Room was a bit dirty and had clothes from previous guest in dresser.

Very nice place to stay, plenty of room, like the open commons area. very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast , very comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful convention center with a enormous hall that can easily be divided to make many smaller rooms to fit your convention needs

The evening reception was very nice. The drink options were wonderful. Very plentiful drink selections. Food items were not great at happy hour but they drinks made up for it. The food is definitely not a Drury Inn situation but overall nice

Good spot very clean and the main ballroom was very big!

Enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was spacious and the layout was perfect.

Pillows were way too soft for me so that was a challenge, normally I bring my pillow but left it home this trip.

Swimming Pool was good (water was way too cold for us to really enjoy). Other people mentioned the same thing. Hot Tub was enjoyable, clean, roomy and not to hot. It felt great sitting in it.

Breakfast was pretty good and the guys (can't remember the names) working the grill knew how to keep up and get everyone's eggs just right. ( they deserve a congrats, we caught them at their best)

Parking was good and easy to get in and out of.

Please Move the Smoking Area away from Front Doors, having to walk through smoke is not a great way to enter or leave a great property.

Another great stay at this hotel. Highly recommended! That's why we keep coming back.

I was at the Conference Center. They did a great job hosting our conference. We've outgrown the facility. But they even ran a thank you video thanking the association for their patronage. Not many places would do that.

Very quiet and clean. We were less than pleased with the breakfast provided. Due to COVID there are basically zero of the typical amenities available. We would have preferred to stay someplace with a lower price and spent the extra cash on real food. I would recommend offering a breakfast coupon to the local restaurants across the street, instead of the sad box we got.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites LA Vista. Clean, new, nicely decorated. Great cocktail hour with free drinks and snacks as well as a breakfast buffet and made to order items as well were all included. Suite was nice size with a fold out full size couch. We will definitely stay again!

Embassy Suites never disappoints us. The entire experience was enjoyable and relaxing. The only"negative" was when I asked for a room away from street traffic. Our bedroom faced the interstate. That said, we were far enough away and the exterior is built well enough that I didn't hear the traffic, so I didn't score down for that.

Rooms are very large. They look a bit outdated. Breakfast was great.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel provided breafast was good. Room could use decor updated.

The General manager and housekeeping and front desk except for the Gentleman who is a bit older with glasses is so helpful.

I am a Hilton Members and I do not any po ints but an apology otherwise I will go to the news media and also share my blogs about this hotel and the staff.

Their conference rooms were set up wonderful, food bars had great options and very organized. Always had employees checking in on each session to make sure they're technology was running great.

The customer service was great! The staff followed up after check in, all concessions in the room were included, the room was very clean and pretty spacious, and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. The room was quiet even though there were a lot of kids' sports teams. The room appeared somewhat dated and looked as though some attempts had been made to update the decore but looked a bit mismatched, the bed was very, very firm but had a small mattress topper that helped a little, but every move made by one person was definitely felt by the other. As a result, we left earlier than we had originally planned. The made-for-you breakfast had quite a few options but was a buffet and didn't offer much in the way of grab and go but the coffee shop offered Starbucks and the lattes were delightful. We don't d not have kids are n our party, so I am unable to speak to the pool and entertainment center, but noted they offered multiple movies for a range of age groups. Overall, it was okay, but for the price the accommodations we're mediocre (other than the staff) and I would hesitate spending the amount of money for the stay.

Great place for hosting large events! Plenty of parking too.

The rooms were clean and well kept. We had a "premium" suite which had a separate room and living area so that we could put the toddler to bed while we stayed up in the main area. They brought us a pack n play to use as a crib. The evening reception with free drinks and snacks was enjoyable and nicely done. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Attended a social event for the Open Door Mission. Awesome facilities.

Good food loved it got served free alcohol and it was fantastic.

This is the place you need to go to unwind and relax. Free cocktail hour and morning breakfast are things to look forward too. Place is clean and priced right. .

Attended a social event in one of the ballrooms. The ballroom was spacious and the temperature was comfortable. The food was outstanding. The media presentation exhibited clear picture and sound. The staff was friendly and professional.

For fancy hotel it could have been better...there looked like there was mold in bathroom ceiling...turned on mini fridge and it started making terrible noise and shaking,vending machine would not work...otherwise it was ok hotel

Event was great. Food was pretty decent. The only slight that makes this 4 stars instead of 5, I walked in not knowing where I needed to go, and the staff was completely clueless as to what was going on. They eventually pointed me in the right direction, but you would think they would have known right away which room the event was in.

I was at Embassy Suites this past week for a conference. The conference room was comfortable. Parking was a challenge, however. We also didn't appear to have Wi-Fi access.

The rooms are very clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The pool is way too salty though.

Accommodations are exceptional, as is the staff! Amenities second to none! Beds are very very comfortable and rooms are quiet and spacious!!! Will definitely look to Embassy Suites for future accommodations!

Really great hotel. Wonderful breakfast with great selection. Wonderful, large room. Really loved the lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Next time I go there I am staying there.

Our stay at the Embassy was great, Larissa at the front desk did something very special for us that made our 40th Anniversary very special and memorable for us. Great customer service !!! Will be back!

Love this property. The meals are exquisite. The staff is extremely friendly and the suite was beautiful.

Had a room on the top floor, which was out preference and they took it into account. Room decor is... Interesting, but everything is very clean. Big room, very spacious. Room service was quick and pleasant.

Main hall was a good size but break out rooms were a little small. Food and refreshments we changed often to stay fresh.

Rooms were comfortable, room service was excellent, breakfast was excellent. Housekeeping should pay closer attention to cleaning. Lots of dust on the.carpets in the corners, lampshades were dusty, carpets didn't look clean, pubic hairs all over the shower.

We took are girlscout troop for overnight last night and loved the stay.

The hotel was very nice. We were there during the college World Series of baseball so it was pretty busy. The free drink tokens were nice for a communal happy hour. We were very pleased with everything about the stay except for the breakfast. We usually stay at places with a free breakfast and are usually happy. This breakfast was pretty rough. I even waited to get an omelet and couldn t even stomach it. All in all it was nice but I would not stay again.

Went there for a developer conference. The place looked great and the meeting halls were set up nicely.

Was here for a corporate event. The event center is nice. The staff was friendly the event was for work.

Although the space was nice and so were the amenities, I found several cockroaches in the hotel room. One or two might be understandable since cockroaches aren't rare, but I found a span of 10 cockroaches in about 2 days. Apparently cleanliness is not a priority especially when you are paying a good amount of money every night for a stay.

The rooms was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was competent and helpful. That is what gets the five-start review. The restaurants need a bit of work, however, especially at these prices. They just seems a bit frayed at the edges - the dishes always look a bit dirty, the food is a bit bland, when you call room service they are not the greatest people.

I didn't have a room here, but I visited the lobby and social area. Very nice and comfortable.

Excellent stay! The rooms do need updating, however the rooms and all areas in the hotel were clean. Our room had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We did not encounter one guest not wearing a mask and people were polite with elevators with overcrowding. The happy hour drinks were delicious and the buffet was great also. We could not get our own food but we were served efficiently. Thank you!
