Had a small issue but Jason the manager was able to clear it up in no time(bodyshop). As far as service, yes you might have to wait. But are you not willing to wait for good service?(talk to jamie she is great). I also deal with the part department all the time, nice to be around professional people. I guess you get what you pay for and wait for.

I must say I definitely enjoyed the awesome customer service I received from Juan Medina and Antonio Torres at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They were more than willing to assist me with buying my first car, and they made it a smooth transition. Unfortunately, this was the second dealership I visited instead of the first. I would definitely itely return in the future.

During my last visit to Courtesy Chrysler, I was treated, as the name implies, a courteous and professional manner. All personnel I came in contact with went out of their way to assist me with my problem. From the switchboard operator, who assisted in arranging for the towing of my vehicle to the dealership, to the greeter on the drive , to Steven in the Service Department, and the cashier who issued me a loner vehicle to use while mine was being serviced. All were knowledgeable of their jobs and went out of their way to answer all my questions concerning the recalls and problems I was experiencing. Even though it was over a weekend, my Pacifica was in on Saturday noon and out by Monday afternoon. My next purchase will probably be a new Pacifica from Courtesy.

brought the truck in for a oil change and to fix a couple of rattles, (window and driver rear) You fixed the window but didn't fix the driver rattle as the vehicle wasn't driven by the tech to hear the metal on metal noise. He blamed it on the gas cap. Rattle still there and now have to bring it in again to find and fix the problem. Another wasted 4 hours 12 Jun. Hopefully the service manager can resolve this issue since I already paid to find it.

I'm surprised they even have a 3 star rating. By far the worst experience I have ever had. After inquiring online I receive an automated email message to call. I talk to my "internet rep" and after trying to get me in the door the old fashion way he agrees to email me my options. I then get another automated email from the same salesman but made to look like it's from his sales manager. When I reply I notice it goes to the original guy. On the last day on the month I get a call from Russell his supposed sales manager. Again trying to get me in the door. Told him I will come in to sign papers but I'm going to need the deal first. Went back and forth a few times then never heard from him again. Since I have had a few more automated messages the last supposedly from the general manager saying I can do 75% of the deal on the internet. Again the reply goes to the original sales person. Trust me go to Frikin's in Bradenton. Sent a message then a couple phone calls and I was picking up my new vehicle the next day. All I did is go in and sign the papers.

The service department has been very courteous to the issues with my car. They have explained the issues and what may happen if they are not addressed. They also try to complete the work as quickly as possible since I wait for the service to be completed on the car.

And replaced latch in center console
Everything good until I picked up
No charge, got in Jeep to leave and noticed
My Garmon was gone, told service manager
Said not there problem call police
Not very happy, they had Jeep in there possession

Thank you so much for the upgrades to my truck!!! 4" Mopar lift (with Bilstein coilover struts and shocks), chrome side bars, 35x12.5x22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on Fuel Assault rims and to top it off... a cold air induction system with Mopar catback (came with 5" tips!!!) Awesome job!!! Freaking love it!!!

When I went to look for a car, I had very exact requirements due to my financial position. I realized the requirements I was giving them would be almost impossible to accommodate because of my situation. The experience was amazing, both Chris my salesman and Jef, the finance guru were able to make the transaction happen. Even when I thought the deal couldn't be done, the came through and made it work for me and with several extras I didn't expect (warrantee on my new "used" vehicle, a much lower interest rate than my own credit union would give me, the car being delivered to me when it would be an inconvenience for me-and them too-but they did it). This is not just great service, it is EXCEPTIONAL!! As a former Disney Concierge, I can say this truly went way above and beyond any expectations for any company, especially a car dealership. PS, Jef has some funny stories too. I wish them all great success.

