The employees were very friendly and the room was very clean.

The room is small considering we booked a king guestroom. The layout of the room is very weird. Same thing goes to the washroom. No breakfast room service. There is a bistro in the hotel but the food selection is not many.

We had a great stay here. The location is steps away from the subway. The rooms were very spacious and the beds we're super comfy. We we're traveling with an infant and they had the crib already set up upon arrival and gave my daughter a little toy that she loved.

If you do not expect special treatment,
I think that there is no problem at all.

The staff was friendly, the lobby and room clean and well decorated. The bed was soft and comfortable. I stayed less than 12 hours (through no fault of the hotel - my stay was purely out of need for a place to sleep to prepare for an early morning) but enjoyed the time I did spend there.

I loved the hotel. Everything was clean. The only complaint would be that the bed sheets came off the mattress to easily.

Basic Marriot hotel. They do have a pool and fitness room, no hot tub though. An issue I've run into many times at this place is faulty cards to unlock your room. Which can be quite the hassle when your going up and down 17 floors on the elevator.

Housekeeping takes a while... but the rest is just awesome!!!

Rooms were nice, hotel is in a great spot. Parking with vallet is really expensive. $110 for two nights.

Spacious and clean room. Great location for business traveller. There is a soap dish by the sink. I am impressed. They offer body wash instead of soap bar. It is the little things that matter when you are travelling for work.

Stayed for a weekend. Right downtown, clean rooms and prompt service by the staff whenever I called and requested anything.
Would definitely consider this location for any trip to Toronto in the future.

The location is fabulous, located near the centre of downtown Toronto on Yonge Street. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the service is top notch. Only downside to the hotel are the slow and compact elevators.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located in downtown Toronto. Great food, great atmosphere, and a very courteous, professional staff. This is my favorite hotel to stay at whenever I visit downtown.

Service was great and room was very comfy and well taken care of. Saddened that the restaurant is down to half the size it used to be and no longer has breakfest buffets.

I enjoyed my stay there a lot. The hotel location is unbeatable as it's close to major attractions in Toronto down town. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The breakfast was very good and overall Service is as per the Marriott standards....its excellent and friendly :)

Comfortable and very good location, very kind personnel. Just a little detail, if you have a truck will probably have to park somewhere else, max height is 6ft in their parking bldg.

Updated modern mid priced range hotel. Decent sized clean rooms. Great central location with College St. subway station below and streetcar seconds away. Lots of restaurants and shops, pharmacy, laundrymat within a minute walk.

I had a balcony room on a high floor with an amazing city view. I paid the price in hearing sirens and construction and the general humming sound of a busy city around us. The room was nice, the bed was comfy, and the service was fine. The hotel is in walking distance to many things, and I would stay there again. Also, the hallways are ridiculously cold for some reason.

The hotel is fine and convenient location but I had to line up at the Starbucks in the lobby behind people ordering full breakfast for whole groups, just to get a morning coffee. Why no table service?

It's a good hotel, what bothered me was the staff especially an Asian girl who was at the counter.

Overall it got the job done. However, until renovations are done it was not great. Rooms are old. Bathroom ceiling was cracked and peeling. Curtains were a little mouldy. Room next door had people smoking a lot of pot and ended up being escorted out. Great location and rooms were big. Bed was clean. Still a lot of room for improvement.

Great location! I forgot to pack a few items =/ no worries though since right next to the hotel there is a Shoppers (convenience store). From there it was just a few blocks to Yonge-Dundas Square and Eaton Shopping Mall where there's every retail shop you'd want to shop at. There are also a ton of good food places. The Subway is also just a block from the hotel. We opted to walk everywhere to really explore Toronto. CN Tower is a 3km walk. Check in was easy. The room is configured a tad strange with the sink outside of the bathroom, on the opposite side of the roo.! Room is average size so it's not like you have to walk too far to wash your hands. Everything feels new. Nice view of Toronto from our room on the 16th floor.

We had a great overnight stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Elite Reward member perks were a welcome addition, especially the complementary breakfast.

I checked into the hotel February 27th around 7:00pm & I am BEYOND happy with the Valet service that my Wife and I received. They came to our vehicle right away, opened our doors for us & took care of us very well. I ll definitely be giving this service a 5 star!

Nice room, a bit noisy. Challenge with the Chromecast connection with the hotel TV. Unfortunately, the hotel team could not solve the problem.

Not to impressed, first they gave us the wrong room and could change to next day, so my daughter had to sleep on a chair, secondly, the room they moved us to did not have hot water to shower with, and the internet never worked the 2 days we were in that room, would not recommend to anyone,

I enjoyed my stay here! I was greeted at the front desk by a receptionist named Nehs who was sweet enough to upgrade my room no additional charges because it was my first time staying at this hotel. Clean, courteous people, and within walking distance to food and entertainment.

Very convenient location downtown, with a short walk to the WCH where I was attending a medical conference. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, everyone we interacted with was friendly and wanted to help. Theres no breakfast included and that option was a bit expensive, as well as a $38 per night charge to park even as a guest, but otherwise everything was wonderful and they still earned their five stars.
