Shay is a stud. I call him up, he finds parts that I sometimes cannot find online, and then he will make sure I get those parts even if he goes into the warehouse himself because I need them before the warehouse opens. Everyone there is great. Top notch.
Just concluded the worst on-line purchasing attempt ever with PES. Too many issues to discuss in detail here, but problems included: failing to inform me that ordered parts were unavailable and not sending the order; telling me an order was sent when it was not (a politician would say they 'mis-spoke'); taking inordinate time to deal with my order; failing to respond to e-mail inquiry. I finally cancelled the order with PES, made the same order with e-replacement parts and the order was shipped in one day. Stay away from these folks unless you have no choice. Would give negative stars if I could. I have never written a review like this about any outfit.
