They never answer telephone like a normal company. Always is a call back and it might not even be that day. Comprehensive coverage is a joke. If you need new windshield they don t cover. $1000 deductible. You can have perfect driving record and your cost for insurance is the same as everyone else.
My Company has engaged Cottingham & Butler for many years as our Risk Management Partner. They are professional, engaging and extremely helpful not only managing liability policies, etc. and customer COI requirements but also with proactive training tools and other resources we can share with our employees. I am impressed with their prompt and friendly customer service.

Rig Runner may only be a customer . . . but it actually made me proud to be associated with a group that not only works so hard to build their company by improving their services, but also by giving back to their employees and community! Very poor service do not get deceived by this company
I just wanted to let someone know how valuable Ashley Maneman is to your team. Over the years she has helped me with ANY issue I've run into. When I was going through in vitro 4+ years ago the treatments, billing, insurance etc were all overwhelming and she (and Mike Johns) went above and beyond in their help and their support. Now when I run into issues with Flex or other issues, even if it's not her department Ashley ALWAYS helps me. ALWAYS. Just wanted everyone there to know that she always delivers and is an asset to your team!
