Great mid range hotel. Kinda far from the Union Station core, but easy walk to Eaton Centre and college age areas. Definitely worth the value.

While the room is not typically designed, it is comfortable and welcoming. The challenge has been the location of the room and the loud city noises. This did not make for a very good night. Otherwise the facility and its emmenities are very nice.
The Courtyard was a very nice facility. Clean rooms and great downtown location. Small pool and gym but well maintained. My only concern would be that the walls seemed rather thin. I stayed 4 nights in a room on the outer edge of the hotel but could hear sirens quite loudly at night (as if the windows were open). While this hotel could use a few improvements, my experience was overall quite positive.
Room's are nice and the service is accommodating. Elevators are super slow but the location is a great spot in Toronto.
The room was clean and comfortable, but it was noisy at night and I didn't have hot water in my room between 11am and 1230pm.
Pricey for an outdated dirty room. They were undergoing construction, and it was loud with many workers walking around. Taxi's nearby can't be trusted as I'm pretty sure they lifted my company credit card info. I would not recommend staying here unless things have seriously changed. Staff was good, and location was decent.
The room was very nicely decorated with its own air conditioning and well equipped bathroom. For two people there was a double bed with unfortunately only a blanket. The maids swept and made the bed but unfortunately not disposed of the trash. There was a relatively meager breakfast buffet with white bread, sausage, cheese, jam and powdered scrambled eggs. In addition a few juices and coffee.
This hotel is NOT worth staying in!!
Badly needs renovations.
Very slow elevators
Centrally located but the area is rough!!
This shouldn't be a Marriott property.
Central to everything. Staff wonderfully polite and helpful!
Went for an audition and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating when my friend and I came very early.
It's your typical hotel close to sick kids. Parking is pricey but again you're in downtown Toronto. Clean rooms and restaurants are in walking distance. Only complaint is it can get noisy with emergency vehicles driving by. The windows don't really block out noise.
Nicely appointed. Over five days in meeting rooms we had to move three times, but the staff did try to accommodate our needs
Close to nearly everything downtown, friendly staff, quiet and clean.
Hotel looks great and staff are wonderful. Mattresses and pillows are lumpy and the shower has very poor water pressure.
Wonderful. Confortable, very well placed, near to Eaton Centre and Church Street. Lot's of places to eat, have drinks, look for a late night snack.
Wish there was better parking arrangements other than valet
Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The area is fairly noisy (I was on a lower floor) and a bit rough around the edges. While the TV worked for on demand movies the regular television channels did not. Alright for a short business stay.
45$ a night for parking!
Really??!!
My AC had an issue... I was too tired to deal with it... so just went straight to bed.
Not my favourite Marriott
Found the Courtyard by Marriott to be located in a good spot within the city that wasn't too congested and available to a number of amenities. Can imagine myself returning for another relaxed and accessible time.
North tower recently renovated. Looks good, but should have replaced the beds as well.
The room is nice, but I don't like the toiletries in the shower in gym shower like containers, but it was a corporate decision to significantly reduce world plastic waste, so one should not complain. Very good maid service. Only 1 entrance a half a block off the main road, but you can exit onto Younge Street. Easy walk to The Village! Very easy check out: you just leave; ) Friendly staff. Late check out was appreciated. The English concierge guy was nice.
Good downtown location, rooms are good size
Parking is a bit expensive (35$/day) so better if you self park nearby cheaper if you are not planing to be mostly in the downtown
The room itself is really comfortable. Me and my friends loved the experience here. Would recommend it to others no lie.
The hotel is okay. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms need updating. The internet was down for almost 24 hours during my stay. This was an inconvenience as I was working in the hotel.
Average rooms, but hotel currently under renovation.
At night a bit noisy because of the noise on the street. Otherwise neat and clean. Very friendly staff.
The room was very clean and the staff were friendly had a great stay
great location with comfortable accommodations but rooms and hotel overall could use a little for TLC
We have stayed here many times as we are only here for health reasons. That said, when ever we had a small issue, this hotel did a great job of making us very comfortable. from placing us in a better room, nice breakfast and more. We could go on and on however I guess the best thing I can say is...We would come back in a heart beat!
Great location - right across 3 strip bars! The non smoking rooms provide powerfully enough ventelqtion system. And the cleaning staff is mazing! leave a small tip and they will clean up all the doms and rigs
This hotel is perfectly located and beautifully maintained
We were offered one of their newly renovated rooms, which was quite spacious. Sink was separate from water closet and shower. Window slider actually worked, which is always a treat if you prefer not to use air conditioning. Short walk to College subway station.
