I arrived in Toronto only to realise that I had left my wallet back in Montreal. I had my student ID and, thankfully, paypass on my phone. I realised my situation when I went to check in, and the staff were fantastic at giving me time and room to breathe and making sure I was alright afterwards, as well as offering potential suggestions. In addition, the rooms are gorgeous. They are spacious, nicely lit, and frankly nicer than the apartment I live in! I was only in for the weekend, but would have loved to have stayed longer.

Nice hotel. Stayed once a couple years before and was not impressed at all.
This time I was very impressed the staff were trained properly and the renovations are very nice. We stayed on the 17th floor away from the elevator and it had a nice restful sleep.

The hotel is downtown, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff at courtyard by Marriott is friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Was told on the phone there was parking included with my stay and there was none on site, unless I wanted to pay $35 for valet parking. I had to park at a nearby apartment building and pay for $10 for 12 hours, luckily the security was nice at the apartments and extended my ticket a few hours so I didn't have to pay an additional $10. Bathroom had cracked sink and our room had extremely outdated furniture and a disgusting chair in our room. I again, was told over the phone it was within walking distance to the CN Tower and Rogers centre. It was nowhere close. (I am not from anywhere close and was my first time staying in Toronto) pool and spa were gross and yellow. The only one thing I can saythat was good was the staff.

Odd, reconditioned since I had been there 3 years ago. The bathroom in each room is still separate from the sink. In my case, the rooms were 15 ft apart. So to wash your hands after a poop was to dive into the shower or shuffle up to the sink.

The hotel is beat up. I know it's tough to keep it clean in the snow, but they must try harder.

A plus, Starbucks coffee in the lobby makes things all better.

Fabulous hotel. Comfy beds. Good location. Pool was a little small and needing cleaning and the hot tub was out of order when we were there in early July. Parking is $30 day and the valet were great. The concierge did not meet our expectations when it came to assisting us with ideas for what to explore in the city.

I am completely blown away by the hospitality at the front desk. I came in crying and needing to check into a hotel room due to feeling unsafe. I was comforted and offered water from the front desk. An hour later I got my situation figured out and didn t need the room for the night. I was again greeted by complete hospitality and was given a full refund (since I didn t stay the night). Especially during such a hard time this was needed. I will forever be grateful for the kindness of the staff here

Nice hotel. The room was large and had an enormous TV. maybe a little too big. One issue was that the room next to us had left used Chipotle bags outside their room and it wasn't picked up by anyone for the 24hrs we were there that was the only one real downside. The staff were friendly and the check in service was easy. all the amenities were modern and the hotel itself was comfortable and a nice place to stay.

Great location and a few minute walk to Eaton Centre and Yonge and Dundas Square. It's near a subway station too. The exterior looks old but it's completely cozy and renewed inside. The room is nothing special, just a normal sized hotel room.

The building was clean and nice, but we had to wait almost two hours past the 4pm check in time before our room was ready. It wasn't an isolated problem either, many other people didn't have their rooms ready either, both the day we arrived as well as the next day.

Hotel is large with two towers.. breakfast is brutal. What used to be free courtyard breakfast is now 24$ for coffee in paper cups and unnaturally coloured scrambled eggs. Expect to be charged almost $5 more if you ask for fresh/special order eggs. The only word I can say is.. brutal.

300$ for one night on a Saturday downtown Toronto. We came after a wedding and weren't even being loud. Nobody was drunk we were just talking normally and got noise complaints and almost got kicked out. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience when the guy came to tell me you only get one warning. How about you soundproof their paper thin walls like almost every other hotel. Unless you're above 60 years old or have a bunch of kids don't go there. My girlfriend was walking on egg shells the whole night whispering and afraid. So if you want to have a good time don't go here please. It sucks because it's a good location and I travel a lot to Toronto and have many other people who travel with too for business and I would never recommend this place.

Location is stellar for this hotel. It's about a one minute walk from the subway so very easy to get to. Very quick and easy check-in process and they'll talk to you about your room to make sure it's going to meet your needs. Room was on the 9th floor, clean and had a great view (faced Yonge Street). You do hear a bit more traffic because of it, but it wasn't too bad. Their in-room coffee is also quite good.

It is very well situated in the city. It is along Yonge but the entrance is just off the main road which makes it very accessible and easy to stop on the small street. Clean hotel and meets the basics of what you would expect.

The hotel staff was excellent. Anytime I needed anything during my stay they were always helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Was there for a work event, the hotel catered the whole event. From breakfast to dinner, including dessert and snack breaks, everything was made fresh and tasted great. Would recommend this hotel

Not the best parking if you have a truck or large SUV. But amazing front desk staff. Nice quiet rooms. No VIP lounge sadly. Very secure. Apart from some candy we found under the bed in our room it was clean. I've started to travel with clothes pins because the gap in the curtains is maddening but other than that no complains. Will stay there again for sure.

Was there for pride. Great hotel. Courteous staff. Really enjoyed it. Despite their no "party" policy, they were pretty lenient, given the festivities happening I n the city and all around the hotel.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at in the city. Close to lots of restaurants and the Eaton Centre is a short walk away, to save the money they charge for parking. Will hopefully be staying there again next time I'm in the area.

Renovated rooms are comfortable and airy, and remarkably affordable for the size/location. A room service sandwich on decent bread. A friendly welcome. What else is there? Clean, quiet, and ideal for business travel.