Oooooh my goodness!!! This was the easiest and fastest purchase I've ever made when buying a vehicle. I have purchased 2 vehicles before from this same dealership. But this experience was definitely over the top. Gabby was so attentive to my concerns she even started the paperwork before I got there. Gabby was so efficient and thorough ,if I could give 10 stars I would. Gabby your my go to sales rep if i know anyone else looking for a dodge, and MY Next vehicle. Oh i almost firgot about my finance guy, Shaw. You were awesome as well. Shaw didnt try to force any additional packages on me. My bottom line price that was made with Gabby stayed my bottom line. I thank you both !!

Very sly and manipulative staff. Went in there and was very upfront about only wanting to get an estimation for when my lease was up. Was told by Thomas Murman, the sales guy, to sign a paper with my total residual breakdown listed in order to get a better approximation for what my monthly payments would be once I ended my lease.
They take me to the financing office and a big boss man comes saying that my lease was grounded. Proceeded to shove the paper in my face where I signed to get a better approximation. I was never informed at any point that signing that would ground my lease.
They told me it was to get a more accurate number They make it seem like I'm the inconvenience now because I didn't want my lease to be grounded that day. The financing department lady claims she was never informed that my intentions were to just get an approximation. I don't know what Thomas said after he left the desk we were sitting at.
All I know is that there was some sly moves made by them and some bullying into grounding my lease that day because it would be a hassle for them to reverse the action. They offered me a detail of the car to make up for their actions..
Please don't go here for your own sake. The entire staff seemed sketchy and I do not want others to go through anything similar to this. I left there feeling disrespected and ganged up on. Thomas had nothing to say when I called him out in front of his boss stating that he never mentioned my lease being grounded.
Please don't go here, and if you do, please don't trust Thomas Murman as your sales guy.

I wish I could give less stars for this dealership...

I wish I could give less stars for this dealership. The service department is terrible. My Chrysler 200 is under warranty and is having an issue with the ignition. You turn the key and the car won't start. You have to take the key out and put it back in, then it will start. This happens quite frequently to me. I have dropped it off twice to the dealership and they can't figure out what's wrong with the car or duplicate the issue. So I have to pick the car up without it being repaired. I have even gone as far as to record the issue happening. They refuse to provide me a loaner vehicle, even though as a customer I have been greatly inconvenienced. Missing time off work and rearranging my schedule for nothing. The manager Angelo Mendez is very rude and nasty. He told me "I'm not paying $35 a day for a loaner car for you if we don't even know what's wrong with your car or how long it will take to duplicate the issue".(like that's my problem) He was completely unhelpful and acted as though he could care less. He gave me the number to Chrysler corp. office and told me to call them. He said, "If they want to provide you a loaner, then it's up to them, but I won't". So basically they are unwilling to help. If I want my car fixed, I would have to leave it with them, without having another form of transportation. They probably still won't be able to figure out what's wrong with it. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership EVER!!!! and tell everyone I know not to go there. Now I have to take additional time out of my schedule to call the corp. office ...and who knows if they will be able to help me. This is a nightmare.

The job got done which is the best part. Although communication wasn t there. The gentlemen never kept in contact with me on what s going on. My car was in the shop early morning and never got a call that day on what s going on. When I called it was a different guy who didn t know anything about what s going on. When I got my car back I asked for the inspection work and they didn t have it. Called a few days ago and was told he would call me back with the info. Never called back. Called a few days again and they never made a noted anything on the inspection. It comes with a inspection how isn t there anything there.

I've now purchased 5 brand new vehicles in the pas...

I've now purchased 5 brand new vehicles in the past 8 or so years from this dealership. Ralph in sales is great. The only issue I had with this purchase was my 2nd key fob that was given to me was for a different car. When I came back to advise 2 days after I drove off the lot, a Sunday, my correct key fob could not be located. I was told by Ralph he would contact me Monday morning with an update. Monday evening, i attempted to contact Ralph add I had not heard from him, as promised. Tuesday morning i again attempted contact. Finally Tuesday, late morning, I received a call from Ralph advising I need to come into dealership to get new fob programmed. Here a week later I'm sitting in service waiting almost 2 hours to get a new one programed. As a loyal customer it is concerning how many hoops I had to jump through to get YOUR error corrected. The young man in service had an attitude when I asked for an update when I had been here for an hour. He snarled that the programming takes at least an hour. I apologized and advised I was not made aware of that, I was told I would be in and out. He went to check on progress, I was told 10 more mins.. that was 35 minutes ago....still I wait

