Good hotel, little noisey and pretty good quality rooms
Nice hotel with a great location. Very friendly staff with nice updated rooms. Exactly what I expect from a courtyard.
Pool wasn't working, ran out of hot water in the shower, thermostat was broken, no bed sheets on pull out couch (ask for new ones and they gave us partially wet ones). Not a great experience!
Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Gorgeous rooms, comfortable bed, kind and attentive staff. Easy place to stay at, stress free parking because of valet parking. I hope to stay again one day.
We had a very good time at the Courtyard Toronto. It wasn't the best of services, the nicest place to stay, wasn't all glamour and shiny, but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning and the shower worked and the room was tidy and clean. So, for the 25-30 bucks we payed (I don't remember the exact price, but we payed really little money) it was definitally worth it.
Spacious room. Pleasant staff. Convenient downtown location.
Great service and hotel was really clean. Everyone on staff was helpful with directions.
Great staff. Very professional and quick from valet to checkout. Will definitely be back.
I was at the bar only. The service is great and the location is convenient. I did not stay overnight.
I stayed at this hotel for a Friday evening in May and was pleased by my experience. The front desk staff was friendly and beyond efficient. My room (631) looked to have been recently-renovated and was quite spacious (though didn't have much of a view). If you're looking for the standard Marriott experience, definitely stay here.
It was great good place good service only the only thing I did not like that you could not open the window to breathe fresh air ... but everything else excellent a place of good prestige ...
Renovation in progress but didn't hinder the good service we received
Broken elevators, old & loud air conditioner units. Hotel was 'recently' renovated but already showing heavy signs of wear and tear (have a look at the North tower elevator landing). Wi-Fi is at best 1 or 2 of 5 bars of connectivety. Toilet has backed up on me in 3 separate rooms. Extremely noisy depending on the direction your room faces.
I Visited my girlfriend who was staying here for work during the weekend. The rooms were large and nice and clean.
Fine business and leisure hotel alike. Smack in the middle of downtown Toronto.
This is a solid hotel. The Wi-Fi is good. The accommodations are good.
Great place and we felt welcome like home. Thank you to Marry for the best welcoming clerck ever.
Just got back from Toronto.
We have TV issue - newly installed LG smart TV. But maintenance staff and the manager on duty (Mr. Paul _ I could not catch his last name) were really understanding our situations and tried to solve issue very eagerly. I did have a good time there and it has a wonderful location and nice staffs.
Only one thing I want to add is please check the water tank in the toilet. Inside cap does not fit well, so it leaks a lot of water.
Great location and great rate. Slightly lacking in amenities (pool was freezing, bathtub was very small and the wall mounted, pump-style shampoo and conditioner were awful) but the hotel was quite clean (less the dirty room service dishes in the hall for 2 days) and check in was pleasant and very fast
Very nice hotel located in a very convenient area. The price was good and I would stay there again.
Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms. No 5 stars because the free wifi was sluggish at best
Hotel is clean and the staff are courteous. The room is somewhat small and plain for the price. Biggest complaint is the poor sound insulation. I can hear a lot of the noise outside and there is construction across the street and I stayed on the 8th floor. They do not have control over construction but the sounds coming through wake me up at 7am sharp.
Great place to stay in downtown. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.
Everything you would expect with a courtyard. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and common spaces. Location in the heart of downtown
Rooms were big, well located blocks from Young and Dundas. Parking was 35$ for valet, which for Toronto is reasonable.
Hotel was nice & comfortable but what an awful night and stay. A group on our floor was yelling and slamming doors all night long but it took the staff until 4am to send security up to deal with it. Very unfortunate considering we had a very early flight to catch with minimal sleep due to this incident. Staff was not very proactive in dealing with this situation until it escalated too far with loud yelling and fights all night. They seemed disinterested in the numerous guest complaints and safety concerns of guests.
