I wish I could give less stars for this dealership...

I wish I could give less stars for this dealership. The service department is terrible. My Chrysler 200 is under warranty and is having an issue with the ignition. You turn the key and the car won't start. You have to take the key out and put it back in, then it will start. This happens quite frequently to me. I have dropped it off twice to the dealership and they can't figure out what's wrong with the car or duplicate the issue. So I have to pick the car up without it being repaired. I have even gone as far as to record the issue happening. They refuse to provide me a loaner vehicle, even though as a customer I have been greatly inconvenienced. Missing time off work and rearranging my schedule for nothing. The manager Angelo Mendez is very rude and nasty. He told me "I'm not paying $35 a day for a loaner car for you if we don't even know what's wrong with your car or how long it will take to duplicate the issue".(like that's my problem) He was completely unhelpful and acted as though he could care less. He gave me the number to Chrysler corp. office and told me to call them. He said, "If they want to provide you a loaner, then it's up to them, but I won't". So basically they are unwilling to help. If I want my car fixed, I would have to leave it with them, without having another form of transportation. They probably still won't be able to figure out what's wrong with it. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership EVER!!!! and tell everyone I know not to go there. Now I have to take additional time out of my schedule to call the corp. office ...and who knows if they will be able to help me. This is a nightmare.
