Wonderful relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful hotel

Very solid, good family hotel. For peace seekers not necessarily so the suitable place. Currently being used by families with several children. To the normal apartments there are even larger apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms are a not to be despised advantage especially if you have 3 children for example the rooms have very large terraces with tables, chairs and sun loungers and each an outdoor shower the dining room is a bit holiday camp moderate and loud but the food is OK. We have felt here 3 times very well.

Small apartments with everything necessary, clean and with a very nice terrace. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning to cool the rooms.

Nice enough. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. Pots and pans: fair. Knives: functional but blunt. Showers have good pressure. Reception staff are helpful and friendly.

Nice, nice, nice. Good location, spacious room. Traveling with 2 kids and the restaurant has a great selection of food.

Stayed here twice over the past few years, always clean, nice staff and the choice of pools means we found a decent quite spot to relax. Walking distance to the port which is a huge plus. Have recommended to family and friends!

The stay has been wonderful in everything. Despite telling the staff that it was going to be full, we did not have any problem getting hammocks to sunbathe in the pool since they have more than one and it did not seem like the hotel was full. We stayed two nights on a weekend of the month of July of the year 2015. It was worth paying a little more to include drinks in the half board. Being a family of 4, two adults and two children we two rooms communicated and very comfortable at a good price and quality

Fantastic hotel with the best breakfast buffet I've experienced!

Really enjoyed out stay recently and would definitely recommend. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic with some really superb chefs on morning eggs and evening meat duty. The cocktail list was also great and well worth making your way through. If you stick around after dinner as well there's usually some interesting entertainment tapping in the downstairs bar. I'd also like to mention that I loved the built-in caves with the waterfall inside.

Been here 4 times, love coming, great family hotel. Is a little dated but is being renovated. Staff are lovely.

Friendly staff, great rooms, amenities, close to beach and mall

Fijne appartementen. Goede service en aardig personeel. Appartementen worden wel warm, mits je geen airco hebt. Deluxe kamer(hebben een airco) is voor sommige mensen wel een must, wil je een goede nachtrust hebben.

Verder is de omgeving zeer prettig en rustig. Supermarkt is dichtbij.

We have been going there every year for over ten years. This is a wonderful hotel. The junior suites are superb, very peaceful, surrounded by plants and trees. The cactus garden is beautiful. The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere warm and relaxed. The food is pretty good (especially the cut meats). Only downside: the desserts all low-end industrial and therefore rather bad. There is always room around the pools. The sunbeds could be cleaned more often but that's okay. The architectural style is in the Canarian spirit. In short, a little paradise, especially the place of junior suites. And to top it off, the prices are reasonable.

Update 08/28/20: we are finally here again! Some improvements to note concerning the surroundings of the swimming pools, more pleasant. On the other hand, a significant drop in the quality of the food. Less choice, less qualitative products, tough meats, etc. Breakfast also disappointing: low-end bread, churos gras, less choice compared to previous stays. Is it due to a savings plan because of the Covid crisis? To see in the days to come if this trend is confirmed or if it is just temporary.

Top hotel with a super friendly staff, as well as a worth seeing hotel plant in the Mediterranean area.

Stayed here 3 times in the last 18 months. It's a brilliant family destination.

Nice hotel with excellent food. Beautiful gardens and correct rooms. Its shortcoming is the lack of space for hammocks and the lack of umbrellas. It is stressful to hear all the conversations of the people around you since it is not feasible to avoid that the separation between the hammocks is more than a few centimeters. If that inconvenience were eliminated, the hotel would gain many points in the section of the quality perceived by the client

Disappointing stay.we tried a few hotels in Gran Canaria and this was the most expensive and the worst . The dining situation where you can t eat at 7 30 but only at the sittings they say which were 6 pm or 8 .30 pm put us right off! The bar was totally dead no atmosphere and drinks really expensive! Would not recommend

The best thing about the hotel is the service, from the Subdirector to the last waiter. They are very friendly and are always willing to help you with anything and solve the problems that arise when traveling with children.
The aquatic playground is also very good, in which there is no danger. In addition there is a children's play area near the restaurant that allows you to eat or drink something quietly and the children stay playing.
The apartments are fine, with a small kitchen, a bedroom and a sofa bed for the children in the living room. The apartments are clean.
The dinner and breakfast buffets are very good and vary from day to day.
The quality / price ratio is excellent.

It is ideal for children, excellent service and treatment. The apartments are very nice, spacious and clean. Well-kept common areas with large gardens. Did you know that it is ideal for children? I will repeat for sure

Great hotel in one of the most beautiful places in Gran Canaria. Large apartments, friendly staff, great pools and a wonderful Spalsh Park. We spent a great vacation here.

Soulless and cool place for its west orientation, high prices, marble floor, I did not like them

I have been this weekend, everything is good in general but what is the terrible breakfast and dinner, bad service, a lot of queue when ordering, few staff in the kitchen, double waiters, very weak food, they have rushed in opening the kitchen, everything else all great, I would repeat again but without half board

Lovely apartments, really family friendly, a short stroll to the beach and restaurants, supermarket across the road, would highly recommend

Very nice modern apartments with a large terrace (and for families with children 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and 2 toilets)

Excellent stay. Very good location, walking distance to the beach and to the store. Authentic resort. The apartments are spacious and well furnished. Only downside: no airco in the standards. Considering the heat it was quite disturbing (if there are any portable airco it is 60eur / week. The terrace is huge with a shower, deckchairs and a dining area. The staff are helpful and kind. Just disappointed in terms of standards. buffet service, no time to look at what is being asked for what we want, fairly expeditious. They serve large quantities when I don't like waste. Covid19 period everything is well put in. I recommend without hesitation.

The grounds are very nice and the food is good by cut.

Very nice hotel. Large and well maintained rooms. Veranda is also large with good furniture. Several good pools and play areas for kids.

Minus for the bar, food and entertainment. Food from the bar is completely tasteless and boring, and staff does not seem to care about their customers.

Tip, use the pool furthest away from Mogan center, life guard in the other one is overly active enforcing everything...

Really liked it, very functional. All have a terrace with lawn. Close to the beach, 5min walk.

A very fun place to spend time with family very fun there are many variety of areas for children nursery parks, water parks many varieties of pools with different sizes, temperatures. Very good cheap service

Spectacular hotel and staff so courteous that it is not easily found. Recommended!!

It has 3 pools, they treat you super well, there are 2 Jacuzzi, a water park for children and much more.