Staff were incredibly friendly. Valet car service was quick and helpful. Hotel/room decor is modern and inviting. Really enjoyed our stay.
Convenience of a central downtown location and decent price for Toronto.
Good price for being in downtown Toronto. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Location is not far from either a streetcar or the subway.
It was excellent. Such a nice stay and great staff!
Friendly staff, super clean room, big conference center. Close to amenities downtown.
Clean rooms & good shopping location. About $10 cab ride to ACC. Surprised with a nice cracker and cheese tray one night.
Standard Marriott experience. All good. Pru e was reasonable.
Hotel needs a BIG update. Besides that friendly staff and front desk area is modern. Update the rooms
The service was great. Short walk to everything we were doing. Room was spacious and comfortable. Allowed early check in and late check out and a spot to store luggage until our departure. Our room was behind the elevators and you could hear them running. And the hot tub was waaay too hot. I had been looking forward to a soak in the hot tub and I couldn't get in. My fellow travelers, who LOVE a HOT hot tub could only stay in a few min. Only 2 complaints.
I have stayed at several Marriott hotels. This one was not up to the same standard I was used to. The room layout was kind of strange. The bathroom did not have any counters to put toiletries on and the shower did not have shelves either. Another thing I found was strange is the sink was not in the bathroom but in another part of the room. Other than this, the service was good.
Rooms ok, public areas and restaurants are shabby, poor food service, overpriced paid over $400 a night, entire hotel was booked by a Chinese your group, completely overwhelmed hotel, all of the group going as a group at the same time. Desperately needs a full service restaurant, and an interior renovation
I stayed for a week. It s much better than most people think; the staff are lovely and there is a great independent cinema next door. Try and get a high room at the back because the street side is pretty noisy
Room was adequate. No Netflix on the tv. Bathroom was a little unconventional as the sink was in a different room. On the plus side, it was clean, and the staff were very friendly.
Easily accessible place by any means of transportation. Attended an association dinner event. Had good timely service. Professional care from the wait staff. Cleanly environment. Waiting area was unpleasantly full of college students wearing not very much at all, which was briefly awkward as a group tried to get into my band manager's car when his valet pulled up thinking it was their uber.
Clean rooms, helpful staff, I will stay there again!
Great hotel in DT Toronto. Clean comfortable with newly renovated rooms. Friendly staff and in the heart of Toronto. Can't go wrong.
Good location, there are lots of restaurants. Some touching up is needed
It was good for the stay, surprisingly didn't have breakfast and a smaller sized pool but great for conferences.
Everything was great. Polite service rooms we're clean and tidy. As well as the location being just perfect. Right in the middle of the cuter side of downtown where it's not so much sky scrapers but more shops and restaurants and apartment buildings.
The room was dingy and we found a number of things left by the people in there last, including a hat. The entire floor smelled like weed to an intense degree. On the elevator we stopped by floor 2 which appeared to be under renovation, but was still in use, very unprofessional
I guess it's ok.. not really up to par with other Courtyards that I've visited. Rooms seem old and stained on weird places, my key card didn't let me in and I had to go down to the front desk 3 times, food is reasonably good. Elevators take forever. For over $300/night it definitely needs an update.
Attended fund raiser. Staff was very nice and great service
Nice location. Lots of construction atm and street noise of vehicles at night. Lobby is pretty nice actually, no breakfast included but there was a breakfast buffet available. Took the kids to the pool and the tile surround was ridiculously slippery; they each fell at least 6 times just walking cautiously, not happy with that particular experience.
Our stay was pretty decent. My only complaint is that there were weird stains on the bathroom wall. And one of the lights was broken. Other than that it was amazing.
Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Exceptionally helpful staff. An excellent accomodation in Toronto.
What a Sunday morning bad experience. It is so frustrating that the guest attendant by the name Sindy was not helpful enough to direct us to the right event. She doesn t even want us to see the schedule closely, but found out that it was the same info beside the Christmas Tree anyway. She also sent me to get in to that Wood room while there s exams going on. Aren t she aware that there is a very important exams going on? It was so embarrassing. How can someone be in the front & not being friendly & helpful enough to welcome people? What a shame. She s not suppose to be in the front desk. She needs more personality development training. Bad customer relation experience. Very bad morning given by Sindy that I have to buy something in the bistro to get the right location information. Thanks to the nice cashier Rodgert. Good luck to you Sindy, you better do your job properly.
Is very central in Toronto. The room was clean and nice. Power adapter and converter (from 220 to 110) for North America not forgotten. The hotel does not have any and the hairdryer in the room is very weak.
