Attended a holiday party here, things went well enough, but I do have to criticize the bars set up for the party. Expensive and tiny drinks, and a real lack of variety. Unable to even make a long island...

We were there for a social event at the conference room. It's very spacious and the workers were pleasant while professional. The audio/visual was great and all around a nice place for an event.
At a large convention like this I feel that the hotel is under-staffed and is unable to accommodate the needs of all guests in a timely manner. Other than that the employees are nice and professional and do the best that they can.
This hotel was very nice. The lobby was beautiful with lots of comfortable seating. The food from the restaurant was delicious and the staff was gracious.
Great conference center, conveniently located on the Western edge of Omaha to attract folks from across the state as well as travelers who just need a room for a night. Same great Hampton hotel you've come to expect, with the bonus of a conference/ convention center
The staff is very nice and willing to help with anything. The breakfast is pretty good too, they have chefs constantly cooking up food to order for those that wait in line.
Enjoyed a woman's moment "Smart Women Smart Money" conference. A very good Q&A panel on Leadership, Mentorship, Money management among other topics.
Mr. and Mrs. Tiffany Smiley thank you for sharing your incredible story of #hopeunseen life is not to be taken for granted, amazingly motivating on many levels. Thanks SWSM...oh yes thanks embassy suites conference center.
I have been to several workshops and luncheons here. The food is always pretty good, and good service from staff. The place is clean, usually doesn't get cramped for space, either.
Love this place. Rooms are huge beds are comfortable. Big enough for the whole family you can even bring the family dog. Plus they have complementary drinks and snacks every night for happy hour. The best place to have a staycation at.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy. I had the best night's sleep in a long while and the shower was great! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would say the only negative to stay was breakfast. I wasn't terribly impressed.
Update, I added a star to my original review after a recent stay. They have fixed the problems with breakfast that occurred during my previous stay. Glad to see improvement.
Honestly. I've never stayed here but I use the Amazon locker a lot. My packages were always getting stolen. It's clean and the staff always says hi. Only ding is the parking lot can get full on a weekend.
Attended the convention center for professional conference. The facility it's very clean and well kept, food it's very good. Only thing that really needs to be improved on is the projector is not quite bright enough for a lit room. Recommend ability to dim lights near the screen or upgrade the projector.
The room was comfortable, having an evening reception even on a weekend was great and my drinks were delicious! It would have been nice if all the staff followed and enforced their mask policy. There were a whole lot of people completely ignoring it.
Upscale lodging with good amenities and night-life atmosphere. The Nines restaurant is well under-rated. Should be a line out the door every night. Dont be deceived by dining at a hotel. If you try it twice it will become your regular dining option and a great place for your group to meet. Family friendly also. Free movie options to entertain the children. Room housekeeping should be improved.
I enjoyed my visit. The front desk texted me to see if things were going well. It's probably a bot, but it's still a nice touch. I also liked the card on their room wishing a blessing on my visit! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The TV wasn't dolled up with proprietary devices or services, so I had no problem hooking up my Chromecast. I had a short visit, but I did enjoy it. I don't think I've been in an Embassy Suites before, but it'll be in my consideration now.
We always try to stay at Embassy suites when we travel but our last experience at your LaVista, Ne. hotel was less than satisfactory. We spent 3 days there last week, 2 of the 3 nights we had poor heat it was fixed the last night, one night we came back to our room to find out no one cleaned it. I had to go to the front desk to get some one up there to clean, they didn't even change the sheets. There was food particles in the hall way all 3 days the cleaning crew obviously didn't even vacumn the hall ways. Plus the hot tube was less than warm and the jets were not working. The most disturbing fact is when we check out, I mentioned this to the manager and he ask me what we should do for me. That just made me more angry as it shouldn't be my responsibility to tell u what you should do, He did take one night off of my bill but obviously that bothered me. Anyway the hotel manager should have taken the responsibility to satisfy my needs right then and not put it on my shoulders...Will think twice on where to stay when we come back to Omaha. Thank you for listening to my concerns...
Attended a work banquet at Embassy Suites- La Vista. The ball room was very large, well organized, and adequately stocked with resources needed for the presentations and entertainment that occurred. The only staff that I had interactions with was the bartenders. They filled that role nicely, but there may have been a couple rookie bartenders in the group. The cocktail hour prior was held in the hallway adjacent to the ballroom, and was no where near large enough to accommodate all the traffic. The bar setup, staggering the bars on opposite walls, seemed to really hurt crowd flow, making things very uncomfortable. Overall, was a very enjoyable time, but room for
