I used to get good service but lately not so much. I had my Fiesta in for service and they failed to return my calls multiple times. They just kept my car for weeks without working on it, letting the local pine needles collect in all the nooks and crannies. The good news is they finally did the job and it seems to have worked so kudos for that. I guess.

Now a five star star dealership for me. Second key in hand no charge, Dave made sure that it went through okay. Would go back again before our next purchase.

Will be a 5 star tomorrow if we get a second key after we found and bought a truck last night. Dave was helpful and courteous. No one was pushy because we knew what we were looking for just had to agree on price. Showed up a bit late but did not feel rushed as we left just after closing time.

I called into the front desk and they answered fairly fast, once redirected to the service center they took a little info from me then put me on hold, and after waiting 20 minutes I hang up. I called again and get redirected to the service center where I m immediately asked to hold again, I sit on hold another 25 minutes. I call again and there s no manager on site, I m very displeased with the service at this location and will not ever give my business.

Have had an ongoing online and phone communication with the dealership and especially my sales specialist Sunny Patel.
Excited to pick up the first Gen 3 raptor in Portland. Sunny he couldn t have been a better ambassador and sales person. Personable, professional and genuinely friendly. The process was easy and smooth, paperwork was painless.
I felt I got the VIP treatment.

Looking forward to working with them again in the future

First visit to Courtesy service dept. and it was impressive. The facility is top notch and the serve reps are friendly and helpful. Katie was my rep who was a delight to work with and get me thru the visit. Customer waiting area is bright, roomy and comfortable. Compared to another Ford dealer in the Gresham-East Portland area, the contrast is shocking. Quite pleased that Courtesy will be my go-to shop for my newly acquired F150.

I recently had to take my car in for some work and they took care of everything so quickly. My year anniversary just came up and Ashley called to check on how everything was going. I loved that they go above and beyond to make sure you re happy with the car.

Service Department is so poorly managed it makes me regret that I bought my car from this place. Most recent experience: brought my car in on Tuesday to get a seat repaired. Mentioned a couple of other small things I d like them to look at. They kept the car for four days and when I came to pick it up they just casually mention oh, we didn t get the seat fixed. The team missed that note on the work order. But we can set you up to bring it back in a couple of weeks and we ll get that done. Awful.

I will never use the dealership for service ever again.
Made an appointment for 9am for a basic oil change and tire rotation on my fleet van. Dropped it off early at 8am. I told them I needed it back by 1pm, they assured me that was fine. Well, 12:45pm, no word yet. So I reach out and not done. 2pm rolls by, not done. 4pm finally it's done.

What's the point of making an appointment if you don't start the work in proximity to the appointment time? This is why people hate dealerships for service. The price is 2x that of a reputable independent, not just on labor but they mark up the same Genuine OE parts that independents can get, with the same level of ASE certification and training. 8 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change is absolutely unacceptable.

I just bought a 2021 Lincoln Navigator from Courtesy Ford and Lincoln. It was by far the very best service and communication I've ever received from any vehicle transaction ever (I've bought over 40 cars in my life for work and personal). Not only did Antonio beat every price price on the market but he ever personally drove down the car to my house in Northern California, same day! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and more professional group. Highly appreciative of the service and absolutely recommend.
