The rooms are extremely clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. We came down here too witness the total solar eclipse in Nashville and this place is not increasing their prices like most of the Nashville TN hotels. Those guys were charging $1500/night where this place used standard rates for there luxury accommodation.

Printers didnt work and hassle to wait for front desk to transfer file to front desk and have them print trusting they would discard the file. Even Motel 6 offers complementary coffee in the lobby. Everything is a la Carter. Average for a Marriott property

Stayed over the fourth of July weekend. Hotel was very nice and staff friendly. The only problem we had was the beds they were very uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up every morning with our backs hurting. I think with a motel this nice they should have better beds, maybe pillowtop beds. Because of the beds being so uncomfortable we will not be back.

Simply put a very, very pleasant surprise. From the decor, the vibe and the welcoming attentions. Every detail in the lobby, the sitting area, a Starbucks in house was eye catching. The rooms were equally suited. I truthfully recommend it

Comfortable good sized room with a smart TV. Room was quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly. Free WiFi is just ok while paid WiFi was blazing quick.

We had a fabulous stay here. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The shower was very satisfying. Bed was comfortable. Good service at check in but each time we were at the front desk they were busy on the phone. Overall we had a very good experience and would stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel, this is the place to stay extremely clean rooms! The only complaint I have is the hot tub down at the pool, normally I don't get in public hot tubs I work for an aquatic facility and know how un balanced chemicals can be unsafe for skin, but this one looked well maintained so we decided to head down we turned the jets on and this nasty slimy blob and brown bubbles floated up well that ruined the moment. I recommended the front desk that they have someone drain and clean the hot tub that should be done a least once a month if high volumes of people are entering .
Every thing else was top notch best place I ever stayed at hands down. You will love it here they really have good taste in style and i know I already said it but the rooms were exceptionally clean. Good job house keepers your hard work has been noticed.Font desk very nice and very helpful. Great parking great restaurants close.

Housekeeping seemed more interested in making flowers out of the tissues than leaving shampoo. Only once in 7 nights did they properly replenish it.

Aweful experience. Booked a room with a double bed and was given a room with single bed for three people. Receptionist said they were hoping someone else who had booked the double bed room was going to cancel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Franklin TN. The location was easy to find, fairly close to the interstate. Parking was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean and updated. The room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I don't have any complaints about it stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the Nashville area.

Nice Courtyard in a designed neighborhood-type setting. It's a little challenging to find (even Google Maps seemed a little confused), but parking is plentiful with adjacent office buildings... and a Residence Inn. Staff was nice; fitness center left a little to be desired.

The rooms are gorgeous and the service is good. The hot tub was also quite nice. It would, however, have been a better experience if there had been a continental breakfast.

Great Hotel and close to all that Franklin has to offer!

If you stay around this area stay here. Pool, jacuzzi, friendly staff, local restaurants and shops within walking distance, go to First Watch for a great farm to table breakfast or lunch. They would get a 5 star if their atmosphere didn't feel stale and even though it is clean it doesn't "feel" clean. Might just be the lighting? Would be interested in your thoughts.....

Very nice hotel....much nicer than the typical Courtyard. However, the wireless is very slow!

Never had a bad experience at any Marriott. This one included. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi works well too.

5 star service from a 3 Star hotel. Kevin the Manager is phenomenal! The staff is wonderful as well.

Room is phenomenal. So many pillows on bed that it's hard to select which one to sleep on.

Whirlpool didn't work and food at the restaurant is not great

Be Aware!!! daily rates jumped from $134 Mon. first day - 2nd day rate was $274 & 3rd day-Wed $294 In addition... on the forth floor - standard room had a pesky ant problem to boot!

My wife and I stayed here for one night and the service was great! Our room was very clean and comfortable. While it was slightly warmer than I would have liked--even after adjusting the thermostat--we both slept through the night with no problem.

Rooms are nice, renovated recently. Staff if nice, but hotel tends to be very expensive and the breakfast is expensive.

The hotel was what you would expect. It was clean, it had good beds, and it was fairly modern in design too. My biggest problem with the hotel was the lack of a free breakfast and the horribly thin and uncomfortable toilet paper.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very accommodating upon my arrival. I was able to check in a little earlier than 3pm.

Great location if you need to be in the Franklin/Brentwood area. Rooms have always been clean, nice size, and plenty of parking. Several food options walking distance and tons of food/bars/entertainment all within a short drive. Continental breakfast was also offered if you just want a quick bite before heading out. Certainly on my list of recommended places to stay in the area.

This is by far the best place I have stayed in Franklin. My husband and I have staycations every so often to just unwind and the best part of this hotel that sets it apart are the comfortable beds, the indoor heated pool and the location. We will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, convenient location and quality rooms.

Nice big room with a very comfortable single King size bed. The shower ran strong and stayed hot. My third floor room had a balcony, but the weather was too cold for me to make use of it. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. My only complaint is that the vending was overpriced and only had Pepsi products.

this place does not accommodate to breastfeeding mothers needed somewhere to pump and the lady at the desk told me they would have to charge me the full rate of the room to use it to pump

We visit this property whenever we are in Nashville. The staff is always polite and efficient. Recently updated rooms.

Nice place to stay, but with the price one pays to stay there I was expecting a little more than what they had to offer.
