Our favorite date night and date day restaurant. Excellent food and service.
Our favorite date night and date day restaurant. Excellent food and service.
Classy but you don't have to dress up. Try the Beef Stroganoff or the Pasta Ya Ya!
Service was slow. Appetizer came out right before the food and was cold. Waited to pay for over 30 minutes then took check inside. Still had to wait to pay.
Not the Bistros usual.
Delicious food & great friendly service. I had the strawberry pecan salad & it was the best I've ever had with plenty of dressing & pecans.
Went here Friday night I had a Monte Cristo and it was very good. At the end of the meal I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The bathroom in this place was disgusting. The black floor around the urinal was covered with urine and it was hard to keep from stepping in it. You could tell this was something that had been in there a while because others had stepped in it. I can t believe an employee would not have seen this.
Stellar service from Katey, who served meals that thoroughly satisfied my palate and my Aunt Sara's. She enjoyed her shrimp, while I had tilapia on a bed of rice. It was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. We agreed that, from now on, The Bistro has become "our place" for lunch!
Tasty. Great place to eat, sit, talk with friends or for business.
The Bistro is one our favorite places to dine in Tulsa. The owner Amber is the sweetest and Sarah & Sheri are the best! We are originally from Boston where seafood is hard to beat, and we were so excited to find that the Bistro offers fish and chips most Friday nights. We absolutely love it! If you haven t been there, I would highly recommend it.
This was surprisingly very good food. I had reservations about going inside because it looks pricey.
Fantastic food in a great dining room. Perfect for a night out. Prices range widely, but there are some great dishes at a very reasonable price.
I have been a customer of The Bistro for over four years and the best thing? Consistency!!! My favorites are the Pasta Yia Yia,Beef Stroganoff and Monte Cristo!
Best spinach salad with candied pecans, feta cheese, strawberries and light dressing. Fabulous.
Excellent local restaurant. Get place to stop if you are traveling through on the Turnpike. If you live in Tulsa and haven't been here you need to go. Crab cakes are amazing.
The Bistow's Crab stuffed Trout was wonderful with Joyce Larsen and wine!
Attended a medical professional dinner there last night. First visit. Service was excellent! Rather large group and staff was great. Really enjoyed their Cab-Sav wine offered. Had the scallops stir fry over angel hair pasta and it was amazing! Will definitely be back with husband!
Monte Cristo is amazing! Service was ok at best. Pasta Ya Ya was totally flavorless and extremely GREASY!! I had high hopes for this place, but I doubt we'll be back.
One of my favorite restaurants of all time. Daily special was on point
We dine here often, and after five years we have never experienced a bad meal. Great food, great service, they know our name.
I like the food I've ordered here, but I can find only 2-3 dishes I actually like - and I will usually eat anything like Mikey. Menu is brief, the space is crowded, and I feel it's overpriced because of those two things.
Great New Chef, awesome service and consistently great food. Best trout in Tulsa, great filets, and a staff that will make any modification possible to accomodate particular needs. The Bisto has been consistently good for over a decade- and like a fine wine seems to be getting better with age.
Oh my goodness. The BEST luncheon, bar none. Food was freaking delicious. The wait staff, impeccable. Can't wait to have the pleasure of returning!
The place the is nice and the service is good.
The appetizer was great, crab cakes with a slightly spicy sweat creamy sauce that made them pop. They came with was really good. A refreshing mango "pico" on lettuce salad.
Yaya Pasta was good, but I expected a bit more flavor out of cajun. A little salt brought out some of the flavors but it felt like "it was missing something.". The file was perfectly rare and tasted like a good file should, but nothing out of the ordinary. The sides though, onion rings and mashed potatoes were sub par. Not bad, just had lots of room for improvement.
I think I will put them firmly in a lunch place/bar vs dinner place. Still enjoyable but lower price tag than their finer fare.
Pasta Ya-Ya and Chicken Picatta are fantastic. Great date place.
Seriously good dining in south Tulsa, and one of the few places with some real character and intimacy. A classic bistro menu, with great nightly specials. Salads are underrated here and amazing. Fajita special is delish and unexpected. And honestly, before meal bread and butter makes me wish I didn t have a pesky gluten allergy.
Great job all around. (Fun place to host dinner parties!)
We love dining at The Bistro at Seville! Atmosphere and service are always World Class and the and food is consistently phenomenal! I highly recommend this establishment for an enjoyable lunch or dinner in South Tulsa!
The Bistro is a nice place to meet for brunch but found closed on many occasions due to holidays, etc.
Have been there a few times, the food and service is always too and prices are medium. Nice atmosphere!
Very good food, and love the atmosphere!! Will return my next trip to Tulsa, great service!!
Atmosphere is great French bistro, food was excellent. I had the Cod Oscar and she had the Salmon, both were excellent. Service was very good.
Great food, excellent service. We were there for a wedding reception with a lot of people crowded into the back room, but the wait staff took it in stride and were very gracious.
Absolutely perfect, from food to the service. Don't miss the cheese plate it's made to share!
Great place for dinner and drinks! Our waiter Cody was very attentive and took great care of us during our meal. Must stop if you re in Tulsa
Good.. priced well.. nice atmosphere! My salmon was not as good as expected/wished for.. Cheesecake was great. Very large. Waitstaff was very good!
Never never never order the creme boule
to go. Paid full price and it was half the regular portion size. Being a retired restaurant owner I was shocked they allowed that type of quality leave the restaurant.
