We had a seemless experience at Cooper Mini Norwich. Jon Taylor the sales exec was fantastic! Totally relaxed atmosphere, no rushing us and awesome customer service. We only went in to see how the size of the 5 door hatch compared to another car we were thinking of buying!!! Obviously I was blown away by the mini we purchased there and then!! I would totally recommend you to family and friends!!! Many thanks and a massive thanks goes to Jon!!!

Went in after an RTA in my 2009 Mini Cooper D. I had since purchased a 2010 Countryman D as I had some questions regarding panels and accessories.

I went into the showroom, was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. There was a woman at the desk sitting on her phone and completely oblivious to me standing 3 feet in front of her and didn t say a word to me until I said Can I have some help please . The disinterested receptionist told me to wait for someone from the parts department and then sat back on her phone (I was so shocked at this disgusting lack of customer service).

When I spoke to the person from parts he was very honest and helpful. He was also very sympathetic to my RTA and the fact I was 30+ weeks pregnant. He is the only reason I haven t given the review bottom marks as he was completely on parr.

I cannot shake how disgusted I was at the receptionist s blatant disregard to the fact that a customer was standing right in front of her and I won t be surprised if she isn t still working there.

I wouldn't recomend mini at all, I have already emailed mini feedback they pestered me for when I didnt go through with buying a brand new mini. As I have had no response I will post it on here also...

I have decided not to go forward with purchasing another mini. Sophie was brilliant and very helpful. When a manager became involved things changed for me. I am not sure of his name or whether it is the person I am writing to. The relaxed atmosphere I had with Sophie shifted.

The idea of getting a car as a female is daunting as it is a pretty common thing for women to get treated somewhat differently. The manager that became involved in the sale completely put me off and is the reason I have gone with another main dealer. I feel he tried to take advantage of being being a younger female without a male companion.





When I left I spent a day or so speaking to others and going over how I was treated by this particular manager. I decided as much as I wanted another mini and have loved owning a mini I wasn't going to go through with a purchase or have someone act in that manor and get a sale from it. I felt patronised, pressured and drained.

As I said previously Sophie was very helpful, didn't rush me, explained enough, friendly and not at all pushy, if I didn't receive that customer service from the other gentlemen I more than likely would have gone for that new car.

Amazing as always, you can't get better customer service!
It's not always I'd write this but they really do set the standard for customer service. Welcoming, seamless and on time, plus they even cleaned my mini into the bargain. What more could you want.

Lee was fantastic! I have always been put off main dealerships but he has certainly restored my faith in car sales men! Felt so at ease he listened to what we wanted and sold us a little Gem! The customer service is by far some of the best I have ever received! Thank you Lee you are a credit to mini and after many years of not enjoying driving! I have now fell in love with it again and can t wait to get behind the wheel of my fab Mini! Johnny was also superb in sorting out all the paperwork side of things!

I went to mini and dealt with Max. I have already recommended 2 people and I've only had my car for 3 days. Absolutely amazing service, couldn't do enough for me. Will defiantly be sticking with them from now on

I was very happy with the service at Mini. The staff were approachable, patient and easily contactable when I had questions. The sales team weren't pushy and gave me time and space to make decisions so I left feeling very happy with my experience and purchase. There was great communication between purchasing the car and collection so I wasn't left wondering what was happening. When it came to picking up my car, the handover was very thorough so I was absolutely confident in driving away in my new car. Overall I would highly recommend Mini and I'm really happy with my new car!

We visited just about every dealership in London a...

We visited just about every dealership in London and the South, all of which were hard work and seemed not interested in our business. When we found a car in Norwich, within 60mins of dropping them an email Tom Baxter had filmed and sent me personalised videos of each car. I was SO impressed. We travelled up to test drive and view the cars and Tom was extremely professional and such a pleasure to deal with. The cars were clean and had been prepared, something that we found others like Vines couldn't be bothered with. The cars were sanitised before and after we drove them and Tom and the team all wore masks and gloves throughout.

When we paid a deposit we noticed one tiny bit of interior damage we hadn't seen before nor was in the advertised photos. Tom, took it upon himself to sort it without discussion for a brand new part, not used, brand new.

The whole process of buying a car from Mini Norwich was flawless in my eyes. Tom even followed up the day after we drove off to see if we got back to London ok.

I won't hesitate recommending Tom and the team to anyone at all.

I originally found my new MINI on Auto Trader where I was able to compare amongst a few. I chose a car and called Norwich MINI where Jon answered. He was enthusiastic, polite and very obliging, answering my questions with knowledge and understanding to all my queries. He got back to me immediately after checking some details out that he needed to confirm.
Having had a MINI before for a number of years and living on the Isle of Wight I had not much choice but to deal with Snows MINI who over 12 years did not give me the confidence in them that Jon showed in the last week when purchasing a new MINI! I thoroughly recommend this branch of the Cooper dealership. *****

Cooper Mini Norwich Garages, and in particular, Lee Craske from the Sales Team couldn't have been more helpful. The process went smoothly and we are delighted with our purchase and the whole way it was handled.

After two recent visits to this branch i have made an official complaint to Mini UK. On my first visit with a view to buy a new Mini Sports the salesperson had no details or price of the car, and so decided to walk away without taking any details to follow up with us, a sale lost. Secondly last week my front run flat tyre needed replacing, after visiting the store in Norwich, the lady in the repairs section refused to come outside and view the tyre even though the branch was empty. I ask her to phone break down for me which she also refused again. After explaining that I had a disabled son and needed transport and required a courtesy car, this she also said she was not able to do. To resolve this matter i had to drive to the Ipswich branch, who immediately gave me a courtesy car and booked my car in for repair. As it could not be done for two days the courtesy car was a god send to get me and my disabled son about. Norwich should take a leaf out of the Ipswich Branch's book. An absolute joy to deal with !!!! Still waiting for an explanation from Norwich too little too late.

