We found Sophie a lovely and friendly person who put us at ease and ask us what we were looking for.We explained we were looking to upgrade our car . From start to finish of buying my car, it has been a pleasure. Lee was more than helpful on our first visit and nothing was too much bother for him. It didn't feel like a "normal" pushy salesman. The reception staff and other salesmen we met were all very, very friendly, especially in these difficult times. Throughout, Lee has always been on the end of a email or the phone. The day of collection was just magical. It was a very special time. The surprise between Lee and my husband, I will never forget. I am so glad that King's Lynn Listers shut down otherwise I would never have come to Norwich and met such lovely people. It was a pleasure to buy a car from them.

Glen McMillan is one of the best sales reps I have ever come across, and I have been buying for personal use and fleets since 1958. I could have bought with a large discount through Forces Cars Direct and BMW Park Lane but found the latter to be rubbish. My only poor experience at Cooper Norwich was the garage who wired my driving lamps through the headlights, NOT a separate switch and were unable to fit a dash cam. My own local garage are rectifying their work and fitting the dash cam.
Recently bought a new Mini from Cooper Norwich. Could not have been better looked after - very efficient, not at all pushy, just genuinely interested in getting us into the car we wanted. If you are interested in a new Mini would not only recommend Cooper Mini in Norwich, but seek out Scott Joy in the sales team - extremely nice guy, incredibly helpful and efficient.

I was under some serious time pressure to find a car and bought a used Mini Cooper. I dealt with Glen and Ellis who are professional, knowledgeable about their cars and courteous. There is no pressure selling which is refreshing. In fact it's all rather 'grown up' and friendly which I like.
I am delighted with the car I bought which will be used almost exclusively for long journeys. It was prepared to a high standard by the garage and the valet team and the 12 month Mini warranty gives me confidence in the vehicle.
Lee C was super helpful in the process as well as patient with my questions.

Went to pick up my new car everyone helpful but did not get my car due to problems with phoneing through about documents. Also could not park at mini due to large amounts of BWW cars waiting for recall work.

When booking asked about using a loan Mini auto as wife thinking of changing .. told dont know what cars they have on the day
Dropped off car .. told too early for service on TLC.. cant do until may .. when collecting car it appears the cant be done service was done only when I asked about parts replaced.
Got car home .. discovered rear quarter windows have bits of seal hanging off .. would appear service wash pressure washer been used too close to windows .. also service wash condition is rubbish ..
Over all poor experience all through .. would never have dreamed in a million years the service from a so called premium brand could be so poor .. I own a Volkswagen and the customer service standard is on another level compared to our experience of BMW Mini
Emailed service regarding damage including images .. 2 days later still no reply .. spoken to a teacher friend who tells me she had also had the same issue

Recently picked up my New 20 plate Mini Cooper S
Sales Executive Glen Mc Millan was excellent from start to finish on purchase to delivery.
Only negative comment that I have that we picked the car up on Sunday 1 March the first day of the New 20 Plate. The showroom was deserted no receptionist or what I could see no support staff.I would have thought a bit more enthusiasm for the New 20 plate would have made the day better.

Over the last 6 years I have bought three new cars from Noel at Cooper MINI Norwich. On each occasion Noel has provided outstanding customer service which is the reason why I always ask to deal with him, and fortunately enough he has been there each time to help me! I have found that Noel is friendly, completely honest and upfront and has always gone the extra mile to give me the best deal that he possibly can. In all honesty the customer service received by Noel is qute a rarity nowadays and this is partly why I stay loyal to MINI.
My vehicle was collected from my address on the day for an MOT as always excellent service I was kept up-to-date off my vehicle status and it was delivered back to me on time.

Different experience with Covid 19 conditions in place.
Felt very odd not having a cuppa, while waiting for appraisal and valuation.
Road noise is very loud, when viewing cars out side, and sometimes difficult to hear what is being said!
Over all a friendly and not pushy experience.
Very polite staff. I was made to feel very welcome and well looked after.

Smashing we brought a brand new mini clubman in green with black roof
Annual oil service accomplished. A problem with windscreen wipers was dealt with by replacing the wipers under warranty. Car was washed. The service was carried out efficiently as far as I can judge and to my complete satisfaction. The Service Agent/Advisor was courteous, friendly and helpful.
Glen was excellent to deal with.My husband and I thought he was professional yet friendly and smoothed the whole process from the test drive to the paperwork We particularly appreciated the short video of the car after our initial viewing.
The buying process was average, due to the fact that a car we were interested in was in such a poor cosmetic state. To be fair it was priced well, but just too much damage to be on a main dealer forecourt, plus an unwillingness to repair. The dealer did however source another better car from within the group.
The car we did buy had a knock on start up that I knew was either exhaust or engine mount related. It went in twice, once for warranty repair and then for service. The fault was not repaired. I then took it to a well respected garage, Autotest, Norwich, for MOT and asked if the noise was normal. It was not, but within 10 minutes a lower engine mount was discovered to be faulty.
The car was returned to Coopers, still under warranty. I told them exactly what the issue was. Cue a phone call 2 hours later saying that the tech could not find the fault! Why, when it is an obvious mechanical knock? I get asked again what I thought it was and send photos/video of it. The fault was eventually repaired, but this experience does not fill me with any confidence. Leave the service side of Cooper Mini well alone. Go to a good independent such as Autotest, instead.
Very disappointed with my visit to Mini at the weekend. Salesman showed me the car through the window without offering to unlock it (we were outside and I asked specifically to see that model and its interior). Might as well have looked through someone s window in Tesco car park! Then I asked for some literature and info on pricing and he walked me back into the showroom then never returned, I could see him casually chatting with a colleague upstairs through the glass windows! Very frustrating as it s the car I want but will now go further afield to another mini dealership if I decide to go ahead with the purchase.
I came to view and then go on to purchase a previously part exchanged MX-5. We phoned earlier in the day as we were travelling a long way and arrived around an hour before closing. Olivia the sales assistant we had been speaking to greeted us on arrival. She was very helpful throughout the whole process from sending us a video of the car before we decided to take the trip, up to and past the delivery of the car to my home. We weren't rushed and I was able to take a full look round the car and test drive, she was more than happy to discuss options with us past closing time. She went above and beyond in order to make sure we were given the best service. She was very responsive to emails even after the car was delivered and the process was completed from her-side. Overall she made my experience positive and ensured the process was smooth.

I went in with my Partner to buy a Mini this morning. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. But the guy that we were appointed to was miserable, moody, very unhelpful, and didn t seem to want to help us. He went upstairs and left us sitting for ages not knowing what was going on. So we just walked out. We are now heading to a different car garage. Not a good experience. Clearly didn t want to sell us a car.
Lee Craske and Johnny where absolutely amazing, done everything they could do to help, Lee even picked me up so I was able to arrive earlier to fill out forms. I would highly highly recommend! the service is the best service I have received and Lee is a credit to the company as very personable and professional.

Not impressed I ask a question but they chatted to my male partner and showed him round so I brought nothing.
The work involved replacing a punctured tyre with a new one. I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, during which I could not use the car. Finally, at the garage, I had to wait 90 minutes for the tyre change to be completed. Both these durations are completely unacceptable.
Recently test drove a mini. I had help from Ellis who was professional and so helpful! He answered all my questions.Would highly recommend Ellis and Cooper Norwich Mini.
