Great place to stay. Awesome free happy hour and a great morning breakfast

Very good location and ammenities, great staff. Water is weirdly soft.

Attended the Midlands Business Journal's 40 Under 40...what a super venue for that event. Served steak or salmon breakfast to over 500 people and it was superb.

We attended a company event at The Embassy Suites. The staff was courteous and helpful, but unobtrusive. The overall experience was great.

The rooms were spacious and the service was execeptional. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. Fantastic experience.

Stay away!!!
$130+ gets you a 1970s room with old worn out furniture, body hair in the bathroom and an incompetent and inadequate staff. Front doors trapped me inside and almost crushed my dog. Took issues to the desk, "we'll let management know"..

Embassy used to be a sure thing, now its just another hole in the wall dump.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area, have since it was first built. Always LOVE staying here, very nice accommodating place to stay. Breakfast is fantastic, happy hour is always a nice time to go and relax for a couple hours without additional costs.
THIS VISIT NOT SO MUCH!!! We had no wifi in room for the three days we were there, called front desk everyday even couple times a day about the issue, could get it in the lobby but not in room. The room was also horribly dirty, had not been dusted in I don't know how long. Bathroom was also dirty, floor had not been vacuumed, crumbs under table. Called housekeeping as there was no toilet paper and about the mess. Brought tp and that was it. We pay extra for the premium suites for the snacks that are available, that has also changed, they bring in a couple of candy bars and a couple of pops and a bag of mixed nuts. That does not even cover the extra money we spent on the upgrade. Might think twice before we stay here again. Very disappointed in this stay and the service we received. People at front desk friendly but no help with any of the issues.

I attended a meeting. The rooms were good. The food was good.

We stayed for a medical conference, which we have attended at this location for 3 years Now, and like usual the stay was excellent.

Always clean. Convenient location. Great place for business conventions.

Excellent hotel... clean rooms, easy access... quite large with an attached Conference Center. These hotels offer the added bonus of the "Manager's Reception" each evening... free drinks and snacks! Is right across the road from a Cabelas.

Went to the Embassy Suites for my work holiday party. Good, professional bar service, delicious dinner and dessert.

I attended a conference at Embassy Suites on March 7th, 2017. The facilities were very clean, and the coffee was great. My only complaint is the temperature was out of control cold - I'm talking low 60s, so it necessary to layer up. Otherwise a great time.

Was a decent place to get food after a long conference!

A nice place to stay. The two guys cooking breakfast made up for the stuff that disappeared from our room when the maids came through.

Great hotel, clean rooms, lots of rooms for meetings and such. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice location for professional meeting. Good space for multiple class sessions simultaneously. Chairs with table are more comfortable than the largest room where there are side by side chairs with no arms.

Beautiful hotel. Employees were friendly, helpful, caring and professional. Always enjoy the complimentary happy hour in the evening and breakfast.

A maid came in at 8 am while we were still in bed when check out wasn't until 11am. One staff member treated me poorly. Everything else was fantastuc

Good coffee, really nice place. This is a very family friendly location and has a really cool view from the hallways and Elevators. The Rooms are as nice as you'd expect inside an Embassy for sure.

My favorite hotel by the airport, love free snacks and from 5pm -7pm, atmosphere is awesome, rooms are clean, also love the view.

Just had a drink at the bar with some friends, bartender was great and fast!

Absolutely gorgeous interior, kind and energetic personnel, and overall pleasant atmosphere.

I have been in management for years and have never seen such an awful management staff. It was a great lesson for my managers of what not to do on the job.

Embassy suites was great. We had a catered business meeting. Their staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious but fairly small portioned.

Rooms are pricey, but very clean and spacious. Best breakfast buffet and made to order omelettes.

Bathroom could of been cleaner, sheets on the bed were all wrinkled. Noise all night, ridiculous pet fee . Should of been on the website.

Customer service is always great and the amenities are better than most hotels.

It was very nice, can't complain much except about the cleanliness of the bathroom, thats really all what bothered me. I'll give it 5 stars I go back and the bathroom is clean!

This place is very busy. Its like a little city of it's own. It's clean, modern, and affordable...if you book your room ahead of time anyway. The housekeeping manager...i think her name is macy, is a very sweet and professional person. We had a small issue with our room. She treated it like it was personal for her to fix it. Definitely a good place to stay.

Beautiful venue, food and service was phenomenal and the front staff was very accommodating - the clasp on my dress broke and they got me a safety pin and helped me fix it!

Nice hotel and conference center. We stayed overnight to go to the zoo for my daughter birthday. The pool was saltwater and not very big but it was very busy, at least 20 kids. The suite we stayed in was very roomy. It had a mini fridge which was nice but I accidently left my beer in it. A glass door fridge would have helped me not forget it. Great stay regardless of the beer incident!

I always enjoy attending an event at this location. The place is very well kept and the food is great.

The kids love this place. The pool is great. Breakfast is better than the standard buffet fare at a hotel.

even though we did not stay overnight this place was an excellent choice for a convention

Attended a professional conference at their convention center. It has multiple meeting rooms so you can reserve one or more depending on the size of your event. Lunch and snacks were nice. Room temperature was fine. Good coffee. Chairs weren't crammed together. They had plenty of staff on hand to make sure things went smoothly. The only minor criticism I have is there were some minor audio problems the second day but that wasn't a huge distraction.

My family love this place! We do the New Years eve party package there every year!

Overall a great hotel. Parking is pretty bad if you get in late, and the hotel is always very busy on the weekends. Breakfast, and the managers reception are always great.

We stayed in the one of the rooms on the luxery floor. It had a room with 2 queen beds and a separate room with a pullout coach. Also had a fridge, microwave and kurig machine. Room decor was a little dated but clean and nice for the most part. Only 2 issues were the pull out coach was very uncomfortable and there was a rather concerning brown stain on the sheets of one of the beds. Other than that it was quiet and a lot of room. But for the money those 2 issues kind of spoiled things. The hotel itself is very upscale and had complimentary snacks and drink (8 drink tickets for 1 night stay). Also had a complimentary made to order breakfast that we didn't have time to try out. The pool was large and the kids enjoyed it. Overall I would stay again but not sure I would pay for the extra room with the hideaway bed.

Wonderful stay. Decor slightly dated in the room but in no way detracted from my stay. Loved it

Staff was excellent, business suite gadgets everything one could need for meetings and the like.

We highly recommend holding events here. The staff pulled off our largest fundraising event without a problem.

This place is incredible, the rooms are huge and service is excellent. The conference center is well thought out and a pleasure to be in. All the AV equipment works without fail.

Worst hotel ever!! Got here at 4:30. It is now after 7 and my prepaid room is still not ready. This hotel is a joke.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, the rooms are also a good size and layout. This would be a great conversation hotel.

It was a work Christmas party, with dinner as a buffet. Food (other than wings and creme brulee) was really good!

The stay was lovely. I was put in a nice room away from the loud noises.

Stopped by to check out the venue for an upcoming convention. Lots of room, multiple restaurant options, and over all layout is very good.
