Right in the heart of downtown Toronto, this hotel offers everything. You will want for nothing. A very enjoyable stay. Reasonably priced for being in the core of downtown. You have access to shopping, eating, theater or a nightclub. All in all a great time.

Overall good experience except for parking. It's way over priced, limited and you have to use it or the unsecured garage across the street. If you drive a sports sedan or car with low clearance, you will not make it in the garage. The ramp is so steep that the humps and dips make clearance issues for some cars.

Had a good working breakfast meeting at the Marriott. Very good service from staff and the food was quite good. I really appreciated staff's accommodation that this was a working meeting including letting us print documents and stick around for a while.

Not worth able to what you pay, I stayed for 3 Nights and it costed me around 700$. Without breakfast. Very poor wifi connectivity which is most important and they are unable to authorize my payment form submitted for two times. Cleanliness in the room was good. I used to access wifi coming down to visitors lounge that too poor connection.

The Marriott Courtyard is located within close walking distance of the Eaton Centre and only 30 minutes walk from Union Station (or a ~5 minute subway trip that's only 4 stops away). I had a "newly renovated 2 queen beds" room in the south building on the 7th floor (701). The rooms were very spacious, with width wise (as you first step into the room) and also length wise - able to fit 2 queen beds and a sofa with generous space between each piece of furniture. There were generous amounts of lighting in the room, and also plugs (such as to charge your phone) on the desk lamp and the nightstand. They give you 2 complimentary water bottles in the room, which is especially nice for the hot summer days. The bathroom consists of only a toilet and bathtub. The sink is separated further in the room near the closet. This is an excellent design, in my opinion, as one person can use the washroom while the sink is still available for someone else. Additionally, it won't be too hot (as would be the case if the sink was in an enclosed bathroom) I found the mattresses to be nice, but somewhat poor for back support. When I put a pillow under my lower back, it was much better. One key thing to note - on about 6 of the 7 pillows that I brought close to my face, there was a slight sour smell, so I STRONGLY recommend that you at least bring your own pillowcases.

Very nice rooms and accommodating staff. The hotel is very modern and new inside. While the staff in the lobby might get busy at times, they are very willing to help and point you in the right direction. Location on Younge street is less than a mile walk from everything you might want. Great experience

The hotel is on Yonge St. Its a Marriott so it is of good quality. The only drawback from the hotel is the lack of parking. They only offer valet. There is a pay to park lot next to it but it only goes to 6am. Who wants to wake up at 6am to pay a meter? Other than that the staff is very friendly and courteous. The coffee house is good to.

The staff was amazing - nothing but pleasant. Wasn't too fond of the 40$ parking fee or that the a/c in the room didn't get too cold (mind you it was 30C+ outside) but overall the room was comforting and spacious.

I stayed per recommendation of a friend that had stayed previously. The rooms were well furnished and the included breakfast meal was delicious. Room service didn't resupply the necessary towels our group needed but the room was very comfortable overall.

I enjoyed my stay overnight. I wish I had the time to stay longer as I really enjoyed my room, 420 in the south tower. It was a nice corner room that was irregularly shaped with a long hallway. It had a tiny balcony facing the back of the hotel. It was close to the stairs. It was quiet, clean and convenient. Room was immaculate. He only odd thing was that my door didn't have a number plate so at first it was tricky to find. Staff was pleasant. Hotel was a hub of activity and close to coffee spots. Enjoyed my stay.

Facilities better than most of courtyard facikities in US, well equipped gym. Very bad and expensive breakfast at $28 plus no free breakfast for platinum members, which is given in any marriott property worldwide.

One night spent here. Great location with lots of food options around. Helpful staff. Very narrow hallways though. And in my room the toilet and shower were separate from the sink. Not a great layout. Probably due to it being a corner room.