Max was outstanding in delivering my Mini on time, he also went into work on his weeks holiday to make sure that everything had been done and ready to collect on the agreed date. Max did everything he said he would do and kept me informed throughout. The best experience I've had where Max actually listened to everything I said and gave great advice. Max went to great lengths to explain all the features inside the car and made sure I was comfortable and confident in using all of them. Overall a very enjoyable experience and a great laugh. Thanks.

Regrettably having to give one star. I ve never felt so embarrassed sitting waiting to be seen. We were two young girls and from the minute we walked in it was almost like the sales people had assumed we didn t have enough money for a Mini therefore choose to serve everyone else before us. I was not even allowed to look in the car that had been sent over to me by email as everyone was too busy to open it for me. Ellis Barr has been fantastic, his manager was supposed to get in touch and said to one of his colleagues whilst he sat in an office upstairs that he had emailed me. When telling a member of staff this had not happened the answer was well he has told me he sent an email . Not once did the manager come down and introduce himself and talk me through this supposed email he had sent. To date I have still not received this. We left in the end as we were just left sitting on the chairs with a proposal form to fill in but we was told nothing can be done on Sundays anyway. I left a note with your receptionist and I also messaged the Mini Cooper Norwich group on Facebook which I can see has been read but no reply. Thanks to being treated like this, we drove to Kings Lynn Mini and dealt with a lovely lady called Grace and we purchased a Mini there and then. Maybe Grace should teach your staff how to treat people.

Great on sales not so much on service and repairs. Was told to have car there by 09:30 and three hours later it had not even been looked at. Why was I informed to bring it in by 09:30 and no later if it s not being looked at until 3 hours plus later. I was asked if I needed it for a specific time, I didn t as I was waiting for it but it should be made clear that if you don t specify a time you could be waiting all day. At least then I could have either asked for a specific time or gone in to the city rather than hanging around Longwater

I would like to thank Lee at Cooper Mini Norwich for the fantastic customer service my husband and I recieved when looking for a car . Nothing was too much trouble Lee arranged for us to test drive a couple of cars and was very patience and answered any questions we asked him and we never felt we were being pressured into buying the car.
When I went to collect the car Lee showed me how the media and sat nav system worked .
I would recommend Coopers MinI Norwich for there fantastic customer service and I would like to say a big thank you to Lee.

The visit itself was fine. But when I brought the car home I noticed a very slight scratch on the rear bumper which was not there before. I managed to polish it out. But this is not the first time. Last year the car returned home with a very slight almost imperceptible dent on the front bonnet. It looked like someone had placed a tool on it. I think the workshop should be more careful. If it happens again, I think I will look at going elsewhere.

Saw the car online, phoned up and was able to book a viewing and test drive later the same day, Tom dealt with us and was very polite and friendly, after driving the car, we purchased the car and was able to collect the following Friday. An issue did arise with the car the day we collected it but as the showroom was shut I spoke with Tom the following morning and he dealt with it straight away. Great service and nice to have contact throughout the whole experience.

Always really helpful staff in the service, parts and sales desks. Usually offered a coffee and biscuit if there for a while. A good range of cars to see and test. Services booked at short notice and hire cars available, although check if they are automatic or manual when booking. Can be pricey servicing.

This must be one of the worst dealerships that i deal with to purchase parts from, I've been working on various cars for more than 28 years, Coopers norwich have a answer service in the parts department and they never return your call causing you to search else where for parts thus i think you should know so as you may actually do something about it ,this problem has been like this for many years and id hate to know how many customers you have lost .. sort it out Managers..

I recently visited Cooper Norwich MINI to get the air-con re-gassed and have the windscreen fluid ejector fixed. There were issues with the online booking system as I was initially scheduled at the end of June. However, when I visited Cooper Norwich and I was told that I was not booked in for the appointment.

Nonetheless, Abbie, the service advisor, was extremely kind enough to reschedule the appointment at my convenience and provide me with a courtesy car. She was very helpful and gave me the info nedded. Although I have to say that there are improvements required for the online booking system, I cannot flaw any services from Cooper Norwich MINI.

We received and excellent service from start to finish when we recently purchased our first Mini. Max Brandish provided excellent customer service when assisting with our purchase and for that we are very grateful.

Car was booked in for 11.30am and there was no delay in going into workshop.
We were asked if we would like a drink on arrival, Abbie who was working on the service desk was very efficient, Car had wash and valet which is a great bonus, when buying our next car we will be purchasing another Mini, as the aftersales and work carried out on the car have been of very high standard keep up the good work.

Just purchased a used Fiat 500 Riva from this dealer ,and what a pleasure it was to deal with them.
I dealt with Scott who was spot on in my opinion got everything sorted for me very quickly as i had driven about 120 miles to get there and wanted to get the deal done that day as i didn't fancy driving home and returning again a few days later.
All in all a very good experience would highly recommend this dealership.

Only three stars as I was so disappointed with the fact my mini (which l keep very clean at all times) Came back with flies on number plate and windscreen. The inside was dusty and had no smell of cleaning products.
I am sure the valet was missed.
Hope my comments are of help to you.

I did a long distance purchase, of a car from here. Tom Baxter, dealt with the whole sale, in a professional and friendly manner. From videos of the vehicle, to the paper work and delivery. He made the whole transaction seamless.
He is a credit to his trade.
The car was delivered safely and before I expected it, by Ian. Really nice bloke.
