Courtyard by Marriott Franklin, TN Review

Great place to stay but....

Have stayed here several times. Last night was first bad experience due to unruly occupants in room above us. Called front desk. Then visited front desk personally. The front desk personnel did what they could but this hotel needs a much more strict policy toward loud stomping occupants. Very clean hotel. Nice small pool. Great amenities and location. Hope they don't let a few bad apples spoil the bunch.... will stay here again but will request top floor....

My fiance used it for her pre-wedding night, and my new wife and I used it for our wedding night. It was absolutely lovely. Service was great. Worth the price!

Great service, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere that's close to all Nashville and surroundings has to offer.

This is a great hotel and location. The staff is pleasant, the rooms are gorgeous and clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The hotel lobby is spacious with strong wifi and plenty of comfortable chairs. The restaurant in the hotel always seems overwhelmed, but they were always pleasant and the food was pretty good. There are a ton of restaurants you can walk to which is nice when you're traveling for business without a rental car. The room had a comfortable little couch/chair and a spacious wardrobe which made me feel less like I was living in a hotel room for a few days, but in a swanky room. My only complaint is it seemed like there was an elephant staying in the room above me, and the doors to the rooms would slam for all nearby neighbors to hear at a loud volume.

Great location, pool was great, our air conditioning broke but they moved us into a better and bigger room to compensate us for the trouble. Staff was really helpful and nice.

Expected more for the price. At >160 a night you'd think there was some perks. No premium channels, no breakfast, no Jacuzzi tub, no view. For half the price I've stayed at hotels with similar rooms and more perks. I went down to pay and eat breakfast and they didn't even have what i ordered off their small menu.

I was there for a swearing in of officers for a women's auxillary group. We rented a meeting room. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice and we were greeted when we entered.

Excellent hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Excellent service.

Customer service went above and beyond. They even called our room after checkin to make sure it was satisfactory. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. Rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable too. My family of 6 had no complaints.

Nice hotel, room was clean bathroom was ok, shower was dated with peeling wallpaper and leaky shower head. Normally I get highest floor room, they gave me second floor which I'd be fine with if they were busy but they weren't. Kind of expensive for that experience.

This is not a business Traveller freindly hotel. 3 of our coworkers had book 3 rooms at this hotel. When we got to the location right around afternoon we were told that they let other guests stay over and asked us to book at a Hampton inn 7 miles south. Rather than booting us, they should have told their existing guests that they cannot extend their stay as the rooms were already reserved.

Fantastic hotel in every way! Great parking, lobby, bar, bathroom had towel art when we arrived, room was clean, and check in/out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a little bit difficult to find the hotel because there are several Marriott hotels located near each other and the sign for the Courtyard was hidden. The room was very clean and spacious. The service was great!

Location was great. Wife and I walked to dinner and breakfast. Nice grounds. Nice community. Hotel was very nice. Staff as well. Definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The king sweet with the divider wall was perfect for sharing a hotel room with our toddler.

Does not live up to Marriott standards at all.The pool and whirlpool were very dirty, the pool actually had pieces of someone's vomit floating in it when we were there. We were unable to use them during our stay something we always look forward to doing especially since my husband is disabled. Maintenance and housekeeping needs to do a much better job as there were many things that needed immediate attention as one could tell they had not been addressed in quite awhile. Very disappointing stay lets just say I will always remember my birthday vacation. My husband wanted it to be a memorable one which it was, but not the way he intended it would me.

This is a great hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet and affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with good sized rooms. The room was quiet and a/c control allows fan to stay on, which I like. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Great location. Very clean and updated rooms with a lot of space. Check in experience was quick and front desk people were very friendly.

Met there today with our week business network group. Professional staff. And their new meeting since is outstanding!
