We used the coupons at the cafe which is poorly run with pre packaged bakery items and frozen sandwiches. They were out of a few items on the menu and honestly didn t feel the breakfast was worth the $40 dollars worth in coupons! Not to mention the cafe area had several dirty tables and no one around to wipe them down.
This morning I m checking my bank account and I have two $20 dollar charges from the hotel which were not mentioned at the time of booking or checking out.
This hotel is not up to the the Marriotts standards.
Oh and one last thing, the internet is very slow and if you wish to work with proper speed internet there is a 4.99 surcharge.

The room was very nice and clean! We really enjoyed staying here.
Having said that, the a/c unit in the room was extremely noisy and woke me up several times, so maybe bring ear plugs just in case.
Also, the water in the shower was scalding no matter how far towards the "cold" side you turned the knob. I had to almost turn it off to get it to a reasonable temperature. My husband said the same thing.
Besides those two rather minor things, everything was perfect!

The hotel was beautiful. I was upgraded to a king suite for the night, asbur I was not disappointed! The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it really gave me a really great, restful sleep. The place was really classy too, which was a nice bonus!

We were staying at the Residence Inn but stopped by the Courtyard for Starbucks. The lady making the drinks was slow and did not know how to make what we ordered.

I odered a Chai with soy milk; she made something that had expresso in it (I do notnlike coffee at all). When I told her I wanted a tea she retorted that I asked for soy. I have no idea what she was thinking. There were 3 of us and all of our drinks were bad; mine just happened to be the worst. We found a different caffeine source the rest of the week.

This Courtyard was a very good property. Enjoy the friendly staff as well as the accommodations. The highlight of the stay was the mini bistro bar downstairs. A great place to have a conversation and a snack prior to heading out for the evening. The service was extremely friendly prompt and accurate. As always, the Marriott bed is it a hit.

I gave it 3 stars because I didn't actually stay here. I was waiting for a friend and decided to grab a coffee while waiting. From what I saw the staff was friendly and the hotel was really pretty.

We had a horrifying experience at this Marriott last night. I have been an elite Marriott rewards member with Marriott for years and I have never experienced such poor customer service as we did last night and this morning. Marriott is a wonderful brand and I've grown to trust Marriott over the years of business travel. I utilize three Marriott Credit Cards. I have almost a half million points with Marriott and I am a lifetime platinum elite rewards member so this review is by no means against the Marriott brand but against this specific hotel and the two staff members we met on the property. We arrived at the hotel last night and we were having trouble booking a room through our Marriott phone application. We accidentally booked a room at nearby Courtyard Marriott in Brentwood and we entered this Courtyard Marriott in Cool Springs, the night clerk was extremely rude to us from the first moment we arrived. Initially she stated we couldn't have a reservation as she wasn't expecting anyone. I explained our situation and she was very short with us. I then requested to use Marriott points for the stay and she refused that as well. I informed the clerk that my Marriott phone application was not functioning and she had no interest in helping us with that either. I then requested if she would please contact Marriott rewards on our behalf to help with our situation and she refused. I noticed our bill today had the wrong address on it so I know she never took the time to even look up my Marriott rewards number which she stated she would. I became frustrated and I informed the clerk that I felt she was refusing to help in the normal Marriott manner which is usually kind and courteous and I was forced to pay cash for the stay instead of using points. We went to bed and then called for a late check out at 7am. A manager who stated he ran the place or owned the place answered the phone. As an elite member, we are allowed to check out at 4pm. The manager stated 1pm was the best then said 4pm then became irate and stated noon was check out. Very confusing behavior for a supposed manager. Then the manager stated that I needed to stop by the front desk to discuss what occurred with the night clerk as if the manager was a principle of a school or some sort of disciplinarian which I did not appreciate. The night before was very frustrating and the manager never even took the time to ask my side of the events. I became frustrated and hung up the phone. The manager within seconds was banging and what sounded like kicking our door at 7am. It was very frightening behavior to deal with. I opened the door to speak to the manager and he pushed the door open and my girlfriend was trying to change. I informed the manager that she was trying to change and he remained with his foot inside the room blocking the door from closing. We left the property and contacted Marriott corporate and we have attempted to contact the hotel ownership and have yet to hear back. It was a horrible experience and any frustration on my part was far exceeded by the wanton, outrageous and unreasonable behavior of the manager. Even if he wanted us to leave, it would be reasonable to allow my girlfriend the privacy and time to change without pushing the door open. I'm not an attorney, however, I attended law school for a time and I know a hotel room is the same as private property while in the room and the manager pushing the door and preventing the door from closing was contrary to common hotel protocol. And banging and potentially kicking the door and threatening to call the cops was not a behavior I've witnessed from a Marriott manager ever before. It was appalling. We should not have to pay for the room and I believe the manager should be severely reprimanded if not terminated for his behavior. All of the above comments are my opinion of the events while at the hotel and I believe other people should beware of staying at this location.

The king Suite room was a little smaller than I expected and they did not clear the room during my 2 day stay, but overall the staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was in a great location and has a lot to do around it. With Covid-19, there was less of a motivation for me to do anything inside, but there are options. Overall, I would come back.

Traveling with a small dog. Pet fee of $55 was not disclosed at check in and when I called to inquire about the fee and told there was nothing they could do about it.

I don't have a problem with paying a pet fee but I've always been told upon check in what the fee would be.

Management would not consider reducing the fee which was not disclosed is completely unreasonable but ensured me they would talk with their staff.
