I just wanted to let someone know how valuable Ashley Maneman is to your team. Over the years she has helped me with ANY issue I've run into. When I was going through in vitro 4+ years ago the treatments, billing, insurance etc were all overwhelming and she (and Mike Johns) went above and beyond in their help and their support. Now when I run into issues with Flex or other issues, even if it's not her department Ashley ALWAYS helps me. ALWAYS. Just wanted everyone there to know that she always delivers and is an asset to your team!
