Rooms were spacious and staff was delightful! Always willing to offer recommendations or directions. The continental breakfast was very good compared to those I ve had at other hotels. Wide variety and all delicious! The hotel is walking distance to everything you would need or want to see. Highly recommend!

Room size and amenities are excellent for the most part. Only concern is bathroom shower functions 10-20 % pressure of what you expect in an average hotel room. Parking and check in were a breeze but may consider having more people working the desk during peek hours as walking by there was pretty congested.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. Parking is a bit rediculous and the food while good was also a bit pricey. The bartender was awesome and the drinks were priced about average. Great ambience particularly with the fireplace in the lobby. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I loved my stay here! It's basically five star quality without the price tag! I have never walk into such a nice hotel where every staff member I saw had a big smile. The front desk lady was so kind and our room was so amazing. Spacious and well planned out. In the heart of downtown I'll be staying here from now on!

Good, not great. I've definitely stayed at nicer 3-star hotels (this one was a bit dated with deteriorating wallpaper in the bathroom etc), but it was totally acceptable based on what I was expecting. My only issue is that I wish I had known about the fact that they are valet-only parking for almost $50 a day. I much prefer self-park even at a higher cost because, as we experienced at courtyard, there tend to be delays/complications with valet.
There seemed to be communication errors between the valet staff; on the first day when I needed my car out of the garage, the valet took my ticket upon bringing my car out. Then when I returned in the afternoon, to get the car back into the valet parking I was told I needed the original ticket. When I told the attendant that the morning valet had taken it, confusion ensued and eventually they just told me they would not give me a new ticket and to just use my name and room number for the duration of my stay. Well of course the NEXT day, with new valet staff again, they were confused that I had no ticket to get my car out. And this pattern continued for the next 2 days lol.
It all ended up being fine, but it's issues like this, that if I'm driving, I prefer to book hotels with a self-park option.

I had an average experience at this Marriott hotel. I called for extra amenities twice but didn't receive the item. I also had an unfriendly experience at check-in. We had a room on the 9th floor in the North tower, and was woken up multiple times during the night from street noises. The hotel is located in a good location and very clean.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was fast and the rooms were quiet. Most things seemed clean but there were a few exceptions. The towels in the pool room, I picked up 2 that had various marks on them. The spa had foam floating around in it and it was dirty looking. The tub in our room had bits of dried soap in it that obviously weren't cleaned from the previous guest. The elevators were very slow, it woukd take several minutes for one to come to the floor were on. Our stay was pleasant but I'm not sure I would choose this Marriott to stay at again.

The hotel is nice enough however the pool is a really small lap pool and the hot tub was 84 deg (more like a Luke warm tub), the air conditioner in rm421 made lots of noise and didn't cool much. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.

Really disappointed in this hotel. The staff is rude. The room and restroom are terribly small and the restroom has no privacy. Parking is also a bit of a challenge. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

It was a wonderful stay at the Courtyard of Marriott. They went above and beyond to make sure the stay was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Staying on the 16th floor gave us the most amazing views. The hotel was also very quiet and our sleep was not disturbed, perhaps being on the 16th floor helped. There was construction right outside of us but didn't hear anything in the South Wing.
The only negative I can think of was the bed was too soft, again that is only a preference and nothing that should be rated.

So this is supposedly the largest Courtyard Inn in the entire world, and yes, it is pretty huge. Pros include really nice and clean rooms, really friendly staff, and a great location right in the middle of downtown Toronto. Cons include no free parking (you will have to use valet or park at the garage down the street, which is about $40 USD a night), long wait for elevators (even though there are plenty of elevators, there are also plenty of people so they seem to run slow), and incompetent employees (employees, while nice and friendly, also seem to be not the brightest. The check-in line was very long for non-status level guests, and the Bistro downstairs messed up our breakfast order even though we repeated it to them twice and received a confirmation). Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again next time I come through Toronto.

I recently attended a 3-day conference at the Courtyard Marriott - excellent service, amazing catering (the chef runs a great kitchen) and the renovations are beautiful. I had a late night meal at The Bistro - a friendly cafe on the main floor that has a large flat screen TV, so along with other guests we cheered on the Toronto Maples Leaf's first game of the season! And yes, they won. Highly recommended!

Downtown Toronto on the most central and longest street of the city. There is a paid parking. Rooms already require renovation. Breakfast did not like, formally this is a cafe inside the hotel, where you order a ready-made dish in an assortment, and there is no buffet. The price in my opinion does not match the quality.

Friendly staff and the food in the Bistro is delicious. I read that it was renovated in 2016 but I imagine that it was more of a face-lift. The hotel was clean but small minor things I noticed; they don't interfere with your stay but noticeable, like chips in the ceiling, peeling wallpaper, those sorts of things. All in all, a good stay, and I wouldn't mind coming back.

The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and attractions, and only a short cab/uber drive away from most others
The room was clean, and surprisingly large. The view, however, wasn't anything special. For the price point, I doubt you could find anything better.

Nice location with easy access to downtown Toronto and the GO Train. A little pricey, but that is to be expected of downtown Toronto. Great view of the city. Food at the on site Bistro was tasty. I appreciated that they had a breakfast to-go option.

The courtyard is a very good hotel for a visit of toronto. Very central position. The rooms are very spacy. The interior in the rooms is not the newest, but everything was in good condition and clean and the beds were comfortable. We had luck and a room in 17th floor with a nice view to the CN tower. (hint: a courtyard Marriott card may help ;-)
The service was professional and friendly.
