I haven t slept at this hotel yet, but went here for a lunch recently.
They ve recently transformed the restaurant and it s great. They have a nice menu with a delicious salmon gravlax salad , which I highly recommend. They also propose a buffet, that people seem to appreciate. And the price is more than acceptable!
The neighborhood doesn t offer a lot of places to eat out, but this is one to remind.
You can park next to the hotel (don t forget to pay) or could park at Carrefour s around the corner and do so grocery s afterwards.

Absolutely horrible experience at the restaurant in the hotel. I found a long brown hair in my food and my mothers steak was tough. The waiter said it was cheese when it was obviously hair and then rudely told my mom she doesn't know how to eat since her steak was hard. They need a new restaurant staff and cleaner food team. I am from the U.S. and never want to come back to this horrible hotel.

Solid hotel just outside of the city. Not really convenient to the city but definitely convenient to NATO. The staff is always amazing and the breakfast is very good and enough for any appetite. Rooms are comfortable and large enough that you don't feel cramped. The restaurant is alright but could use a lesson in value for a place that has nothing close by. Not super expensive but definitely not cheap.

Vwb the hotel everything neat and clean, very good. The staff provide the ultimate star, have been to many hotels but the way I have been treated as a guest here is superb. From reception to restaurant, hats off.

Regardless how much I like staying at Marriott hotels, this Courtyard branded hotel is cheap on every account. Cheap and bare toiletries and vintage (!) shower curtain that sticks to the skin, no mattress topper, no chair to work on, questionable cleanliness, poor quality and condition of the facilities. Breakfast buffet is extensive but very basic (overcooked scrambled eggs can safely be skipped). Professional but impersonal service with a cold approach. Be also aware that there is a 10 euro service fee when ordering from room service, and the only water available in the room is 2.50 euro extra. Stingy.

Nice hotel!

Nice hotel!
The breakfast buffet is well stocked!
Helpful staff

Overall it was great, however it's not very Vegan friendly at all, would have expected to see at least some efforts, but nope, and only had Soy milk on the first day upon request for my 4 days stay, the staffs were help and did the best they can but just find it surprising that it's not being provided on a standard base, it's 2018, and look what's happening around Europe now, record high temperatures everywhere!

It could be that I'm just used to the conveniences provided by hotels in the US, but it seemed like everything here had an extra cost to it. The hotel staff were all very kind and spoke enough English to help us get by, for which I am very grateful. There is a train station nearby that will take you close to downtown Brussels, but you'll still have to walk a bit from the station. Alternatively, there is a bus that will drop you off right downtown.

Nice hotel. Rooms are large, and bathrooms are nice. Decent selection of TV channels, but no Sky News. Zinc restaurant is very good, but pricey. They have a van shuttle service to-from airport, but you have to schedule it. For June 2013, shuttle cost 7 Euros one-way.

Large Courtyard Business Hotel in a business park in Brussels.
Per:
Big and clean rooms
Good traffic location
Cons:
Very loud, not only the street, but also a fitness studio makes noise for a long time.
Everything kind of loveless, by default.
Breakfast nothing special either, lots of industrial products.

Super clean, great staff, sauna was a lovely perk between flights as this was just an overnight layover. Restaurant was open till 10:30 pm, food was good, service was great. The only thing is the shuttle is a little pricey 7euroes per person. If you are more than 3 people might as well take a cab.

Lovely hotel, fine location having in mind that the Brussels airport is a 6 minute drive from the hotel. Very spacious and tidy rooms, each provided with an iron that comes in handy. There is an enormous window that overlooks the whole area, you have the best view of the Atomium in the distance that lights up in the night. The only thing that striked me was how poorly the window was cleaned.

Actually this is a business hotel but we stayed during the weekend. Staf was really friendly and helpfull and (we had a problem with our reservation) and we were treated like customers should be treated.

Breakfast had a wide range of choises and was fresh. Rooms were spaceous, modern and clean!

Only thing is that the shower in our bathroom was in combination with the bath which could be difficult to get into if you are older...

We will go back in the future!

TERRIBLE!! Dirty and horrible customer service.

TERRIBLE!! Dirty and horrible customer service.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Dirty bathroom, found hairs ALL over the shower. Disgusting. The rooms said they were equipped with coffee but it was not. Excessive noise in the room next to me/sounded like a fight. I complained to management about the awful service, the noise, and the condition of the room, and I was not refunded nor credited for my stay. I was told they would deposit 10k in "Marriott Rewards points," for me. Well 10k in points doesn't even get you a 50% discount off of a room for one night. I stayed here for two nights and completely regretted it. DON'T STAY HERE. Take your money elsewhere.

Staff was helpful and service minded. The room is big and spacious but the bathroom was not clean. The toilet had pee stains on the seat and there were 2 long hairs on the toilet roll. When I wiped the seat with a wet piece of paper the stains disappeared..so it had not been cleaned.. that's why I'm only giving 2 stars.

Regular customer, I am often confronted with the only black point and size: the reservation desk.
Imprecise, stammering and exasperatingly slow.
Last avatar: I phone in the morning to ask if a reservation on the basis of ebay vouchers is possible during the period from November 1 to 7, 2014. Answer: it is possible; I buy the vouchers on ebay and come back to the dewsk for reservation.
After checking, I realize that the reservation is made on the basis of normal rates and I end up with 360 of unused vouchers

Overall a decent hotel.

Overall a decent hotel.
Rooms were clean and spacious, the shower fully functional.
Bed was very comfortable with the right hardness of the mattress and pillow.
Staff was friendly, however very slow and quite stressed. That is why check it took a very long time. Actually longest check in I ever had to face.
The continental buffet was quite alright: wide selection and very tasteful.
