We were here for a conference. The room for the meeting was well prepared by the hotel. The basic services and infrastructure was well maintained.

elevator broke. besides that good. bathrooms kinda weird
Stayed overnight. Central location is close to hospital district, Dundas square, Yorkville and most downtown attractions. Impeccable service. Room as described, clean and all amenities included. Quiet room. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended!
Love the location. 8-10 min walk to the Eaton Centre. Valet parking though.. I m usually not a fan but it worked well for my stay this time. I was pretty confident with the way it was arranged.
Nothing I didn t like. I did realize one thing in my room though. There was some wallpaper coming off by the window and it was being held together with push tacks.. lol it didn t bother me. Just observed it.
Good location, very attentive staff and good size rooms although the corridors and the exterior could be cleaner.
Conveniently located near yonge and college subway. Spacious meeting rooms (especially the one I have always been in). Staff display excellent customer service skills!
They claim to be newly renovated. It still appears on the older, less modern side. The room was okay. The decor in the hallways and elevators are very old. The mirror and sink are outside the bathroom? The bathroom only consists of a shower and toilet. The bathroom was nice and clean. We used the gym and it was well equipped and clean. The pool is small. The area seems a little sketchy, but very close to great dinner places and shopping. Parking is very expensive off site, and the parking onsite is even more expensive. No continental breakfast included, everything else is additional. Service and staff are friendly.
It's good but not as great as other properties of Marriott.
Nice downtown location. Clean room, confortable bed. A bit noisy from the ventilation system but I guess one gets used to that
I found it odd that the room sink is not actually in the bathroom. There is a place to eat downstairs but why go there when there are 100s of places to choose from right outside. Beware when taking a car. Valet service is basically the only option and its pricy.
Very poor management, they asked us to change the room after 1 week even though we blocked the room for 2 weeks. We changed the room and asked them to extend our stay for 2 nights. A guy in the front desk said everything is done and he extended our 2 nights. Next day it was over booked to other people and they entered the room
When we checked in the front desk and they asked me are you still in the room?
And your laguage is still in the room?
It was very disappointing and they said we checked out the room a day back. Everything was sorted out and we came back to the room but our keys were not working and they deactivated it. We got fraustated and this is not the way to treat people who is paying the money for the stay.
I prefer to re train the front desk people to use the tool which they are using to book the rooms.
I should think twice if i need to book my stay in this hotel again.
Maids are super helpful. It's located downtown and anything you could possibly want is less than 10 minutes away. The rooms are clean and modern.
Very disappointed with this Marriott property. I travel frequently and always stay at a Marriott hotel with because of the shape of their hotels
This hotel did not meet the same profile, it was in need of some TLC. I stayed there 3 nights this week, and thought the cleanliness was really lacking and it was really in need of an update. Broken elevator buttons, stains on the wall in my bathroom, dirt on carpet in hallway (for all 3 days I was there ) , broken toilet paper holder in the lobby mens room all seemed to me like I was at a budget hotel. On a positive note, the staff was terrific- very professional and helpful.
Nice hotel. Comfortable room/bed. Very pleasant staff. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Newly renovated room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Location was excellent for downtown activities.
I was not a guest, but the guest I was visiting was unjustifiably kicked out during Toronto Pride celebrations. Would not recommend.
This is a nice hotel. Conveniently located in an area with personality and great places to dine.
Was a nice stay most staff were very friendly and the main bar tender was amazing!
Nice rooms, the hot tub did not work and was dirty!
Loved the hotel. Great for meetings in the lobby.
Dean some laps this morning. I was the only person in the pool.
Good breakfast options including being able to order Starbucks and real breakfast food items at the counter and they deliver the food to your table.
They also have a breakfast buffet.
The only issue was that it took a very long time to get an elevator. I don't know if one or more were out of service or whether they're always slow.
The renovated rooms are very nice. Very close proximity to restaurants and grocery store.
Such a nice hotel. Very spacious and great beds. Thanks for dealing with my crazy girls!
Pretty good hotel. I had one of the corner rooms with a balcony, but no real views other than other high rises, but at night and sunrise that looked pretty cool. Room was a good size, but only one relaxing chair to sit on if you wanted to watch TV and there were two of you. Desk and chair were good. Wi-fi fast and solid and free! Staff extremely polite and helpful. Disappointed that there wasn't a better menu. It was ok and tasted good, just limited. There were not any reasonable restaurants within a short walk. They do advertise other restaurants, but not exactly a short walk, but I'd happily stay there again.
Excellent service!
Convenient to all downtown locations of interest
Bargain by any measure
Great place and very well located just off Younge street! Perfect place to stay and discover the city!
