Really enjoyed out stay recently and would definitely recommend. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic with some really superb chefs on morning eggs and evening meat duty. The cocktail list was also great and well worth making your way through. If you stick around after dinner as well there's usually some interesting entertainment tapping in the downstairs bar. I'd also like to mention that I loved the built-in caves with the waterfall inside.
