Moved Car from isl to Khi. Reached in good condition with all components. Had put my personal baggage in the car, it also reached untouched. Honest and responsive company. Only suggestion is that they should also introduce message update of vehicle location as well.

PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. I did the mistake of using them for international move of my furniture. They told me at the time of booking that they will bring container on the same day they do packing, and will seal it in front of me. On the day, they went about saying container is not available today and they need a few days to bring from Karachi - ended up taking one week, making all the goods wet from rain in the mean time. And then packed the furniture while it was still wet - our mistake, we were not standing on their head! Pathetic packing done for the goods as well. There were footprints on the furniture showing workers were walking over it when packing. When we received the furniture after two months, it had been broken, dented and bent due to moisture in side. Lost it all. Obviously they never accepted their mistake or paid anything back. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM.

Dishonest and unprofessional, DO NOT USE! I used them to send some cargo back to the US, and was told that the delivery was door-to-door. Once my container had almost reached, I am told that I need clear the shipment from the port in the US myself. Not only did the clearance of goods at the port cost more than what I had paid them to ship it here, it took a whole day of me having to go to the port and figure out what the hell to do to get the shipment cleared. Additionally, when I tried to call the owner/Person of Contact, he refused to answer my calls. Straight up fraud, I would highly recommend going with a bigger, more well known shipping company if you're planning to ship your goods to the US.

Costa Logistics is a freight forwarding and packing moving company in Pakistan. I personally use this company and get best service best response and economical price. Strongly recommend

I telephoned this company on two separate occasions on two separate days to get a quote for the cost of sending cargo from Pakistan to the UK.

On both occasions the same member of staff told me what the charges would be and the the same amount was quoted each time.

I therefore made arrangements to attend the company's offices in Lahore to drop off my cargo and book it for the UK. I informed the member of staff that I would be on my way.

About 5 minutes after I called a different member of staff telephoned me back and stated that as I was sending cargo to the UK, the cost had gone up. He quoted me charges almost 100% higher than the first member of staff told me!

I can only speculate as to this very sudden and completely unexpected increase in their charges but it would directly relate to the integrity and honesty of the staff at this company.