Dave Montes made our truck buying experience an easy and delightful one. As soon as we walked in, he greeted us with a friendly smile. At no time did Dave make us feel uncomfortable or uneasy about our truck buying experiences. He is not like other salesman that we have been dealing with for the past month. We should have known to go straight to the Courtesy Group because I had such a great experience at the Kia next door. Also the finance manager, Maurice, was very eager to help us and make the awful paper part of the transaction simple. He took the time to explain GAP insurance to us and made sure that our quoted agreed upon monthly payment included that GAP insurance. This was the best car/truck buying experience that we have ever had. Thank you Dave and Maurice!

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel from the dealership next to courtesy. After owning the vehicle for three months, on October 4th 2019, I had the pleasure to experience catastrophic engine failure. I had it towed to the dealership that I purchased it from, as it was under warranty. Curious, I decided to walk over to Courtesy to inquire about warranty information. They informed me that my factory Powertrain was still in effect. I was then assigned a service advisor, Anthony. He helped me through the process start to finish (40 days), and was always honest, quick to communicate, and very knowledgeable. As frustrated as I was, he was always there to help me through it. I can t truly express the gratitude I have for Courtesy and it s employees. My mechanic, Pete, was very professional, and also very knowledgeable. An entire motor swap with no issues is an amazing feat. I ll be bringing my vehicle back to Courtesy for all my needs. I trust Anthony and Pete whole heartedly. I ll gladly hand them my keys and confidently walk away, knowing that my vehicle is truly in good hands. Thank you Anthony, Pete, and everyone at Courtesy for helping me through this. You have made a loyal customer out of me. I look forward to working with you again, but I hope it s not for a while.. lol! Again, thank you Courtesy!!

Appointment on Monday at 11:40. Vehicle was not even looked at until Tuesday after noon. Tuesday, my adviser off, horrible communication. Had to rent a vehicle for an extra day because my car was just sitting there. Could not have vehicle serviced anywhere else because of a special adapter needed. How convenient. The only bright spot was a $35.00 credit on a $1600 AC job. Didn t even get a vehicle inspection report. Never again. Worst dealer experience of my life. Headed to dealer in Wesley Chapel from now on. Two stars because my AC actually works, so it s for the repairman.

Prior to coming in for my appointment to replace the airbag(s) in my Jeep Wrangler, I had called to confirm that all parts were in stock. After being transferred between multiple departments to answer my simple question, my appointment was set to replace the airbag(s). Upon arrival, I was greeted and associated with a technician that would handle my service. When escorted to the service counter, the technician told me that only one airbag was in stock & it will take an estimated three hours to complete. After getting off of a sixteen hour shift, to hear that not all parts are in stock and the service that I would be waiting for an incomplete job would take three hours was extremely frustrating. The technician showed me where I could sit to wait. The waiting area was nicer than expected. Leather couches, massage chairs, refreshments bar with TV s was a nice touch to help pass time. Luckily, it did not take the full three hours to complete the (single) airbag. Now, I await a call for the next airbag to be in stock to repeat this whole process all over again.

The issue was not fixed and they keep giving me the runaround. My transmission or something is falter and skipping. The service manager witnessed issue when I drove him. Now they can't recreate the issue when I'm not there and want me to pick up the car. I paid $300 and was told my car was fixed only to return it 20 minutes later for the same reason. Now they are telling me nothing is wrong even though the service manager witnessed the issue.

Overall the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. Family grew by 2 and we needed to get into a bigger family car, shopped around for over 3 months and loved how I was treated since I first made contact with the dealership. Had the pleasure of working with Frank Diaz from day 1. He helped through the entire process and really showed alot of concern throughout the whole ordeal. Thanks to the entire team at Courtesy Dodge in Brandon, they went above and beyond to get us into our new car. They gave us their full attention and never lost contact with us for the past 3 months. Big thanks to Frank for making it happen and ensuring we got the car that was a better fit for our family. We highly recommend this dealership to anybody who doesn't feel pressured into a deal. We will definitely be back!

