Nice place. We love coming here for our stay-cations!
Attended a Wellcom wellness awards luncheon at the Embassy Suites La Vista. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The meal was excellent and the facilities were well suited for that large of a conference.
Staff is nice! Rooms are big but the bathroom was not clean. Toilet, tub and floor were dirty.
Rooms are very nice! Separate living room with a hide-a-bed couch which could easily sleep two. The rooms were clean as well.
I love this location. The rooms are nice they have good service. I love cocktail hour and I have attended several events. The catered food was awesome and bartenders friendly and the prices were reasonable.
The managers were a little strict and when you got to the pool with a 16 year old they kick you out even though it says you have to be with someone 16 or older.
I attended a March of Dimes event in the ballroom. It was an amazing venue and all of the staff that I envoy texted were amazing.
Conference room was nice and large. Quality sound system.
One of the nicest Embassy Suites that we have visited. Clean, friendly, comfortable!
Clean comfortable and friendly staff. Meeting rooms were large and comfortable.
Great space for a sports banquet. Some of the steak was undercooked, however
One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in! Great breakfast service on top of beautiful, clean rooms!
Such a lovely place. I was there at the conference center and the place is awesome. Love the staff who treats you well. Very good parking lots available. The place is well maintained too. Would go there again as time permits.
Our "stay,-cation" was very relaxing and we loved our rooms. Couldn't be happier. The only downside was that the pool was over chlorinated and a bunch of kids and adults including my family became ill during their swim. It was disheartening to see, my kids and family broke out in rashes all over their body. One kid had their face in a trash can. I don't know what the issue was exactly but the chemical levels definitely needed to be checked and management was made aware. Kind of scary.
Also we did the early check-in online but we didn't get our WiFi password at check-in or breakfast vouchers. We had to visit the front dea after we realized we didn't get them. It was faster than regular check-in and we got to pick the room we wanted on our phone.
Less stressful than other check-ins in previous years and we got a room across from the rest of the family. Our room was available first earlier via mobile check-in and our family had to wait for their room due to it not be ready yet at regular check-in.
Very clean, great breakfast, nice pool. Would have been five stars but they told us check in time was 4pm but when we tried to check in shortly after 4pm they said the room wasn't ready yet and that we had to wait.
I attended for a veterans day dinner last friday. We walked in the service was very professional. The food was delicious, no problems there. Over all i would reccomend.
Rooms seemed a little cold but with more people it would be fine. Service was great and everything worked well
Went here for a work party and after looking around, it looks absolutely beautiful hotel, the drinks were great, and the food was good.
The conference center room that I was in was spacious, well lit and comfortable for the hundred or so of us in the meeting. The AV equipment worked flawlessly and the snacks that were brought in were tasty. I'd recommend this place for large group meetings.
The hotel and staff are top notch food at Nine's restaurant was good at a fair price only thing I would ask to change is there is no guide for the in room TV's.
Never stayed in the hotel here but have been to conference center for holiday parties and plenty of family that has stayed to leave a positive review the staff is very friendly and I will recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very clean rooms. Great breakfast! Friendly staff. Only downfall the beds were too soft for our liking, but others probably like soft beds.
Big rooms, friendly staff, classy, free drinks during happy hour
I attended a professional event there. Professional staff and great service.
Comfortable rooms! Spacious. Quiet. The manager's reception was delightful
Just ask for a room away from the ice machine and elevators. Overall, good place to stay.
Good value. Very clean. Made to order breakfast was great.
Clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet and decent evening reception
Clean and well kept. Some Embassy Suites can be a little dated and worn, this one was neither. Complimentary reception from 5:30 to 7:30 was nice and the ladies at the bar were cheerful and friendly. This hotel is attached to the convention center, so that most likely has a little to do with the updated look. One note is that Embassy Suites are certainly "kid friendly" and there were plenty of them here during my stay. Great if you're traveling with the family... something to consider if traveling for business.
Hotel staff at the event was very friendly and helpful.
the staff was very friendly and helpful and the attached convention center is great for all size events. Great good and selection at the restaurant as well.
This hotel location, while comfortable, does not approach the level of "finish" that I typically expect from Embassy Suites. This appears to be another hotel chain that was rebranded. Also, simply things like robes and bath slippers are not in the room, by default. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious. The staff is very courteous and helpful
A multi org event needed better signage/staff to answer guest questions. Food was excellent!
