Cordic Review

Received a call today to make up the short coming of some staff that rejected by proposal for help today from Mariam, she went beyond the call of duty to help an old customer. Ever so happy that I had to amend our previous review of Cordic. Certainly the best product on the market even though its a little expensive it works ever so well so would recommend it over the other currently in the market place as it is excellent for pricing accounts and easy to understand on driver statements. So I say if you in the market check this one out as your first option. Feel free to call us for me details,

The PDQ is far too small (as is the font) and the battery is poor.

Whereas as other despatch systems gave the driver the pick-up, drop-off and customer telephone number on one screen, this system requires that you scroll through at least three.

We have had Cordic now for over 10 years,been in the trade for over 30 years and this is by far the best system on the market today, In 10 years we have never had the system go down and the Cordic support is very excellent. Not the cheapest but like they say you get what you pay for. It s really help my business grow! Highly recommend.