I drove all the way from Miami, after having seen the car I wanted on their website, and after having dealt with Robert Catlin for a week prior to my visit. Upon arrival he informed me the car had been sold two days prior! On a Saturday evening, while we were in contact that same day! Nor did the dealer answer any of the calls I made while driving to Tampa. The website itself hadn't even dropped the listing. So beware of this misleading dealership.

Armando was awesome, he was very understanding of my needs and wants. His customer service and engagement was top notch. I was very happy with the deal I recieved and walked away with a car that I really wanted.
This was my second time buying a car from Courtesy Dodge, and was pleasantly surprised that the first time was not a one off great experience. Armando and the sales manager made it another great experience. I was in and out in a respectful timeframe and it did not take a whole day to complete the sale. Would highly recommend and will definitely make my future purchases with Armando at Courtesy Dodge.

When your car is ready they do not call you to pick it up, when you call to make an appointment, they give you one date and put the scheduler another date. When you call the service department to get the number to corporate, they tell you to hold while they google. Now Rick Suarez if you feel this is how you run your departments then corporate need to sit you down during your evaluation and discuss an action plan because your staff is irresponsible and need to be retrained.

Came in for a routine check and oil change. Decided to go for the alignment as well. My service advisor, Rob Crawford, was great. He greeted me promptly, and he informed me right away that there could be a wait, which I appreciated. He kept me informed the whole time my truck was being worked on. I really like the system they use. They can text you about the progress of your service and you can add or deny additional services. It s very efficient, in my opinion. Rob was a great guy and I appreciate his help.

He even came in on his day off to hand me the keys once it was safety checked and detailed. Cassandra in the finance dept was also very nice and put in extra work to get me additional payment options. Over all I had a very good experience.

Really bad service! drop my car in the morning for a recall and oil change 8AM. got a call was ready at 4:30 when and picked up my jeep liberty it wasn't ready. Had to wait and when I finally got it, they give a discount 11.50 for waiting. i left the dealership and stop to check my car the oil change wasn't done it still had the dirty old filter from walmart and the oil was low and dirty, the only reason i did the oil change it was because it was due and i had to bring the car for a recall, ihad this car for almost 12 years and negligence like that if i didn't check i could be worst. I had to drive back to the dealer and told them they said lets do it again but it was not done the first time, i ask what was done for the recall they didn't do anything I had to wait again for that. i didn't want to complain cause i have asthma and my health is first. after they brought the car oil all over the door they didn't out anything to protect the door. i have a part that they left inside the hood that i don't know what is, hope it doesn't mess up my car. I'm really concern about this, i was thinking on getting a jeep a new one but with this kind of service no. also i have a prius that when i gave my number it came up. so all the Courtesy dealers all related, I'm also concern if they all like that what kind of service I'm getting when we take the Prius for service. I will have to check from now on.

I have to purchase a vehicle this weekend. On their website there are decent vehicles to choose from. However. In order to get "todays" pricing you must relinquish your personal information. WHY???
Does the price change if my name is George instead of Robert? Does the price increase or decrease based upon the ethnicity of my sirname?
Why do they need my address. After all I am visiting the dealership so my address doesn't matter..
Personally in today's market up front pricing is honest but this is shady, very shady business practices.
I will be buying a vehicle this weekend but it won't be from a dealership that can't just honestly display their prices for everyone to see.. I'll do my shopping somewhere else, it's already bad enough I'm forced to purchase this weekend I sure don't have time for foolish games!

