I tried to call one day to become a new patient and to my annoyance every single number I called was giving me an old fashioned busy signal. I went to their website and after some snooping around i was able to find what appeared to be an interoffice IT email address, really it didn't seem to be for the public but I figured whats the worst that can happen and i sent them an email. Within 15 min I had an email back. Not only did they not mention the fact that this was not an email address for patient use but they apologized and Informed me that their phones had been down all day, and offered to take my name and number and have the receptionist at whichever location I preferred call me when the phones were working again. Unbelievable for a non profit place in this city, usually places around here that cater to low income people are so rude and lazy and condescending, this was so refreshing. I can't wait till be a patient here.
