Horrible, I would stay far away from them especially Traci cook, she has zero Time to reach out to her customers we tried working with them and 4 months into it she has the urge to tell us that she is too busy we should probably find some one else... mind you we had all our paperwork already submitted and she when I did get a hold of her few an far between always told me she was working on it, that it would be done now 4 months into I have to start all over with another mortgage company... very shady, definitely would not recommend them to my worst enemy...

Kelly was such a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was our first time going through the home buying process, so we of course had a lot of questions. Kelly made sure to explain everything to us and was responsive to our emails and calls. He made sure the process was moving along so we could close in a timely manner and we couldn t be more excited for this next chapter in our life. I have been trying to make contact with anyone at this point. I keep getting the run around about a Title that is rightfully mine. I paid off a mobile home loan two months ago and cannot get answers to where my Title is. All I keep hearing, when I do actually get ahold of someone, Is that COVID is the reason for the delays. I understand that COVID has impacted many of us negatively, but that is not an excuse for not getting back to me. C mon 8 weeks is ridiculous!!!!! This is by far one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with!

I have had consistent issues with Country Place. I sent several emails regarding a pay off amount and included all necessary information but was never emailed back. Was $13 short for my mortgage payment when it was scheduled to come out of my account and when they saw I was short, they went ahead and charged me an extra $35 for some BS fee. When I called to pay the correct amount (a whopping one day late), customer service said they could not take my payment because they did not have a statement from THEIR bank saying the payment was insufficient. So how am I getting charged a $35 fee for an insufficient payment if they don t know on their end that it was insufficient? Makes a whole lot of sense will be running from this place like my hair is on fire.

Tried reaching out and never received any communication. Rick Acosta is supposed to be handling loans with fha and never picks up. His voicemail doesn t identify who will be listening to my call and the application left over two weeks online has been unaddressed.

Worst Mortgage Company EVER!! They constantly request a copy of my flood insurance policy, EVERY YEAR, after multiple times of informing them that my Homeowners Policy covers FLOOD...I can't seem to make them comprehend the Flood deductible on page 1 and the Flood Coverage explanation on page 2 of the policy!! Then, last year they purchased a separate Flood Policy, ON MY BEHALF, EVEN AFTER confirming my current coverage with them. Then, this year, they let my Homeowner Insurance LAPSE due to a late payment from my Escrow.
Now, I just received another Flood Insurance Policy Request, I can't even get a person on the phone, THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHILE HOLDING!!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!!

Toby Cooksey, was our loan officer. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He never left a phone call, email or text unanswered. He would always take the time to explain the process. He was very easy to speak with and never felt that we were a bother to him when we called and had questions. Made us feel at ease and very comfortable. Highly recommend Toby!
