Great product but most of all, fantastic service. Emails were responded to in a VERY quick manner and Brian was always ready to answer all our questions. We purchased directly from them based on the customer service we received.
Went for a interview posted at 17$ an hour for a maintenance worker and met with Brain S.
They said they are also looking for someone to do both maintenance and warehouse work. No problem I thought, extra hours couldn't hurt and I have experience with working in a warehouse.
Things were going smoothly, got grilled by two people. But I was interested. Until they said they can only offer me 14.85$. I felt like they pulled a fast one to get me into the door, wasted my time and money doing so.
The worse part? I had more experience then the job posting required. So take from this what you will. I'm only giving two stars because someone kindly opened the door for me on the way in. Otherwise one star for trying to take advantage of me.
Just called here looking for Lodge products and they were ZERO help. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I got told to call back tomorrow because "they were in the middle of something". Then I just said that I needed a catalogue or just ANYTHING and the lady on the phone then goes onto say "actually call back next week when we can have a sales person talk to you". I work in the food service industry and this is just pathetic!!
