I picked up my dress from Jane Bridal today for my wedding. My dress is affordable and gorgeous. I want everyone looking for a dress to stop by to visit Tina at the spring location. She was patient with my indecisive behind. I took over 2 hours. Buy on you first appointment and receive 200 until the 20th of August.

Tina was wonderful at Jane Bridal!! The dress was gorgeous! However the alteration process was completely terrible!!!! After having to return 5 times, I refused to send my dress AGAIN for another!! The seamstress still made me pay full price and should have known that if buttons are real to not take it in to the point where the buttons gap!!!!!!! I would definitely refer people to get their dress there but if I could review the seamstress it would be a 1 star!!!!

Had such a great experience with Tina!! All the way from when we arrived until the very end. You will not regret coming to this lovely place, the staff is very nice and friendly.

If I could give a 100 stars I would x 2! I was first here with my bestie for her bridal gown about 3 yrs ago and she found the dress of her dreams which I was so happy for her and after about 5 other bridal shops we had been to we knew the minute we walked in her dress was here. She had a hard time deciding because all the dresses were so beautiful but the first dress she first tried on was The One. We had so much fun and this was the first and only place we been to that actually gave her the bride treatment. I knew then if the day ever came for me I was coming here. Well the day came it was finally my turn to be the bride and I started looking on the website at all the gowns. I picked out about 15 gowns off the site but had a special feeling on one of them. When I made my appointment I asked how many gowns can you try on and she said she will get me in them no worries. When i got there they took my full measurements then started bringing in the gowns she asked me which one would I like to try first and I told her her choice she picked the special feeling one right off but I didnt tell her. Soon as she put me in it i knew that was it but i still wanted to make sure and try the other gowns. After about 8 more gowns I asked her if I could get back in the first one and she said that one I had the biggest smile in out of all the gowns so far. I finally told her i was holding back the tears cause i knew that one was it. Then the tears came. Then she dolled me all up when she put the veil on everyone cried my momma my sister my sister in law soon to be and even the other 2 ladies that were working near us started crying. I facetimed my bestie and she started crying and she said that was the one you had the special feeling about and i told her it ended up being the first dress i put on just like her day. Thank you all for making my experience one I'll forever remember. You Gals Rock!!

This small boutique has a grand range of dresses! They have a wedding dress for any type of wedding you may have in mind, and their customer service is impecable!

The staff here were very friendly and completely attentive to my friend as she searched for the perfect Bridal gown- she found it here! Her bridal consultant was very patient with meeting each and every request. She even gave my friend ideas and advice for the miniature bride's gown and flower girl dresses that would accent her dress well. I loved my friend's experience here and I plan to search for a dress here when my time as a bride comes! Loooooooved it!

Just went and payed off the rest of the dress as a surprise for my bride to be. She was so happy and started to cry from all the happiness. The service I received was amazing! I could not have had a better experience. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family who have wedding bells in their future.

THIS PLACE IS SO AWESOME!!! I HAVE LOOKED ALL AROUND HOUSTON FOR MY DRESS AND NEVER FOUND ONE. I WAS JUST PASSING BY ONE DAY GOING HOME AND JUST SO HAPPEN TO STOP AND MY SISTER AND I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST BECAUSE IT WAS A SMALL SHOP AND WE DIDNT SEE A LOT OF CARS. SO WE STOPPED, WITHIN 35 MINUTES WE FOUND MY DREAM DRESS AND MY DAUGHTER FLOWER GIRL DRESS. NOT ONLY WHERE THE DRESSES BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS BUT THE PRICES FOR MY DRESS, VAIL, JEWELRY, SHOES, AND DAUGHTER DRESS WAS BELOW MY BUDGET!!!! MRS. TINA WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO AWESOME AND SUPER FRIENDLY!!! SHE EVEN LET MY DAUGHTER ASSIST HER WITH DRESSING ME

Tina and Jason are a god send! I found my dress in the online store a week after my fiance proposed, but was holding off until november to try it because i had my mom flying in to go with me. I caved 30 minutes before they closed on a Sunday, but we rushed over, and they were so tentative despite the inconvenience. Beyond excellent and caring customer service. Above and beyond!!! Thank you so much! I will recommend to anyone looking that jane bridal is the best!! A variety of styles, great prices, and great service!
To top it off when my mom flew in they let me come back and try dresses on for her to have the experience, and it was just as amazing!!!

This place is soooo big. It offers every time of dress you can think of and at a reasonable price. The service is super nice and easygoing, even though I showed up without an appointment. I didn't end up buying from this place, but I'm sure that it is definitely a good idea to go check it out.

My friend had an appointment today for 12 and the customer service that we received here was horrible! Rude, condescending and absolutely no patience to assist us. Staff couldn t find the appointment and when she did she made it seems as if it were the bride s error. They took no accountability whatsoever. Please don t spend your time or money here.

We have searched so many places and this is our last... And she said yes to the dress..beat experience we have had... Love this place

Not impressed with prices or service. Owner kept rescheduling so I wasn't able to pick my dress up until a week before the wedding and didn't have time to fit it at that point and wasn't going to pay $100 or more dollars to do it.

I absolutely love this place! I knew instantly I would find my dress here. It's full of dresses I didn't think I would ever see. Heads up to all brides: they ask for a 35 dollar deposit fee just for the appt and 995 is what you pay if you buy the dress same day. It's almost doubled after that! The woman who i had speaked to over the phone basically didnt acknowledge me at any point in time. My stylist was great though! She picked out beautiful dresses.

They took great care of me. I can be very indecisive and she was patient with me until I found the one! She also helped me find the perfect veil that was just right for my over the top fashion statement! They also worked well with my budget and short time frame. Great place to go for your wedding dress needs!

The ladies at Jane bridal are AMAZING!! The experience alone was one that I hadn t had at other bridal places. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Being a bigger gal I was a little nervous about going to a bridal shop not knowing if they truly had dresses that I could try on. Not only did they have dresses I could try on they multiple dresses in different styles. I was able to find the dress that I loved without even knowing what I was looking for! It was the second dress that I tried on and it was perfect. Their website is also true to what is in the store. I 100% recommended Jane Bridal!!
