My experience here at this practice started well but it all went pear shaped when I complained that a wasn t happy with a particular result . Apparently , as I was to find out , when someone has the power to influence your appearance ... you do not express any form of criticism ... even if that criticism is perfectly reasonable and forget that your the PAYING customer ..and these treatment are not cheap ... it s expensive ... it s not a free service . Clearly these nurses think they are above any scrutiny ... because they feel they have all the power .. if only their ethics were as sound as their egos ...
