I would rate 5, but there are soemrhings that can change. However, it is a cozy place and the staff is wonderful, the restaurant is great too. Please check in here if it is in your budget. 10/10 for the hospitality.

A nice hotel, a good location, good housekeeping, friendly front desk, garage parkinf, decent breakfast, but inconvenient patking ticket -- meaning, you have to have someone from the front desk to valid(pay) before driving out of its garage for each time... The hotel could make this proceas a bit more automation for guests -- very inconvenient!

Friendly staff and the room is absolutely amazing, just checked in and will update later if anything changes.

Hotel that deserves its stars. Impeccable service, quiet rooms and very beautiful. Rich and excellent breakfast.

Not bad as far as hotel goes, but if you don't call in and confirm your booking you might experience that your reservation at this hotel has become cancelled, without any form of notice.

Very affordable, clean, modern, breakfast buffet included and central location.

Typical Courtyard: Large and clean rooms, friendly staff. I am very often in hotels of the Marriot Group, but Courtyard is always good in terms of price / performance ratio. Breakfast offer due to Corona restricted, but 13.00 for breakfast a la carte is absolutely fair.

Very regular customers. The staff are very kind, attentive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is hearty. Lunch and dinner are possible at the hotel restaurant, where the food is excellent.

A hotel away from the city centre, close to Nato. Direct travel links to the city centre. Not far from Brussels airport. Typical hotel.

Rooms and hotel itself are very clean. Breakfast is great. On the other hand hotel is overpriced for 4 star property.

Hotel was good but it's far from the city center, had to search for search for other options for keeping laggague for trip in City center

The staff is 5 stars. Rooms are ok but I really can't stand the tent in the shower in 2020.

I loved this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and with good view.

Gone down a lot since my last visit. Was given a room on the second floor at the front which was very noisy. Air conditioning had been left on full which made it worse. Food was poor, breakfast especially poor with lumpy scrambled egg and congealed bacon. If anything ran out the tray was just left and not replaced. No staff in evidence so presumably lots of internal cost cutting going on. Not impressed.

We had a very good night at the Hotel Comfort and Service at the height. Small complaint the room service knocked on the door at 9:30 in the morning to do the room I do not find it normal.

Good business hotel, clean and nice. Not much around it. A little pricier than other hotels in the area.
