Nice clean hotel. Terrible food... breakfast was bad, food barely warm, french toast so hard you could barely cut it, like cardboard. I've had better hotel breakfast at much, much cheaper hotels.

They are located close to family so when they visit we can all get together in the main lobby. The lobby is large enough for us to hangout, eat, and have drinks while the kids swim. The open balcony and clerestory lobby gives you a open experience that you can only get at a embassy suites.

2nd time here for a conference. Everything is great, food, facilities, and staff. But I am starting to notice some old paint chips in the walls, probably caused by carts and inevitable dings. Just time for a touch up.

Poor hotel management, with a lack of concern about their arriving guests. When traveling to Omaha do not arrive early, this hotel does not allow any hotel guest to check in before 4 pm. They have all new arriving guest drop off their bags by front desk and wait around the lobby until their 4 pm checkin time. No matter what time they arrive and whether rooms have been already cleaned. They rather have any newly clean rooms remain empty and have the guest sit around the lobby, for hours. Not to the normal high standards of most Hilton Hotels.

The Conference Center at the Embassy suites is a fantastic venue for professional events for a company looking for a big or medium sized place to hold an outing, day meetings, or retreat.

Rooms are great. There must've been a ton of kids there because all I heard all night was running up and down the upstairs. I ate at the restaurant and it was obvious the bartender didn't like his job. Breakfast in the AM was cold (oatmeal, biscuits, gravy & sausage). I told the gentleman when I was checking out and he tried to joke that I didn't know cold until I walked outside. He didn't offer to make the bad experience better. Extremely disappointed overall.

The facility was beautiful overall the event hosted went well. The initial setup of the event was a tad frustrating as we were supposed to have move in from 6-8 pm and they didn't get the previous event cleaned up until 7:30 pm. As the company hosting the event we asked the staff twice if they could set up our table first since we were the only ones that were there at the time. Nobody seemed to understand we were waiting on them to set up and go home. Our booth was the second to last they set up which was very frustrating, luckily most exhibitors set up in the morning otherwise they would have been waiting around too. The morning of the event they didn't have our registration table setup or garbage cans in the ballroom both had to be requested. Not to say it was a horrible experience it was decent, but those minor details make the event staff seem mediocre rather than professional.

It's probably one of the best hotels in Omaha but it's not my style. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is really big and comfy. I had breakfast included but I never ate there. They had regular milk and white bread. No other choices for people who have certain diets or allergies. The rest of the options are highly processed, sweet or fatty for my taste

The staff was amazingly helpful when I was needing assistance in cancelling a reservation through a third party that refused to refund me after charging me too much. When we arrived they were even more friendly and accommodating, and the location is just beautiful and extremely well-kept.

Hello, I went to Nebraska and I stayed in the holte, and we went to the emabssy to eat breakfast and the lady in front of the kitchen, an elderly lady, stopped me and told me with an ugly attitude, where is your ticket ??? Her name is YVONE and she said I don't have it, she said go ahead and bring one from the front desk, I said ok, when I left she stayed with a fat black lady making fun of me, but I don't care, since I was hungry And I go for my tickets, I arrive and Cynthia gives me 2, I see Mr. YVONE going to the desk, I drink Cythia coming to us, and he yells at me and tells me you have to pay for your food is 15 dollars, I answer him that is fine now I go, but I ask for his supervisor, and the very nice boy comes and tells me that I can help them, I told him this lady yelled at me in front of everyone, in the kitchen, and I was ashamed, he told me that he was sorry but I do not believe that your employees can do that, I practically do not believe myself, but I did not eat, and I hope that if someone Hispanic comes here they will not think of eating or staying at the Embassy because I felt insulted, and ashamed, and there is a lot of rasism here well this is my story

I visited this Embassy Suites for a work conference. The location was great and was extremely easy to get to. The conference space itself was spacious, the food was excellent, and everything was set up perfectly.

Second experience Aug 2017:
Housekeeping was horrendous. One of the beds had lipstick stains on the cover and reeked of men's cologne. The next day after putting the sofa bed back together, there was huge disgusting pink glob on the underside of the cushions. Went to open the windows in the morning, there were dirty cups hidden in the curtains.

All the other amenities of the hotel were nice but the basics of wanting a clean, comfy bed to sleep in away from home was severely disappointing

Our first experience May 2017:
Excellent hotel! Staff was excellent. We stayed on the second floor and it was a bit noisy at night so if you are looking for a more quiet stay, choose a room that is higher up. Made to order breakfast was wonderful!

The stay here doesn't always seem clean. Also the water is soft to an extreme. The staff are friendly, but unclean rooms are no good. The hampton across the road is much better.
Update: decided to give this hotel another chance since last time. Use to be a great place. 2 of the towels in the room had dark stains on them. The sheets were small on the mattress and didn't stay in place. Then the blinds wouldn't stay closed so I had to use a chair to hold them shut for privacy.

My wife and I attended a reception there and the service along with food and beverages was very nice. Polite and helpful staff throughout the facility. I have been here before on other occasions and have never been disappointed. The place is warm and inviting which is great on cold Nebraska evenings.

I was not very impressed with the cleanliness of our room. We found a sweet potato fry, potato chip crumbs, and toenail clippings on the floor like they didn t even vacuum before our arrival. It took almost an hour to get checked in because we had to wait in line that long. Noise level was very high. Staff was super friendly though. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Appreciated the welcome reception in the evening and hot breakfast in the morning.

Solid business stay. Rooms large, clean and updated. Breakfast buffet was good, and happy hour was a nice benefit, too. Request a higher room if you are a light sleeper, as I'd there are loud people in the atrium, you can hear it pretty easily. All in all a good stay.

We attended a fundraising dinner. The food was excellent. Somehow our table was overlooked for the salad and dessert but was rectified quickly upon bringing it to their attention. The steak and vegetables were good and the flourless chocolate cake was perfection