When I went in January I thought I was getting a good car but ended up buying a car with 5 HOLES. Later on in August the car started making a noise and when I took it to nissan across the street because I had the guaranty with both dealerships turns out they sold me a car with 5 holes. YES HOLES. One of the holes was the size of my hand. The reason I know i didn't cause the holes was, because the holes were covered by a plastic black cover under the car hiding the holes(and i took care of my car). Meaning the dealership did not inspect the car before selling it to me or they intentionally hid the problem. One should not have to worry about buying a car with HOLES!! When I complained they wanted to blame everyone else but themselves for there negligence. One of the service advisors even claimed he didn't think it was a hazard (I guess driving with mold on your carpet under your car is not a hazard to them? or if water would have got into the rug the electrical wiring would not have been an issue?)without looking at the car, but would not have his family drive that car. Another advisor said it may have been the previous owner who hid the holes, Well you are still liable and responsible for inspecting the car as a dealership before selling a car to someone. By far the WORST experience ever, no one tried to fix the issue. I had to trade in my car and it put me about 5-10k under at a different dealership(because i wouldn't trust these people with anything). Due to the car being worthless. I had to give 1star because it would not allow me to post without rating.

We started our car buying journey about one year ago. We worked with Gabby and as hard as she tried, we could not find a deal that worked for our budget. Instead of giving up on us, Gabby checked in with us periodically through the year advising us of sales and anything else going on. I went online to check for recalls and there were several, I d say pretty urgent ones for my grand Cherokee that needed to be taken care of. I called the service department here because it was the closest Jeep dealership to set up a appointment. The woman I spoke with was nice and helpful, but she stated that when making recall appointments that a service advisor needed to speak with me first. She took down my information and vin number and said she was going to give it over to them right now and as soon as one of them was available, they would contact me that day. That was over 3 days ago. I see how the service department here doesn t get the best reviews. Now I m seeing why. I understand how the dealerships don t really make money off of recalls so they aren t really priority. But when it s recalls for safety issues, they should have a higher priority. I will not use this service dept ever again.

Sending me the inspection sheet with detailed of the required work. Most importantly getting me a loaner car so I could get to work and home not having to use an uber. Service department is terrible they lost my metal valve stem covers for my tires and put plastic ones on and when I said something about it they acted like they didn't do it and I was crazy. Then I had a oil change and 21 point inspection done they never give you the inspection paper telling you what they found wrong and I've had it done 3 times there. I took my jeep to kia this last time and they gave me the paperwork and even washed my car.

First off Rob was great. I gave the 2 star due to the fact that I dropped my car off at 8 am and did not get it back till the next day at 1130 or so. All was fine is a recall on the air bags and a simple oil change. Another thing is my oil level is so high my dip stick is showing 2X past the full line. That may damage my engine. I don't know if the person who did my oil change was in a rush or just did not care. I know for a fact that the dip stick was not checked before the truck was released to me. Or maybe like I said "they didn't care".

Had a great experience this past weekend purchasing my new 2020 Dodge Ram 1500. Great sales folks and Sales Manger. Carl was great to work with, Todd was right there through the process and the finance department...while a little pushy on the up buys for warranty and other misc items, they were all pleasant to work with as well. Looking forward to seeing how the service department will be and the timely addition of the side rails that are to come.

