Attended a winter party. Food selection was limited but good. Dessert was outstanding.

Compared to other Embassy locations we have stayed at this was terrible. The rooms were not clean. Stains on the floor and furniture. Mold in the bathroom. We had a block of rooms for a wedding and others had a similar experience. Would never recommend or stay at this location. The adjacent hotel has better prices and the rooms were very nice compared to ours.

Stayed here while our kitchen floor was curing. If you do room service, get the pizza. Its awesome

First night had to clean the bath tub that had hair in it.
Second day our room was never cleaned. Towels were still on the bathroom floor. Trash cans were not emptied. No coffee or cups or cream and sugar. When we returned to our room later that night, had to call front desk to express our concerns. Sent towels, coffee creamer and sugar. Still no cups. Or tissues.
The next day I talked with the on duty manager at 6:45 in the morning to once again to express my concerns. She told our room would be the first one completed. At that point we left our room and returned at 9:40 a.m. and to our dismay, the room was never cleaned. Once again, I called the front desk and talked to another person that informed me that on the weekend, the rooms might not be done until between 12 and 2 p.m. At that point I asked her what we were supposed to do for 2 hours while we wait to have the room cleaned????
She replied that she would pull someone off another room to clean the room right away. Now how is that possible if the rooms don't get cleaned
She then said she would have someone up right away to clean the room, which did happen if the rooms don't get cleaned until between 12 and 2 ?????.
When we left the room there were 2 people already cleaning rooms on our floor at 9:30.
Very poor management at this facility. Very disappointed for the amount of money for the service received.

Classic hotel that has gotten a little dated. Not as clean as I like. Great beds.

Beautiful place! Went to PayPal employee Christmas dinner. They handled our 2000 people without a hiccup.

Good location, great hospitality. Rooms could use some minor upgrades. We are repeat customers here.

Great value like usual at Embassy Suites Hotel. Only complaint is that one of the queen mattresses was very saggy.

Attended a Military function there. It was well ran and the food was great.

Stayed and enjoyed the room layout and the bed. Clean room and the shower was nice instead of a tub. Breakfast was interesting. Had to get in line for bacon. Biscuits were not right and the gravy had garlic. Parking was out front and free. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The check in was seamless. Very nice rooms. The family is enjoying their experience. All four rooms are perfect.

Great experience during our stay here. The room was great. It was clean and they had a little welcome package for my service dog, which included some doggie bags, a mat, and dish. The staff was courteous and friendly. The happy hour was a nice chance to relax after a long drive and we enjoyed the free drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice meeting venue. Seats were a bit uncomfortable after a couple of hours. Staff was friendly.

I went to the conference center to attend a fish convention. It was clean inside, nothing out of the ordinary or drastically gross. The staff was helpful in helping me find my way to the event rooms and the atmosphere was easy and light hearted. The building itself was very nice and a pleasant blend of what I'd expect from a hotel. I would enjoy going back to stay as a guest or attend other events being held there. I would recommend it.

Great venue but getting there was a pain with the traffic. Large auditorium that held well over a thousand people.

Staff was really good. They are very intentive, and on top of the their game. The rooms are really nice and clean. I was really impressed with the breakfast.

Very nice modern hotel. Stayed for a work event and was very clean and had a good breakfast.

Rooms not clean. Night stand shelf dusty. Floors not vacummed thoroughly because found someone's wedding ring at end of bed. Breakfast
needs to be served longer. Ends at 9:00.

Got a suite with a conference room for a get together. Rooms were very nice, staff is polite. Breakfast was excellent!

Very nice place. But the service was lacking. The event started late. And dinner service seemed behind all night. Food was pretty good but during dessert coffee was supposed to be served and only some tables were even offered it. Also I didn't appreciate the staff cleaning up the bar area during speeches and awards. The noise was very distracting

Stayed here for two nights on a family "stay-cation." I've stayed here before, and it's on par with any other Embassy Suites anywhere else, and that's not a bad thing.

Upon our arrival, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The evening reception was in progress, and for having just started, lacked in having the various snack foods refilled quickly, as the vultures (guests) made quick work of what was dished out. We grabbed a few crumbs and some booze, and sat down.

Our room (713) was nice and spacious, and while clean, is clearly in need of a deep cleaning (the carpet, specifically), and/or a soft goods renovation in general. The mini fridge and microwave are always welcome amenities for a family of five. The beds were comfortable. The best part was how quickly the hot water came out of the bath and sink faucets. Love it.

The morning breakfast was very good, with a decent selection, and the omelet station's chef was very good at quickly dishing out omelets and other cooked to order foods.

The pool was at critical mass during our time there, and the water was seriously over-chlorinated, so we didn't spend much time in there. Though kids will be kids, it would be nice if large pool toys weren't allowed because of the pool's small size, though I'm not sure how the hotel would enforce it. Parents mindful of others, maybe??

Aside from a couple of minor gripes, we would definitely stay at this property again. The staff communicates via text message throughout your stay, which is nice. We also opted to skip the housekeeping service, which earned us 500 HHonors bonus points.

the managers were hella rude to me and my friends. we were just trying to fun. people kept knocking on our door when we weren't even being loud. we went to the pool and they kicked us out because we needed to be with an adult but the sign said we needed to be with someone 16 and older (we were with our friend who was 16). breakfast starts kinda late for a weekend. but yeah

Was only there for a meetting. Was super clean and spacious. Would love to set up some more venues there.

Romance Rip-off... We had the VIP Romance package. It included a "full cooked to order breakfast." We called and the front desk told us to order from the room service menu and connected us to the kitchen. After placing our order (~8:40), a manager called our room and stated that we didn't get room service, but we need to eat at the breakfast bar. We showered and went downstairs to find out that breakfast was served until 10 (as listed in the hotel book), but the breakfast bar had closed at 9:00. I talked in person to the manager who informed me that "accounting" had changed the description of the romance package to avoid confusion in the future. But he did not honor our package or offer any way to fix the problem. There are much nicer places to stay that actually deliver what they promise.

Good rooms, great wait staff, and good bar. The bartenders were a bit crass, however.

I attended a holiday party at Embassy Suites by Hilton in La Vista and was impressed by the space, the food and the service that we received. I would recommend this venue for large events.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, great location near breweries.

Room was nice and clean. Did not have the promised room that was reserved when checking in. I don't feel they did enough to make this right.

The restaurant was not terribly busy. The service was great and very quick.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. People are really nice. Although they claim the lobby and restaurants had not been updated in 10+ years, it looks brand new., Free breakfast was a plus and really pretty good.

The Nines restaurant was amazing. Our server was very friendly and talkative and checked on us frequently to make sure our lunch was good and see if we needed anything. The food was delicious.
