Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts Review

We were with our family in June 2016. We praise the stay very much. Delicious, varied. Animations for children could be more interesting. Animations and children every day the same. The difference is plus. Rooms cleaned every other day. Service in the restaurant and cleaning ladies always smiling and helpful. Cool splash park for children. A large number of pools, a mini club. Really is what to do. A beautiful circle. To the sea close. I will come back there. THE LARGEST MINUS LACK OF ALL INCLUSIVE.

Room interior is outdated with quite a lot of wear and tear.
Breakfast is quite nice, though the staff could show more attention to guests.
The hotel WiFi is a joke, using 4G is a lot faster and reliable.
There's a quite hefty fee for access to the safe in your room, which is ridiculous.
Pool areas are nice, with lovely surroundings and plenty of sunbeds.
Cocktails in the hotel bars are terrible and not even close to international standards...with the exception being their great selection of gin & tonics.

Will probably never stay here again, but would recommend the hotel to anyone who's not gotten accustomed to five star resorts.

Really lovely hotel with lush greenery, nice pool hangings, good food, and nice service. As an bonus there is an archaeological excavation and canary birds.

Very nice. many good restaurants in the hotel and also nearby.Aesthetically nice with green space. Like an oasis.

The common facilities are very good but the apartments were designed by a maze lover and they are schizophrenic. Corridors here and there without exits elevators that go up one floor and lead to a corridor that you go to the next elevator ... you go down to go up, you go back to go back. Everything is labyrinthine strange ... dark ... you do not know if you are going or coming ... a myriad of elevators that go to half floors or half way ... total that when you get to the pool as you forget something in the apartment Chona the crab is going to look for him because the laziness of retracing the nonsense of construction is not turkey mucus ... so ... if you have small children or are loaded ... prepare friend for one of the tortures of your life

The bedsheets had waste and a little urine on them. Everything else was great. I particularly liked the elevator that goes down straight to the beach. There was a pool but many people would think the beach is better.

Good family hotel with lots to see and do. Its three stars at best. Some upkeep needed, but this is typical Spanish building quality.

Kitchen has all you need for self catering. The buffet food is pretty good.

Pools kept clean. Staff friendly. Most annoying thing was lack of enforcement of their no sun bed reservation policy.

Ten minute walk to Puerto de Mogan which is very quiet. Buses and taxis can bring you to more exciting bars and tourist venues in Taurito and Puerto Rico.

Well maintained, clean, nice staff. Only when eating is it always restless and hectic. Breakfast selection is good, in the evening rather just standard.

Really nice place! It's very large but does not work that way. It is nicely decorated in smaller areas. Among other things. Children water playground.

Very good Hotel, I would not ask for much more, especially when you go with family and with kids. Sun, nearby beach, good rooms, maybe the hard pinch mattresses, which would make the stay complete, because sleeping well on vacation makes them perfect. The spectacular facilities, the precincts for children and entertainment of the best and very good one of the second things that make everyone happier fill the belly, the buffet a lot of variety where you can choose for large and not so large and good quality in many of The menu meal of the day.

Near local buses. Easy walking distance to harbour. Good swimming facilities.

They are very good. The Apartment for 5 people is very complete. A double room with a huge bathroom and a gigantic bed. Large kitchen lounge with sofa bed for two people and main bathroom. Room with two beds and terrace with table for two friends and shower. These celiac apartments are very nice. In front of the apartments is the Superdino with everything for celiacs.

The truth is that it is incredible .. Everything is very good .. Very friendly and sevicisl staff ... the installations of fear ..

The WiFi is awful. We visit Mogan 3 times a year but only stay at these apartments when others are booked. Accomodation etc. all OK but we need the use of decent WiFi. Have offered feedback for years but no improvement

From the best hotels in Spain, stay, cleaning, walks, beach 5 minutes, meals, the cook Juan -vector, since he sees a child arrive, is already asking if you want to give soups or pures, made in the day, attention exquisite

Had a weeks holiday here and from the warm greeting (accompanied with a glass of bubbly) and during our stay the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful etc.
The rooms are kept spotless at all times (only criticism was the shower-just had better at other hotels)
The breakfast and evening meals were plentiful and to a good standard.
It's probably fair to say that most of the guests are of more "mature" years and the entertainment ended around 10pm.
If your looking for peace and quite in good surroundings then look no further, the pretty port area is a short walk and has some good bars overlooking the sea.
Reccomend for sure.

