Its a great hotel and is on par with the embassy suites brand overall. Clean and comfortable with probably the best running chef for the hot breakfast items I've run into in my many stays at hilton properties.

Room was in horrible shape. Made to order breakfast was a joke. The cook is completely overwhelmed. Very fast cook and quality cook but he's simply overwhelmed with people. Why just one cook. I've been to other Embassy's and it is leaps and bounds better.
I stayed here in March of 2013 for 3 nights attending the Valley Service school. I couldn't believe the room. More like a small apartment. Well set out and everything you could need and very comfy. The food was good with lots to chose from for breakfast.
I have read some of the negative reviews here and I guess you just cant please everybody. The only thing I wish they had is an airport shuttle. A Cab ride is $50.00. I would rather spend that at the hotel.
I plan to return for the 2014 Service school and look forward to my visit.
This year, Christmas Eve breakfast (cook to order) was so busy. But the short order cooks were a well oiled machine and an organized team. So many families, and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. Thank you.
The rooms were nice and room service was very nice. Despite it being a hectic weekend with hundreds if not thousands of people, the staff were very patient and understanding
I was attending a wedding reception and was impressed by the service, cleanliness, facilities and food quality. I did not visit the rooms, pool or other overnight related facilities. The conference hall was very nice.
Great welcoming staff. Speedy check in. clean room. Good food. Be sure to sign up for Hilton Rewards (yes, it's free) otherwise you will have to pay for WiFi.
We went to the La Vista Nines in the Embassy Suites. I ordered a Ceasar salad with salmon. It was delicious and fresh. It was a generous portion and I brought home the rest of it for lunch tomorrow. We sat at the bar. The service was excellent!
We had a great girls overnight at the hotel this weekend. We definitely took advantage of the happy hour drinks/snacks and the morning breakfast. Staff/service was great. I am again impressed with Embassy Suites.
I attended a professional conference at this hotel. All areas visited were very clean and well maintained. All hotel staff I interacted with were prompt and professional.
Great location: right off I-80 and steps away from Costco. The hotel was a bit dated in its aesthetic and the amenities are not in top quality comparing to newer Embassy Suites. The environment, however, was very well kept. Moreover, the staff was great: highly efficient and friendly. The open court was a nice space to work.
Great hotel and an amazing staff! Shout out to Ben Feldhausen for going above and beyond to ensuring that my stay at the hotel was exceptional! Thank you!
I stayed the night there on a business trip. Beautiful place but when I got to the room the light switch on the lamp was broke, the bed was partially untucked, and in the morning I went to iron my shirt and the iron was broke and ruined my dress shirt. Pretty disappointed with how much I paid to stay there.
I had a meal as a member of a group at the convention center on 4-12-13. Rolls were served with a small salad at a table of 10 and only 2 rolls were whole grain bread. By the time the basket got to me, obviously there were only white bread rolls left. The majority attending the function were served a meal with two different animal protein dishes, potatoes and a green vegatable and the plate was quite attractive. It took 15 minutes for the vegetarian plate to arrive after the others had been served, and they knew ahead of time that there would be vegetarians attending. It was white rice heavily coated in oil, quite sticky and slopped in the center of the plate with some vegetables and mushrooms over it that had been cooked in oil, thoroughly covering them. Nothing else on the plate, and no protein. It was so slimy that it was inedible.
Rooms were nice with room for a family to move around. Hot breakfast was great, missed evening gathering so can't comment on that. Only complaint was limited number of carts for moving suitcases in and out.
During my visit for a professional conference I was very impressed with the setup and the look of the rooms. I didn't stay the night but for a conference it was very well arranged and presented.
Stayed here for a conference recently that was held in the conference center attached to the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and nice overall. They were clean and comfortable, but I will say that for some reason it seemed like the top sheet on the bed was a queen sized sheet on a king sized mattress. Bottom line it didn't quite fit right. I asked about getting it fixed after my first of five nights, and it didn't seem like it was resolved. It wasn't a major issue, but it meant that the top sheet kept getting bunched up at times.
Everything else about this Embassy Suites was great though. The complimentary breakfast had pretty decent options. It wasn't anything to write home about, but hey, can't be a complimentary continental breakfast. The free cocktail "hour" (from 5:30-7:30pm) was a nice touch that allowed me to unwind after a long day of speeches, briefings, and workshops.
Didn't get a chance to utilize the gym and pool, but both seemed nice. The restaurant was nice as well and had very tasty food that wasn't overpriced.
Overall it seemed like a great place not just for a business trip, but also for families. Would recommend to either case.
On the outside its pretty decent however the workers aren't paid very well despite slaving away maybe 60+ hours a week while barely being able to see there family
