Loved my three there but sadly not what it used to be

Just wanted reasonable repairs to my car although friendly I am not happy with the outcome.

Awful company to work for. insufficient training, unorganised, and rude.
They mess up your pay, your holiday and your shifts and then blame you for it!

Had a temporary assignment here for a week. Covid Safety is really well organised. Lovely people, have thoroughly enjoyed my short stint here.

Terrible company to work for. No support, they mess up your pay, the people are lush but some of the managers are bloody idiots.

We were very impressed with this company. They came out within an hour of us phoning, fixed our blocked pipes, and all in a very friendly and professional way. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if we need to.

Really great service. Being so close to the street in a city centre our drain ends up overflowing and causing a public slip hazard. We needed someone to come out quickly and Innovation Group were with us within 24 hours of first enquiry and got things sorted in less than an hour. Being a very busy day wasn't a problem either as I was able to leave them doing their thing and get back to work with minimal interruption. A really friendly and efficient service.
