We have been going there every year for over ten years. This is a wonderful hotel. The junior suites are superb, very peaceful, surrounded by plants and trees. The cactus garden is beautiful. The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere warm and relaxed. The food is pretty good (especially the cut meats). Only downside: the desserts all low-end industrial and therefore rather bad. There is always room around the pools. The sunbeds could be cleaned more often but that's okay. The architectural style is in the Canarian spirit. In short, a little paradise, especially the place of junior suites. And to top it off, the prices are reasonable.

Update 08/28/20: we are finally here again! Some improvements to note concerning the surroundings of the swimming pools, more pleasant. On the other hand, a significant drop in the quality of the food. Less choice, less qualitative products, tough meats, etc. Breakfast also disappointing: low-end bread, churos gras, less choice compared to previous stays. Is it due to a savings plan because of the Covid crisis? To see in the days to come if this trend is confirmed or if it is just temporary.