This is a beautiful convtion center! It is well layed out and everything is top notch! I look forward to going to conventions here. It is one of the best facilities in Omaha.
Rooms were very good, but breakfast/happy hour services were extremely lacking. The hotel was obviously booked to the brim, but they only had one guy making a made-to-order breakfast for everyone.
Was here for a fundraiser/dinner. The convention center setup great for the event and the dinner was good. Went to the hotel bar afterwards for a few drinks. It took awhile to get served, even going up to the bar, but to be fair we did have a decent sized group.
Convenient location, excellent service, great food, and looking forward to staying there next time.
Food was great. The hotel was amazing but the house keeping was a bit lacking.
Great location in West Omaha. Right off of Interstate 80. As usual, the rooms were clean and service was great. We stayed overnight Thanksgiving and Black Friday. The hot tub was closed for repairs and the swimming pool appeared to be a salt water swimming pool. Breakfast was great with anywhere from toast and muffins to a made-to-order omlett and bacon. Also, the happy hour is a favorite of ours. Mixed drinks, beer, wine, and soda are all offered along with vegetables and dip, mixed nuts, chips and salsa, chex mix and other foods. The foods seem to change/rotate as well, depending on when you visit. Overall a nice place with above average amenities/offerings.
Perfect space for a large conference, with a dozen or so smaller rooms for smaller group sessions and presentations. Food and beverage service have been great every time I have been here for a conference.
After a glitch with our reservation the management made everything right and it was a great stay
The hotel and conference center nice and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Conference center rooms were large and well lit.
If you have the extra funds, this is an awesome place to stay. Very luxurious and the staff are all so kind! I love the evening drink reception and the breakfasts are worth the lines.
I love staying at Embassy suites. This one is quiet, close enough to the interstate if i want to go somewhere. Has a restaurant and a bar, breakfast in the morning and managers reception in the evening. Business center, wifi, newspapers, and very helpful staff.
Outstanding! I checked in at 1 AM after multiple cancelled flights and weather delays. The airline lost my luggage, so, I washed the clothes on my back in the sink as I had been travelling and wearing them for 2 days. Well, at 7 AM, they were not dry. I needed to be at corporate at 8 AM for my yearly meeting. I called Shannon at the front desk and she came right up and put the only clothes I had in the dryer for me! Thank you!
All of the rooms are nice and the service was excellent!
I attended a conference at the LaVista Conference Center. Good venue, good sound system.
I have pretty low standards. I wasn't shiv'd in the yard / bathroom and my car was more or less where I left it. Would have been 5 stars, but the sandwiches catered for the event ( I think through embassy ) had like a loaf of bread each and I like my sandwiches with just enough bread you don't get mayo on your fingers, anything more is detrating from the main course of the sandwich.
I stay at at lot of Embassy Suites, this one is "home". The staff is attentive, the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. I was here over the holidays. Still just aa good as ever. Hands down the best omelet chef in the Embassy Suites chain!
Beautiful rooms and lobby area, friendly and accommodating staff. Good food in the breakfast area. This would be five stars, except that the note left in each room thanking guests for their stay is religious in nature and made me uncomfortable.
The stay at the hotel was amazing. Everything is really nice and the rooms are very clean and appealing to the eye. The only complaint I have is that the beds could be more comfortable. Everything was above par except for the beds which were at par.
Meal was excellent and the rooms were kept at a reasonable temperature.
Great service, especially with all the people participating at the convention!
It was a hotel ballroom, all you would expect from that. The electricity and the A/V stuff worked, and the staff were helpful and friendly
Hosted an event and experienced very professional staff and venue.
It is conveniently located near the I 80, as well as some shopping. The staff is friendly and attentive. I had a nice dinner there overall.
I was there for the NSBA conference this week. This is by far the best conference center in the state. They have all the necessary facilities to host major (or minor) events.
Clean and good service. Wish breakfast lasted longer than 9am on week days.
Excellent service. Great breakfast. Nice clean room.
Room smelled. Air conditioning did not work. Courtyard was beautiful. Customer service was poor. Staying here another night and wish we weren't.
Food the last few has been marginal and the place doesn't have ranch dressing