I try to avoid this hotel at all costs. After staying here twice I made sure that it was my last. You ll grow old waiting for the elevator to come. Front desk staff aren t that great. Rooms are par at best; no upgrades for Elites. For the money I rather stay at the Marriott on Bay or the Sheraton on Queen. The upside to this hotel is that at least it s clean (I ve stayed at much worse).
Miss the breakfast service they used to have. Great location. On site parking should be included with such a high room rate.
It's ok, but a bit pricey... Construction is going on all around the building june 2018, might want to skip here unless you get offered a great rate as the location ain't too bad
Centrally located -corner of Yonge and College. Approx $8 taxi ride to financi district
The rooms are pretty dated, but everything works and is of acceptable cleanliness. Location is good and the staff are very helpful. You won t be living in your hotel room anyways, it s just a sleeping pad (or so I assume).
Location is brilliant, parking can be expensive if you're here for a few days/weeks ($35 before HST overnight, we stayed for two weeks and didn't know the price until we got there). Staff are wonderful and very helpful.
Under construction. So it was loud. Check to make sure it's complete before staying here.
Stayed 3 nights for business in south tower . Quick to fix problem with hotel safe . Staff stated fridge was working but in morning milk and water still not cold . Room very clean but all 3 nights no hot water in shower (times ranged from 6 pm to 9 pm )thought shower before dinner would have hot water . Sadly didn't help. Convenient location to Yonge and Bloor.
Location was rather accessible and there was public parking nearby for around $20. Rooms were comfy and there was free wifi
Amenities were great, and location is virtually unbeatable. However, be prepared for LOUD elevators.
Don t stay here if you like warm showers and being connected to the internet. Neither of these amenities are available at this hotel.
Good spacious rooms, clean, disappointed there wasn't a hot tub but overall good place.
Great location right downtown toronto by the village. Modern rooms. Just needs a better pool and the hot tub was closed
The hotel is well located. They are currently under renovation which is causing some noise and disruptions. My room was very nice and didn't have any major issues. I just wish the construction worker would use the service elevator only. There were times that all elevators were used by them which was not convenient for people waiting to get to their rooms.
Good location, near lots of shops and restaurants, rooms are very nice, mine on the 16th floor has a nice view of the city, service is very good
Nice sized clean rooms. Friendly staff and convienant location. Had a small issue but they went above and beyond to correct it to my satisfaction which was a nice surprise.
Big room , for cheap , and a pool.
Better than the holiday inn across the street.
Location is great. Easy access to the subway. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Front desk staff is friendly. Only complaint and it is minor is I'm 6'1" and the shower head is great if you don't intend to wash anything above your collar bone. Not sure why they couldn't have mounted it a foot higher to accommodate all guests.
I met the staff who guided me to the location of my event. Thats all. The staff was helpful.
My stay was for one night. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Can improve by having heat boiler. Did not have utensils in room and no toothbrush was initially provided but overall clean.
Very friendly staff and great looking common areas. However, there doesn't seem to be abbuffet breakfast but instead of opting to a a-la-cart style breakfast. Great view depending on which building you get (south or north)
Really great experience. Would definitely recommend!
Modern and updated room, spacious and very nice staff. Conference hotel with a few restaurant options
In downtown core, close to Yonge/Dundas as well as subway. Area around...not the cleanest
Very clean and polite staff. Stay was very comfortable
I had a pretty horrible experience here. My flight was delayed getting into the city and I didn't end up getting to the hotel until 2am only to find out they gave my room away and were completely booked. They had to send me to another hotel for the night. On top of that when I did return the next day, the WiFi in the rooms was not working for the remainder of my stay (2 days). I was there for work and not having WiFi in the room was really inconvenient. I'm a Hilton honors member and travel a lot for work. I decided to look at switching to Marriott but if this is the experience they serve their customers, I'll probably stick with Hilton.
Clean quiet updated modern rooms. Centrally located to everything downtown Toronto. I'd definitely stay there again
Pleasant and prompt staff. Comfortable accomodations.
Went for a dinner function. Drinks at the cash bar were crazy overpriced. Food was decent but definitely not something to write home about.
