We ordered new phones from at&t who uses this delivery service. The company touts an enjoyable experience but pays no attention to requests via phone or e-mail. My old phone was not transferred completely and they don't care. This the worst time wasting service ever.

This company is endangering our lives forcing their technicians to handle our stuff. My first problem with them was not delivering my order on time when scheduled. My order didn t come until 3 days later, so I had to cancel plans and wait for a technician I didn t need nor did I want. When I called to find out why I had a delay in my order the people on the phone didn t answer my question and just said I m sorry either cancel your order or I needed to wait for the technician and again gave no reason why. If its contactless then it should be a fast and easy no hassle drop off and not act like your the police just to drop off a package that s already been paid for. AT&T s really dropped the ball hiring this unreliable third party company to drop off their patrons orders especially when we pay the expensive price tags for our products.

Warning! Do not waste your time with this business! I attempted to purchase two phones and two new at and t plans over the Internet. I received a call from this company saying they would simply show up to my house and take care of it all in person. Sounded great.

Well they showed up about an hour late, we re unable to assist us in switching over to our new phones. They gave my wife the wrong phone 64g instead of 128g and of course refused to replace our phone telling us we had to go to at and t and pay a re stocking fee. They signed us up for three accounts instead of two and told us they could not fix this issue. Even after informing me I would be able to cancel my plans at any time. They unsold us a plan by falsely claiming we would be getting discounts. And to top it off they put down the wrong user authorization information for my wife preventing her from being able to fix any billing issues directly with at and t.

Calls to the technician went unanswered and customer service refused to assist with any matters.

Wow so far a terrible experience. Hopefully my order is delivered today. I was originally scheduled for Friday 12/14 and then I had to reschedule for Saturday 12/15 and then again I was forced to I rescheduled for 12/16. I reached out to the company I ordered the product from and they could not answer any of my questions so they put me on a conference call with Enjoy. The company I placed my order from and Enjoy had conflicted reports. Enjoy is stating the device will deliver today while the company I ordered from is stating the device won't ship until 12/18. I spoke with Andrew at Enjoy and he verified that my item will indeed be delivered today. Only time will tell. I will update this review later tonight. After a quick glance of online reviews my experience is typical.

Update 12/16: my delivery was scheduled for 3:00-5:00pm. I checked online at 4:00pm and my delivery window was updated to 4:31-5:01pm. At 5:01pm the delivery driver pulled in. He has been struggling with his tablet and has been explaining there has been an ongoing problem. He is suggesting we cancel the order and reorder. This is an incredibly disappointing experience. I will update once I have the phone in hand. The delivery driver has been working on the issue for 15 minutes already.

Update 5:42pm: I have been standing in my garage with the delivery driver as he continues to struggle with the transaction. I have been with him for 40 minutes. I just want the phone. What is going on? He said his he has been facing this issue for 3 days. He cancelled the original purchase and is trying to repurchase the phone. I can see the phone. He has it on him. But as of yet I can't have it.

Final update: At 6:15 my delivery driver left. It took 75 minutes for my phone to be in my hand. My delivery was rescheduled twice. I literally stood in my garage for 75 minutes while the employee struggled to finalize the transaction. Never ever again will I use this company. I am beyond disappointed.

Terrible customer service!! Do not use them to set up your i phone. Refused to come back out to our home and complete the set up. Didn't even offer any possible solutions. Stated we needed to contact AT&T. No help at all!!!
