This morning my husband and I went to CCH to drive through for our first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine! Those who participated in planning and administering the vaccine did an outstanding job!!! Everyone was so welcoming, caring, and helpful while be professional!

From the car greeter, the snack cart, the records clerk, the nurses as well as the post vaccination car hop and medical help were all excellent and professional. 5 stars for an amazing staff !
This review is based solely on my vaccine experience. .
I called and made an appointment. I ended up going a little early, but it was ok. I was NERVOUS but they had wonderful bedside manner. I instantly more comfortable. By the time I finished my paperwork, the nurse was coming out with the shot. She administered it painlessly and quickly.
My mother had some questions and I appreciated her answering them patiently and politely.
I waited 15 mins to see if I d have a reaction and then I left Over all it was a good experience
We couldn t have had a better experience today at Covington County Hospital when we received our vaccines. Everyone we came into contact with just couldn t have been any nicer or more helpful. They were extremely well organized and everything moved so smoothly. They even offered drinks and snacks while we were waiting in line. We were very impressed!
I received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine today. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The process was very organized. Thank you for your service to the community.
I couldn t have had a better experience bc I am scare of needle. When one of the nurse was talking with me to take my mind off the needle. The other nurse have the shot ready. She told me when I count to three and she gave me the shot. I did not feel the needle going In my arm. I feel better after the 15 minutes. They are very good with their job and know how to handle peoples like me. I am proud that I came to CCH for my COVID-19 Vaccine to day thank you very much
My husband and I were some of the fortunate ones in line for Covid shots last Friday. Every aspect of the drive through was beautifully planned and carried out. I would give more stars if they were available.
Excellent organization!! We were way back in the line. But at about 8am we started moving and the moving was pretty much constant . Snack cart with water was a plus! Actually a wonderful experience.
I commend the Administration and staff of this hospital regarding the Covid 19 vaccine. You were well organized and efficient. The staff was friendly and didn t seem to mind standing in the cold rain to get the job done. You all are my heroes!!!! You deserved hazard paid for this day!!!! Thank you for your service to this community!! We recommend this hospital to all of our family and friends. You have nurses who cate and physical therapist who are experts in their field.
I m so thankful for Collins Hospital. They have helped my family many times. They provide excellent care. They go over and beyond to accommodate our small town.
