I telephoned this company on two separate occasion...

I telephoned this company on two separate occasions on two separate days to get a quote for the cost of sending cargo from Pakistan to the UK.

On both occasions the same member of staff told me what the charges would be and the the same amount was quoted each time.

I therefore made arrangements to attend the company's offices in Lahore to drop off my cargo and book it for the UK. I informed the member of staff that I would be on my way.

About 5 minutes after I called a different member of staff telephoned me back and stated that as I was sending cargo to the UK, the cost had gone up. He quoted me charges almost 100% higher than the first member of staff told me!

I can only speculate as to this very sudden and completely unexpected increase in their charges but it would directly relate to the integrity and honesty of the staff at this company.