greeted at my car by a friendly face, after that nobody cared . stood at service counter for 2 minutes before anyone acknowledge my presence.
first agent spoke to me and i'll be right with you, a 2nd agent asked what i wanted"OIL CHANGE" he said see the agent at the end of counter. Spoke to 3rd agent. I said " I would like an oil change and to have a technician to look at my drive train on the car, It has some problems I'cant see. 3rd agent said see that guy over there(2nd agent) . I spoke the same story to 2nd agent , his answer we are tied up with repairs.Do you still want the oil change. the agent went on to tell me I would need to make an appointment to have the examined. I began to explode, I announced my car my need $1500.00 -$2000. dollars of repairs and you can't spare the mechanic to look at my car! GIVE ME THE OIL CHANGE! LET THE CAR FALL APART. went back to the 3rd agent, set up the oil change. I'm told it will be an hour wait. I agreed to the oil change, new wiper blades, and air filter. paid my service bill, made small talk with 3rd agent getting car back in for examination of problems, 3rd agent told me they have a shuttle service to take me back to sun city. I said I just want to get home. I'd been there one to 2 hours.just wanted to leave.
arrived home told wife about what happened. we both agreed this is the only time to get car repaired. I called service department to drop car off for examination of what is wrong( don't ask me what i said on the telephone, can't remember.you guys probably have it recorded.
went back to Chrysler Dealer. Again waited at counter 2 minutes before being acknowledge of standing there.. They 2nd agent from the morning shift ask how i can be of service. My answer was " i'm here to make an appointment to get an appointment to get my car looked then if there is a problem to make an appointment to repair my car . a very nice young lady named Jami (it's going on 3 pm and she had not been to lunch yet,. THAT'JUST NOT FAIR TO HERE OR ANYONE) she help me set up the appointment but ask if i could bring the car back Thursday at 9:30 am, I said "NO" I'm here now to do this. Can't I leave the car and have a courtesy ride home? this is the decision that worked for everyone. and left and was brought home.

If I could give zero stars to this dealership I would. First experience at this service department was disappointing but it only got worse from there. On my brand new 2016 Wrangler (3months old) the key hole fell out of the passenger door, I had an appt on a Friday at 2:30 pm called to check on it at 5:00 'it's with the tech' at 7:30 when I called to check again it was 'first in line for Saturday morning'. Asked for a rental and the service advisor told me "We don't have any rentals so...." And they suggested their shuttle could take me to work from the dealership... How am I supposed to get to the dealership without a car? Got a manager involved and they finally actually took the car apart to even look at it and I was told they needed a part to fix it. That It should be in by Monday. They reassembled my car and let me take it home. I Called Monday and they said the part came in Saturday (nobody called me to tell me that).
Brought it in around 11:30 Monday morning and took the shuttle to the mall and stayed there patiently till about 4:00 since the last time it took them so long to even look at my car. After an hour of calling the service department and the service managers 'direct line' (which is actually just the service department counter number) I had to call someone else to come pick me up and when I got there they said oh yeah your cars done!

I trusted that they had performed the service correctly and I went on my way... A decision I greatly regret. A few weeks later a passenger opens my door and apparently the strap was disconnected (which did not need to be removed) during the service and my passenger door flung backwards denting my hood. I have never removed the doors on the vehicle nor has anyone other than this courtesy dealership ever done service on this car. There is no reason that strap would have been removed by anyone but their service department. So I bring it up to the dealership to show them what happened. I went directly to the manager that has dealt with us before when the keyhole was replaced. And he didn't remember who I was at all. But the second he saw the strap removed he magically remembered me and my father and told me that my dad can come talk to him. I may be a young woman but I don't need my daddy to come deal with you sir I can speak for myself. Once I told him he can discuss this with me because I am the OWNER of the vehicle he started being extremely rude telling me the service department couldn't have possibly done this and insinuating that I was lying to him. He was speaking over me not listening to a word I was saying not making eye contact rolling his eyes his body language was very unfriendly and he kept saying there was no way it was their fault. But he would call his supervisor and give him 'his side of the story' and that his supervisor would be calling me in a few days... It's been 6 days and I've heard nothing from the dealership. I have little faith that this will be resolved.

I would be very very scared to ever bring my car back to this service department ever again even if it's just for an oil change. I will go out of my way to any other dealership before I go to this location ever again.

Worst place ever would not recomand going here. When i baught my car went and got it inspected and oil change i was treated ok that time got my full report of problem now i went back to do the oil change and was told my car had been put a larger screw in it i wasnt told about this when i had the car inspected witch means if they missed this they didnt do the inspection correctly and when they did do the oil change the first time the screw was put in wrong ..end to end when spoke with a suposed to be supervisor he was absolutley rude was not listening to the fact that if i did pay was to get a service done and done correctly.. This guy even walked away as i was explaining to him everything and he actually denied me the right to a copy of my full inspection... I will never go back here and i would recomand anyone you think they left your car good and set to go then you come back and something was messed up
