Just called here looking for Lodge products and they were ZERO help. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I got told to call back tomorrow because "they were in the middle of something". Then I just said that I needed a catalogue or just ANYTHING and the lady on the phone then goes onto say "actually call back next week when we can have a sales person talk to you". I work in the food service industry and this is just pathetic!!