This is a Fabulous small place, classy, Dark & Oh so Yummy! One of the Best Deserts i ever had ! Their Chef is Phenomenal ! Come see for your self , it s Romantic & Hidden in South Tulsa ! Shuuuu ! Don t Tell Everyone ! . Delia K.
This place used to never fail with stellar food and service, however, last Thurs was the first time i had been there in quite sometime, and it was just slightly average - filet Oscar was pretty bland - asparagus was tasteless - garlic mashed were pretty much just flavorless mashed potatoes - server was a bit "snippy" from the beginning and very arrogant when my wife tried to explain that her steak was supposed to be "medium rare +" , but was in fact "medium well" - I think he was trying to convince us that we were mistaken LOL// "nice try" haha - house Chard and house Cab weren't great // awkward experience
Good
Drinks
My steak was over cooked but over all a good experience
Great menu with delicious food. Quiet atmosphere. The best service!
This place use to be very good but after our last visit we will not be back. Service was not good. We had a private party booked for the end of the month and asked to speak with a manager multiple times to finalize details . After finally approaching the manager to ask to speak with him he said he would be with us in a minute. It took almost 20 minutes to get him to come to our table and the entire time he was just sitting at the host table doing nothing(there were only 2 tables seated in the whole restaurant). When he finally did come over he wasn t helpful and made it seem like we were bothering him. We have now cancelled our private party and will take our business to an establishment that cares to have our business. As for the food it is okay but not worth the bad service.
Consistently mind-blowing every. single. time! Delicious food, amazing service, top-notch wine list and fantastic atmosphere come together every day at this South Tulsa institution!
This is a very nice local restaurant. A little pricey, and a somewhat limited menu. Anything you get will be very good though! Staff is friendly the atmosphere is very nice
I've been eating here for years, and they consistently have good food and good service. Pasta Yaya is a must, as are the chokes and cheese. Very good sandwiches as well.
This is a beautiful fine dining restaurant. The staff and management are awesome. The food is amazing!! Order the 'Chokes and Cheese' and the Filet Oscar, they are game changers.
This place was an enchantment, from the welcome to the tasting of dishes of excellent quality. Thanks to the whole team.
The Bistro is one of our favorite places! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great, they have a great wine selection, and we love the people at The Bistro! It's the perfect place for a business lunch or the perfect place for a date night!
I went to The Bistro with several ladies for lunch. Based on other people's reviews, I ordered the crab cakes, but I thought that the crab cakes were terrible. They seemed to be mostly seasoned breadcrumbs. Any crab that was in the crab cakes was in such a minuscule amount and was ground up so finely that it could not be identified as crab by sight, taste, or texture. Service was polite but was too slow for people who have to return to a job after lunch.
The food hot and excellent. The service was very good
We love The Bistro! Every meal is delicious, the wine list and cocktails are well-curated, and the service is outstanding. Such a great, locally-owned spot!
If you want to go to a place that asks what you would like and tell you that you can't have it, this is the place for you.
This was my family's first time eating here, we loved our experience. The waiter and host were friendly and prompt. The food we ordered was amazing. The only one who wasn't a fan was my child who had the kids pasta with alfredo. She felt that it was very bland and lacked flavor which my husband and I agreed but I'm sure this is by design because most kids would probably not eat it otherwise. They had live classic music that was very pleasant. This place is about $20-50(plus) per person with drinks for dinner. They have a variety of sandwich/burger options that are $10-15 that we will be sure to try out in the future. I highly recommend the specials and trying the steaks both my husband and mine were melt in your mouth steaks cooked perfectly.
Great food and service with a very relaxing setting.
This is the first time Ive been disappointed in my order. Did a take out tonite and ordered the Monte Christo. Please go back to the old recipe! Bread is heavy and not the same taste and looks like you added thrkey with the ham. Will not order this again. But HB was great for my husband.
This was once a great place. We went today and will not be back. We ordered the breakfast burrito which in hindsight, it's a $13 sonic burrito.... The chicken sandwich was the most disappointing. They pound the chicken to 1/8 an inch thick, cook it til it is jerky and place it on a mile high stale peice of "sourdough" bread. The only upside was the service. Professional and timely, thanks Hannah!
I was really disappointed with both the food and service. My date s water was empty for most of the dining experience. We were there over an hour and saw her three times. Had to get the water refilled from another waiter. The filet was supposed to be medium, but was well done. Honestly, Roadhouse has a better steak. Hardly any flavor. It was really dry. We rarely saw our waitress. She was really sweet but considering what you re paying for, the service was really disappointing. I don t require much attention but I would appreciate at least checking on my date. It was our anniversary and I felt embarrassed.
I read the comments and the restaurant seemed to be higher end from what I saw. Maybe it was a bad night but it really let me down. I ll have to make up the anniversary another night...
What a great chic upscale restaurant. Good food, excellent service, and subdued lighting setting the mood for a cozy intimate atmosphere. Perfect for a evening of fine dining or of just having cocktails in the elegantly stylish bar.
Terrible. We ordered two salads with chicken . The prices are outrageous . Food was terrible . The chicken was woodie . Could not eat it. They did not offer to take it off my bill. I got a 60.00 bill for lunch for two salads. Never will return .
Great food and atmosphere. I had my rehearsal dinner there as well as a few other private events.
I have to tell you I'm not a foodie bt I do love my food but I do have to say this place has me dreaming of what I want next week .. yes I only stop in here every 2 week .. honestly he had me convinced on this dish & was so awesome I can't remember his name cause I so happy bt he knows next time I will get ur name & send ur praise chicken piccatae all the time
