Well organized for very large event for Assure Women's Center

We took part in an event at the convention center. The room was spacious, the staff was helpful and friendly and the food was good. Overall, this was a great place for our event and we will use it again.

The only negative I have about this venue is the chairs, which start to get uncomfortable after prolonged sitting.

Loved the Embassy Suites. Staff was my favorite. They were fantastic and wonderful. Breakfast was great. Rooms were huge!

Room was huge for price. We had kid pool was great very family oriented. I loved the complimentary snacks and drinks!!!!!! Amazing deal. If service is as good in morning as it is now. They have just become my favorite hotel to stay in!!!!

Very clean hotel with friendly and professional employees. The manager, Ben, does an excellent job running the hotel. He and his staff are very informed on the area and do a great job providing all necessary information. It is a fun and friendly place to stay.

Conference rooms were set up nicely. Layout for booths was tight.

Good spot for a work Christmas party. The drinks were good, and the venue was nice. The food was good, but definitely not enough of it. They should have been a little faster refilling stuff as it ran out. Otherwise a good time!

The conference facilities were fine but there was no where to deposit dirty dishes. It was a bit haphazard and messy.

I had an awesome suite that was impeccably clean and quiet with remarkable attention to detail such as notepads and pens next to each phone. The best part was the service. When the coffeemaker didn't work, I called the front desk and Bob Krupp (spelling?, the tall older gentleman working the front desk) personally brought me a complementary fresh pot of coffee from the kitchen in only 2-3 minutes. He must have run the whole way since my room was on the other side of the hotel. Plus the new coffee maker was brought up less than 5 minutes later.

It was bitter cold outside, but the service was warm and friendly.

The location was immaculate and extremely clean considering the amount of attendees. The safe was also very friendly when needed.

Located in a really convenient location. Very nice staff and breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was in great shape. This hotel has the Hilton ekey which is awesome.

I've stayed here before and never had an issue. This time, my room was disgusting. There was an unidentified piece of meat in the sink of the bar area, hair in the tub, coffee grinds left in the maker and no coffee in the bin (but they left the wrappers for the used ones).

I'm a diamond member and have seen my share of less than desirable rooms. This one takes the cake so far, for 2020

It's very nice, comfortable, and they have good food and a nice lounge. The convenience of easy interstate access is a bonus.

Everything was done in a professional Manor for the conference.

Love this location. Had some issues with pricing and the add on fruit/cheese/meat plate is NOT worth the $40 price tag, considering the grapes were molding.

For an upscale hotel I was not impressed. Stayed for 5 nights during a baseball tournament. Not happy with cleaning service. Housekeeping did not pick up our garbage a few times, shower curtains would not stay closed with the arc shower pole used. Room was not cleaned well at all. Our glass cups were dirty before we even tried to use them. Attached is a pic of one of the cups. Service does not match what you pay to stay there.

We were using embassy suites as a meeting spot to catch up with family. We paid extra to get adjoining rooms. Our room was adjoining to a strangers room and just next door to our family. So when it came time for the kids to go to bed, we had to sit in the hall so we would be able to hear if they woke up. The room it's self: there was raisins behind the couch, sticky drink rings on coffee table, big stain on lamp shade, some kind of spatter on the wall next to toilet, mold spots on shower curtains. Thick dust all along the wall where the vacuum cant reach. When brought up the to management about things they gave us a snack tray and "extra" points.

Embassy suites very elegant, breakfast came with many choices. Prices were reasonable.

Visited for a professional banquet. Food and amenities in the ballroom were fantastic.

This is an excellent hotel. Nice spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. The check in was very smooth with a knowledgeable front desk clerk. The breakfast was awesome also and not to mention the evening reception. Also the taxes are lower are worth the look.

Conference center food servers/staff were noisy during our meeting and surely during our noon meal!

They have nice rooms and an amazing continental breakfast which included an omelette bar. My only complaint was that wifi is not included with the price of the room and costs an additional $5 per day. Overall I had a very good experience.

Didn't stay overnight. Just dropped off a delivery order. Hotel lobby was clean. Had an interesting design as well.

We attend an annual event the Embassy Suites. One off the top venues in Omaha for hosting these events.

Everything was well organized. Staff had refreshments readily available, bathrooms were clean, and the food was excellent. It was a great conference for the Nebraska Turf Association.

We enjoyed the experience. It was very clean and they had very friendly staff. The pool was a bit small along with the hot tub but overall was a very nice place.

My experience at the Embassy Suites was pretty good. I went for Anime Nebraskon, checking in was easy and the rooms were kept neat and clean despite all of the traphic.

The convention center is very clean and a Great place to host any sort of major social gathering.

The food was great, and the convention center rooms are immaculate.
