Fantastic ballroom with friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Great staff, great place to stay. Good location. Beautiful hotel. Loved the evening reception and the morning breakfast. Cabela's is just across the parking lot, and other stores are within walking distance.

Very loud and crowded but the food was good and the rooms nice. Also the pool was very over chlorinated. Burned my eyes just sitting in the pool room. I'm glad I didn't get in the pool.

The room was wonderful, clean, though it did smell odd like crayons. The staff were very helpful and made our stay as comfortable as they could. We ordered room service where they were prompt and the food was amazing!

Great location, clean, good breakfast, and offers digital key. Very easy to get in and out with no reason to visit the front desk.

Attended an event at the conference center next door. Everything was outstanding very nice facility.

I was here for a Pediatric Trauma Conference for EMS providers. Awesome venue, great staff and perfect location!

Spent the day at the La Vista Conference Center. It was a fabulous experience, and the meal they served us for lunch was delicious. If I were planning an event, I'd definitely consider it. Plenty of room and spacious side rooms for smaller discussion.

Attended an event in one of the banquet rooms. The facilities were very nice and the staff was attentive and professional.

Not your everyday hotel.so many amenities for kids and adults!

They were so friendly at the front desk and gave us tours of the rooms.

Great rooms. Staff and service was very good. Attended with a middle school youth gathering with a large group, which can be challenging, but all the staff I interacted with was very positive.

Large meeting room that all power points are easily visible. Adequate bathrooms for extremely large group.

Not sure if it was the mouse running around at the breakfast area or the less then awesome house cleaning. Floor towl was worn and had holes in it. The garbage was not removed from the waist basket in my room for 3 of the nights I was there. Or the fact that they could not handle virtual cards like every other Hilton I've been in.

Overall it's a nice place with great location if management needs to improve.. staff was great even dealing with the mouse..

Very nice hotel. Looks great, rooms are big and spacious. Staff was very friendly. An associate did have a problem with the cable TV in their room that they brought to the attention of staff that was not fixed. As well as the towels I used the second morning had a sour smell to them. Breakfast food was decent. Eggs were kind of weird, with a white color to them (scrambled) that was kind of weird though

It is a very nice place that has quality service for anyone who stays there. There is no complaints I could put against this spot.

My favorite hotel in the Omaha area. The breakfast buffet alone is worth staying for, and the manager's happy hour in the evening is a perfect time to unwind from the day. Rooms are clean and neat, and the grounds are well kept.

We paid extra for a suite. The pillows and pull out couch were so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep. Everything else was great

We arrived on Friday evening at 11 pm, with our 3 kids (12, 10, 7). Check in took about 15 minutes with 2 large groups ahead of us, and only 2 people (both standing at the same computer) checking them in. We get up to the room at 11:30, and start to get things situated in our Premium Suite (Room 514). I pull out the sofa sleeper and notice that the pillows inside the cabinet have black stains on them (appear to be mascara). I called the front desk to have them bring me new sheets and pillows because the ones we had were either stained or dirty. Before housekeeping could arrive, my wife hands me 2 more pillows from the bedroom with the same stains. Its now almost midnight, the kids are exhausted and I put my 12 year old son to bed on the pull out sofa bed. He instantly tells me that he can't sleep with bars poking him in the back. I press my hands on the mattress, and it feels like a sumo fight had ensued on it the night before, every spring was broken. So we piled 3 kids into one bed, and finally go the kids to sleep somewhere between 12:30 - 1 am. I was the last one to take a shower on Saturday morning and I grabbed the last folded towel, and hung it over the shower curtain bar.
After my shower, I look at the towel and it has red stains all over it. It didn't look like blood, but more makeup stains. I took this towel down to the front desk and told them how frustrated I was. The manager on duty told me that since I had pre-paid for my room rate, they could not reimburse me for the room, but could give me points. She offered 10,00 points on my Hilton Honors account. (WHICH I STILL DO NOT HAVE ON MY ACCOUNT)

The next morning the front desk moved us down to Room 413, and we dropped off all of our bags and headed to Valla's (which will be a 5 star review!) for the day. We returned back to the hotel with dirty kids from a day spent at the pumpkin patch. My 10 year old daughter goes in to take a shower (in our new room) and hanging on the door are dirty towels. We didn't sleep in that room, use the bathroom, we had just dropped bags off in the room and left for the day.

2 separate rooms, on 2 different floors. Same problems - dirty sheets and towels. DISGUSTING.

On top of this, I get a phone call from the front desk saying that someone charged $40 to my room for food. This freaked me out for a moment, and then I get a 2nd phone call saying that this was a charge for the meat and cheese tray that I had pre-ordered with the room. (Which we did not get for our 2nd day of our stay - but paid for 2 days of meat and cheese trays).

The next time we come to Omaha, I will be staying somewhere else. Thanks Embassy Suites for ruining our sleep and time in Omaha.

We stayed in the main ballroom for a work event and the food was good and hit considering there was over 1400 people there

Went to a banquet here and the kitchen served chicken AND steak with herb potatoes and green beans with almonds. It was delicious and the steak was very tender.

Only one staff at check in. waited 20 min. Food is good but getting breakfast in room is troublesome; took 30min of calling to get someone onphone. Bath tub has black hair in it when I checked in. Also, the drawers had condoms in them. And the coffee creamer was 2 yrs expired.

Had dinner at the nines restaurant they have a delicious Reuben

It had no hot tub and they had a salt water pool. And we said we wanted 2 rooms at 11 in the morning and they did not have it done by 4. It was like 5:20.

6th floor great view the pool was awesome the bar was surprisingly well priced staff treated me very well

Veryyyy nice hotel, friendly staff,clean rooms, good food. I just found some untidiness under the bed dust ruffle. They didnt also have any hdmi cable to lend us, which they should.

Hot tub timer was broken. But st least it was hot. Great made to order breakfast but watery coffee- even the "bold".

Attended meeting for work there. Room was great. Lunch was great.

Room was nice...upscale for us. Managed to get a good price too..but the breakfast...the man in the kitchen who cooked the food for us KNOWS how to make an omelet. I would stay here alone just for the food.

Most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed at. Great place, free happy hour drinks, comfortable beds.