Very large, entertaining, fun to repeat. Very good food and a lot of variety, the treatment of the great staff, all very nice, the worst the lunches less variety and they were late in coming to ask us for a drink

Great apartments and especially for young families.

To begin with slightly unsure as we changed rooms after the cleanliness was lacking, particularly when we found an old crispy contact lense when pulling back the covers on the bed, the rooms are dated and therefore furniture is scuffed and slightly falling apart such as light fittings and seals on patio doors etc. When we changed rooms it felt slightly cleaner but still faults even though we were told the room was refurbished. The hotel is very family orientated, we we're surprised that we would have to pay extra to use a safe and the iron was rarely available at reception as the hotel only has 2 and no ironing board either and charges small deposit to use iron. Staff are friendly. The quieter pool would absolutely benefit from a pool bar and as for the main pool it's not ideal that it only serves drinks as everyone was ordering a take away from restaurant and would be waiting 1/2 hr for this. Food is okay, but we ate out mostly. Great, clean swimming pools. There is a small box at reception for change to help feed cats which I thought was lovely of the hotel as there's so many cats in Puerto de Mogan and quite right that the hotel helps with feeding them! this box was 1/2 full in reception, when finding a very hungry cat on the premises I asked reception for a tin of food as no shops were open and this was there last tin, I really hope they stock up with the change that they have. I bought more cat food myself, the cats lovely and no where near the room, kept its self in the bushes but really needed some food!

Quiet just to rest very appealing water park tennis courts, good food very good treatment with excellent staff.

Ok hotel, somewhat worn, no sun on the balcony before 1pm, and then we stayed at the top of 9 floors.

Nice hotel, but real maze to find the room. Hotel for those who find it easy to orientate themselves.

Highlight the incredible attention of Epifania (the girl who works in the buffet), a charming woman.
The aparthotel is ideal for traveling with children, the only thing that should improve are the hours of the buffet as well as the pool, thinking of the Spanish.
2 of the pools close at 5:00 p.m. and the other at 6:00 p.m. (at 5:00 p.m. we are practically getting up from a siesta) and in the buffet the dinners at 9:30 p.m. they are removing everything ... we believe that The pool should be open until 19:00 more or less and the buffet until 22:00 counting that the Spanish eat, we have dinner later than the English, Germans ... I think that being a Canarian aparthotel it would have to have our schedules.
Overall a recommendable aparthotel, we will return.

Clean spacious rooms. Usable beds. Good seating. Dining table.
Well equipped kitchen (cutlery, knife set, saucepans, lids and pans, cutting board) everything for washing up. Spacious bathroom with tub (however, toilet integrated in the bathroom)
Huge terraces tw with sea views. Great location about 800 m along a beautiful promenade to the town and the beach. Large supermarket in front of the entrance

The most beautiful hotel complex ever

A well maintained hotel in a botanical garden, which has no equal. It is hard to beat in charm. You have to have seen and experienced something like that. There are two great pool facilities in a spacious area and a tennis court and a giant chess. In addition, children's entertainment and gym. The spa area is unique. The friendliness and the service can not be beat. Here you really have holidays. However, not suitable for weightwatchers, because the kitchen conjures up the most delicious dishes that you can imagine. Nobody really can resist that. This package is fantastic and worth every euro. Even a small chapel on the grounds. Gladly anytime again without thinking.

Great place to go with the kids. Spacious apartment, with everything you need, like the terrace, which is quite large. Opposite there is a hiperdino and a small shopping center, with food areas, and the odd store. The treatment at the reception, fabulous, without a doubt, we will repeat the stay.

Spent 2 weeks here for our honeymoon and ir was lovely. The room we were allocated on arrival wasn't suitable but they changed us to a much better room. We had a huge balcony and meant we could sunbathe and relax really well. It was so hot though but cooling down was easy with a shower on the balcony. Would recommend this hotel and area to anyone. Enjoy!

We were there for 1 week half board.
Our room was clean and big.
As long as you don't have a room in front of the pools, it's very quiet.

The buffet was good both for breakfast and for dinner in selection and quality.
With show cooking in the evening it can happen that the meat gets a little too dry, but nothing that cannot be compensated for with sauce.

The way to the bus station, the beach and the promenade is about 5-10 minutes long and there is a supermarket right in front of the door.

A hotel that is worth it has 454 very nice rooms all with many well-kept and clean gardens, two beautiful pools, two restaurants, one with a Michelin star, very friendly people and nice parking and llacuci for now not operating and paid spa closed Monday and Tuesday
