I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Coffee shops
The issue that I have experienced was:
Unfortunately overheard the staff slating their regular customers whilst on my visit here. Also on the 2nd occasions I came was served by the same person very rude female staff member ( name Laura ) with a great deal of attitude . When I asked for my drink ( double macchiato ) to be add a bit more milk on it if Possible she wasn t happy with that , as it s show on here face ..not even speak to me , Later she gave me my drink in a rude way ...I ask here if I can speak with the manager unfortunately the manager was not there...I was expecting apologise , but she not .
definitely require extra training. Am a great Costa fan but this store is not great.

This meant that It s made me feel unwelcome and frustrated on the very bad way .
Unpleasant experience .
