My family and I had a great time! We got a room for New Years Eve. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The other guests were very festive anvd calmed down shortly after midnight. Wonderful night.
First off, if you are 18 and under, you would be underwhelmed to figure out that you cannot access the gym. You can only access the pool with an adult. Their room service is terrible, I was gone for the whole day, yet I came back and found my towels still on the floor(because they say to do so, if you want it switched). The breakfast is not worth it, you can get the same from a hotel that costs 30 or less a night. Hated it
Food was great. The conference technology (screens, microphones) were very good. The chairs were horrible.
Very comfortable new hotel, connected to the convention center. Everything you would expect from an Embassy Suites hotel. Great free breakfast and Happy Hour, makes this a good value. About a $30 Uber to the airport, as there is no shuttle.

We had a company convention there and I have to say the spread of food and alcohol selection was extremely disappointing. All i heard all night was how horrible the food buffet was which was more like something I would find at a family fun center. There were a few items that were amazing like the spring rolls but beyond those few items it was an overall let down. there seemed to be a table of champagne glasses that were never handed out or notified that they were there. One thing they did have.. A LOT OF BEER... not everyone drinks beer.

We stayed recently and everyone there was engaged. The front desk staff was nice, and we we're also greeted by another employee as we came in. Rooms were normal Embassy quality, one nice thing was that the heat didn't blow directly on the beds which is always a pet peeve of mine. HVAC was also very quiet which was nice.
The breakfast was better than I remembered and the coffee served with it was pretty good. The reception was nice, you got 3 tickets per adult and their tap beer glasses were probably pint sized. Pool and hot tub were pretty standard, Workout room was very nice with dumbbells up to 50. The treadmills were nice quality but I didn't like the belt itself, it was a little sloppy which means a decent potential for catching a shoe.
I've been here for several meetings and events now. The facilities are great, and it's very conveniently situated next to the interstate. I definitely recommend it for large events in the Omaha area!
This is my favorite hotel to take the kids too! Happy hour for the parents, movie showings for the kids, and the breakfast is amazing! Rooms are huge!

I absolutely LOVE staying in the Embassy Suites while traveling across the midwest states. Rooms are quite comfy for my husband and the chairs and stools for me as I can't sleep in a flat bed. Breakfast in the mornings and many varied specials each one has, from free alcoholic drinks to free cookies to fun games to play with other guests. Always a fun time no matter which Suites you stay with!

We attended a wedding reception in one of the ball rooms. Parking was a nightmare but there was a holdiay party and two other receptions that night as well. There was no signage upon entering as to where we we're supposed to go upon arrival but the set up was decent.

Stayed overnight, and even though the hotel was packed with a lot of families for a baseball tournament, the rooms were quiet.
We went to Nebkon and it was great, we ate at the hotel cafe and the food was good and well priced.
Very convenient location to the interstate and omaha. Right next to a newer development including Cabela's, a movie theatre and restaurant.
Stayed there due to a local power outage. It's always a great place to stay, especially if you have kids. Has a pool and the breakfast was really good and very convenient.

Our organization hosted our annual Gala here, and the facilities were perfect.
Our first family visit and it was very enjoyable.....everyone is very attentive, especially with the high volume of guests.

I'd give it a zero star. Hotel over run by kids with no parental supervision. Kids playing up and down on floors, in pool, in food line. I called management. Nothing. Unattended kids should be brought to desk, parents called, removed from hotel or police called because not safe to have these young kids unattended. Ridiculous.
We had to switch rooms from the first one we were assigned because it smelled funny. Dirty towels piled outside hall up and down the floor. Carpets not vacuumed. Preferred stay at downtown hotel earlier in week. Staff not friendly.

Very accommodating! Stayed for my daughters 10th birthday party and everything was wonderful! The only draw back was the pool area. Very loud and lots of chlorine. Otherwise the pool was large enough to accommodate a lot of families! The girls had a great time!
Embassy was a great stay. Amazing rooms. Great pool and hot tub. Very friendly. Highly recommend staying there if you are looking in the area.
This was a nice big place for the event we attended. The service was excellent, the food was good and I didn't have any trouble parking. The facility is right off I80 and was easy to get to. Parking out front was difficult so park around the side that was cherry.
Friendly staff with very clean and spacious suites. The extras like free drinks at night, movie screenings, and free breakfast really out it over the top.
We stayed here on a Friday night and it was beyond busy. Tons of kids roaming the halls without parents. We brought 4 kids with us and not one of them ever left our room without us. Kind of annoying. However the stay overall was great we had a lot of fun. Breakfast was amazing the customer service was fantastic until we had a bit of an emergency. My daughter turned one of the lamps in our room on and the outlet decided to blow the lamp. so it blue sparks and burnt her fingers. Like left black suet marks all over her hand. it smoked and then smelled like something melted. I went straight down to the front desk to ask for help and the guy didn't do much what so ever. He had the maintence man come remove the lamp from our room. but it was never replaced and we were never appoligized to for my daughters hand being burnt. Very unpleased I want my money back but wasn't even offered anything. I paid $160 for one night to have fun with our kids and in return my kid was burnt from their malfunctioning lamp and never even appoligized to. Overall it was a great hotel but after the incident with my daughter and the hotel doing nothing except removing the lamp really pisses me off. We also went swimming spent 45 minutes in the pool our eyes were burning so badly from so much chlorine we couldn't handle it anymore. so if you swim with this hotel be aware that the pool is very over chemicaled
The hotel is slightly dated but the rooms were great. The hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. Our room was not ready at check-in time however they were able to assign us a different room immediately despite all the eclipse traffic. The breakfast area could use some re-organization to better expedite the made-to-order line. The breakfast buffet food was cold both mornings. The managers reception was excellent. The pool was nice but the water was extremely cloudy. All in all still worth it and will stay here again.
Ballroom was nice an everything was presented well.
I'm afraid that I wouldn't be able to afford One Single Night staying at this place by the Looks of IT!

I have been going here for conventions for the last few years as a participant. The facilities are well maintained and are laid out well, with plenty of room for all types of conferences.
I went to a work event and everything seemed very nicely set up and taken care of by their staff.

Friendly people everywhere you turn. Very clean rooms. Comfortable sofa and bed. Lovely, fresh, breakfast every morning. Fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and juice or milk or soda or coffee. Lobby has good lighting, plenty of seats, and the sounds of waterfalls and fountains, very relaxing.
Room was fine, but not sure why you would only have 1 towel hook for a 5-person room. Open building interior allowed the sounds from the ground floor to reach the room if loud enough. Out of the way for events downtown. Movie nights are helpful to fill empty nights. Didn't use the free drinks as we were always away from the hotel during happy hour, but it was a nice gesture.
Nice rooms. Good facilities. Snack time has decent adult beverages.
I have never seen such poor management, a college student was being cussed out by a manager. Manager was getting in his face and other guests had to interviene. This occured December 9th 2018.

Place is very luxurious, rooms were large and nice, breakfast was amazing, and the evening reception was a major plus.
The room was good but the nines restaurant does not have a lot of option especially for the price. The pool is good. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. The staff knocked on our door at 9 am the day of checkout asking when we were leaving even though checkout wasnt until 11. I found that to be excessive.
