Brothers of Mercy Community Review

My grandfather passed away AT THIS ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY , He had a room right across from the nurses station... he had a massive heart attack and you mean to tell me NOBODY heard or saw anything? Until and I quote " it was too late". That's funny because EVERYTIME I visited him there the nurses were standing around a th the nursing station right across from him room... hm I know there was something funny about his passing.. I will never recomend this facility to anyone, if you love your family members DONT send them here..

Brothers of Mercy is a wonderful facility! They took great care of my mother the last four months before she passed away. They are very professional while still being compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nursing home for their family. I'm very glad that we found them!

Absolutely absurd care. Left my grandma on the toilet for 20 minutes. They rarely get her out of bed, never take her to activities or change her. I m pushing to get my grandma moved. The afternoon superviser Sandra hung up on me, was rude to me, and told me I needed to be more courteous toward her!! When she answered the phone and was absolutely rude! I wouldn t ever recommend my dog being left here I am appalled.

My father has received excellent care from Brothers of Mercy. Thanks!
