I do not understand why they still keep this offic...

I do not understand why they still keep this office open which will surely cost some money to the region. The only 2 days a week that should answer the phone (Tuesday and Thursday from 15.30 to 17.00, very hard time) never answer the phone; sent a request for registration with the ROC with registered A / R about a month ago with the relative stamp and to date still nothing. It took maybe 2 weeks for someone to withdraw only the registered letter because the postman could not find anyone. Ridiculous.