I've never experienced such terrible customer service. My husband and I stayed there on November 20, 2014. Our tv was broken and unwatchable our entire stay. When we asked to speak with someone about this at check-out we were told the front desk manager was not available. I asked that our credit card not be charged until our complaints were heard and dealt with. Not only did the hotel charge our visa right away, it took six weeks until someone spoke with me about this--after I had left many, many voicemails with two of the hotel's managers. After asking me "what do you want?' they offered us a 10% discount. I declined.
Normally would earn higher, as I stay here regularly, but this time their Wi-Fi router has been down for two days. That's fatal to a business traveler, and a hotel of this name should have an adequate backup. To be fair, they've been bending over backwards to comp my breakfasts and snacks, but I'd trade them for reliable Internet from my room.
Nice Rooms, excellent service, exceptionally located.
Conveniently connected to the subway (2 main subway lines). Lots of good food around. Also close to Yorkville.
Stayed here a few times recently while in the city for work. All the staff I interacted with were very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were fine and were quite spacious compared to other similar hotels in the area. One of my rooms was a bit noisy but it was mostly due to construction on the street it was overlooking. Overall was happy with my experience here.
Clean and well kept. Pleasant staff, very polite. Does not have continental breakfast, though the restaurant provides a menu you can purchase from in the morning.
The hotel is well lit and has great service. Rooms are great sizes. My only issue was that the sink was at an entire different area if the apartment
Complimentary breakfast only includes 2 guests. If you have more than 2 guests in your room, that's unfortunate regardless if you are a platinum elite member. No bottles of water provided in the room.
Convenient location! Staff was very friendly, didn't matter what time of day. Valet was very courteous too! No complaints here!
Clean room, good location. Had 2 queen beds instead of 1 king. Upgrade I guess
The rooms were very nice. The service was excellent. When we requested towels they arrived in five minutes. Great location, easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the PATH station. And it was affordable.
Lobby was nice, conference room was fine but there was quite a bit of noise pollution from outside which isn't really their fault but something to note and be aware of
I stayed here for a business trip and work paid for my stay so I can't speak to the price, but the hotel and experience have been lovely. The main foyer is beautiful, and I liked the touch of Halloween with the cute decorations. I was lucky to get a big room with a sofa and small sitting area. My co-workers were not as lucky and their rooms were smaller and only had angoing armchair, so it depeneds on chance a little bit. My room was in a perfect location and very quiet, but I know there are other rooms that can be noisier. The pump bottle of shower gel unfortunately was pretty much empty before I got herr, and when I let the hotel know, they sent someone up to replace it about 15 to 30 minutes after I told them. Not that I mind, but I did find it interesting that instead of providing small bottles of body wash and shampoo like other hotels, they have pump bottles attached to the shower wall. Everyone employee that I've spoken with or interacted with has been friendly and polite and helpful. I reply appreciate that consistency and the level of service the staff provide. I didn't get a chance to use their gym facilities or pool but I think it's great that the hotel has them!
Had a very good experience. Rooms were nice and clean Staff were amazing. It's a great location. I highly recommend to all.
We had a king suite. Overall it was good. There was some peeling paint in sitting room and toilet flusher stuck. The concierge was only on duty for 2 hours in the am and 2 hours in the pm.
Basic hotel. Old but Renovated. Nothing bad. Nothing great.
I attended for a 3 day professional conference. The food was great, staff were friendly, and the room was nice and bright. We did have some problems getting the temperature in the room comfortable, and on one morning every single ladies washroom on the main floor was out of commission which was inconvenient.
The hotel was nice and my room was clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. And of course, great location! Only issue was the elevators when it was busy. They are small and not all of them were working, so people waited up to 10 mins for it to arrive at times.
Great place to stay. Had a great time. Staff is great.
We had a gr8 stay. Nice big rooms. Very neat n clean. Prominently located. Lots of restaurants and malls around. Bus n metro station was very closeby.
Just got drinks, they have a good choices and not overly expensive too. The bartender was friendly and also Suggested a drink.
Our fifth floor room is very clean and spacious. There's an in hotel bistro and breakfast but they cost extra. Close enough to things that you can walk.
Wifi is bad, bring your own router to hook up to the cat 5 port on the wall.
Excellent location, nearby to many downtown attractions. The rooms are well kept and comfortable, but our room didn't have a lock or fan for the washroom.
I'd stay here again no prob. Attentive fast courteous and personal check-in. I'm in Toronto?!
Very nice hotel. Located near the heart of the city. Very pleased with my experience there.
It's in the center of the city. Easy access to everything fun
